Last night we went seafood crazy. Got two pounds of 15/c shrimp at Sam's and 3 pounds of bay scallops. Also 3 small lobster tails from somewhere else. Made scampi with the shrimp and scallops: Butter, olive oil, tons of garlic, red pepper flakes, paprika. Add your shrimp, saute a minute. Add scallops, finish cooking everything through. Add juice of a lemon, some salt, and chopped fresh parsley. Serve with linguine and good bread because holy gently caress the juices are so good. The lobsters tails were just steamed and eaten with the scampi sauce. I love how it's so simple and so fuckin' delicious. |

Didn't cook last night, but this morning I made breakfast burritos. Chop up a chicken breast. Put salt, pepper, and fajita seasoning on it. cook it in a pan with some olive oil. Scrambled eggs, jack or cheddar cheese, a warm tortilla, refried beans, salsa, sour cream, and the chicken and it's sooooo yummy! |

Risotto with peas and mozarella cheese. Don't believe chefs who say risotto is hard to make, it's so easy it's ridiculous. All you have to do is stir. You gotta use a non-stick pan, though, or you'll never get the cheese off. ^^

I...seem to have forgotten to eat again O_o. I will thus remedy matters with some miso soup, soba noodles, fresh oriental greens from my garden and chicken marinated in soy sauce, rice wine, brown sugar and ginger root. |

Ooh, I <3 Döner ^__^ I had rice boiled in 50-50 coconutmilk-water (that's SO much nicer than just water) and sweet'n'sour chicken, with a side salad of cucumber and toasted pinenuts, with a chilisauce and mayonaise dressing. |
