I'll have to agree with Alin on that one. They were going far to fast for me and my terrible first person shooter skills. |

I'm with you gabe. Game is awesome, and it encourages player interaction through the almost necessity of 4 player co-op. |

It looks okay. I can see how it would be fun I guess, but those zombies move about 10x too fast for me. Plus I don't do first-person shooters too well. (And how do they manage to do all of that w/o hurting each other?) |

Well here's the thing. You gotta realize, even if you're not good at killing them because they're too fast, how fun will it be to PLAY the Zombies? |

Zombies? Don't you mean the Infected?! Come on, everyone should know that the two share no similarities whatsoever. After all, Zombies are slow-moving, brain-craving husks of rotting bodies compared the badass-ness (no, it's not a word) of the creatures in Left 4 Dead, which run faster than hell and merely want to eradicate your existence using vicious tactics. I don't see dead bodies doing that very often.  Yet another Xbox/PC game I'll probably never be able to purchase, sadly. v_v |

Dude, did you SEE the Lickers from Resident Evil 2 and 3? They were Technically zombies. And they were... Hm... How could I explain it. They

Lol, guess I haven't. But I was mainly playing on that overly common stereotype anyways; I know there are actual "zombies" in some games (albeit few) that can move faster than a crawl or walk. Plus, the Lickers are cheating; they're severely mutated little buggers. ;p |

I DLed the demo for it over Steam but it doesn't work for me.  I've been checking it out through media sources and it looks like it is worth getting. It was made by Valve after all... On that note when the hell is Half Life 2 Episode 3 coming out!

That was on this list of "Games You Shouldn't Let Your Kids Play"  It made me laugh. I love Valve games.THEY NEED TO MAKE PORTAL 2 COME OUT SOON! I do like the Half Life games, though, I've only played Ep. 2. It's hard to go back and play prequels for me because I notice the flaws in it more... |

This game is amazing. It is one of the best games on the market today. Yes you can play as one of four Special infected: A hunter - Can jump really far, pinning survivors and attacking with claws A Smoker - Has a really long tongue that can tie up survivors and drag them towards the smoker, either hitting something and causing strangulation of bringing the survivor close enough to the smoker for the smoker to claw at A Boomer - Big and fat, it can vomit on survivors, which causes them to go blind and attracts a horde of regular infected to the vomit-ees. Furthermore, if you kill the boomer, it explodes, sending the vomit on anyone close A Tank - Last but definitely not least, its a slow moving gigantic mass of HP that can knock survivors across the mad or throw blocks of cement at them from afar. |
