Virtue City, once known as a safest city in the United States since it's construction in the year 2020, however as the years went by, while criminal activities were minimum and manageable, there has been, however, many reports of children being abducted through the past few months by an unknown group who leave behind cards with strange symbols (http://i136.photobucket.com/albums/q173/sigma830/symbol.jpg) printed on after a child disappears. the Authorities and Residents have nicked named this group, Uroboros.

All attempts have been made to search for Uroboros, and find the children, but all is met with failure. however, there are things about this group that are beyond the police's reach. as their motives have dark and sinister purposes that borders on the supernatural.

Appearance: Five foot three with pale skin. Her face looks darker due to all the freckles scattered around it. Her eyes are a plain brow, but they appear to be lighter when she's in a good mood and darker when she's sad or in a bad mood. She likes to keep her fiery red her to her waist, and she rarely ev puts it in a pony tail or braid. She prefers no make-up and darker colored clothes
Personality: Shy at first, but as she opens up people find her to be... Hard to handle. She is a fiercely curious person, and she admits that this will be her undoing. She is willing to do anything possible for those she cares for.

Name: Heinrich Volksren

Profession: Virtue City SWAT
Appearance: Six foot one, strong build, blonde high and tight hair cut, dark green eyes, not quite pale, but skin tone is very white.
Personality: Despite his brutish look, Heinrich is an understanding man. He is very helpful to those in need, but doesn't take any crap from anyone. He has a sense of humor, but knows when to be serious.
Bio: Heinrich's family immigrated to the United States when he was only five. He had a very good childhood, being an only child with parents who had very well paying jobs does usually provide a good childhood. He dreamed of being SWAT ever since he was young, always into the authorities and military. He trained for SWAT and in training, he heard of Virtue City and thought it sounded perfect. He decided to move there and got a position on the SWAT team dedicated "Primero," or "First." Primero consists of some of the best SWAT officers that the US had to offer. His team always gets the call in high stakes raids, most of which involve the search for Uroboros.

Name: Carlton Kingsley (Most call him Carl or King never Carlton)
Gender: Male
Age: 29
Profession: Inner city(assuming city is big enough to have multiple stations) detective.
Appearance:
Black, light caramel skin tones.
Medium to tall
Generally always bald.
Brown eyes.
Athletic with a muscular frame but he's no giant.
Has thick busy eyebrows which are slanted to make him look as though he's staring angrily even when he's just thinking.
He has fairly broad shoulders which mixed with his athletic frame gives his body a Y shape.

Personality: Carl is an angry man, he's snide, he's rude and can be very abrasive to those he meets first. Since he's so reserved his abrasive attitude is generally his way of screening out people he doesn’t like, or doesn't think he'll like. He used to be out going but now he generaly drinks.

Bio:
Carl never wanted to be a detective. It had never crossed his mind, his father wasn't one, his grand father wasn't one. He was drinking in a bar one day when he met a girl he liked. She was a cadet, he lied and said he was a cadet. He became a cadet to get to know her. As it turned out he was a very good his poor inner city upbringing had taught him to be very streetwise, he'd been a smart thug now he was an even smarter policeman. He could shoot, he could speak Spanish and gangsta fluently but most importantly he could evaluate a situation quickly and react in a way that had a knack of getting results. He married the girl and kept the job, sighting 'gods' work. But as with most things in life things turned bad three years into his career when he ratted out seven of his fellow police for corruption. One of them was his wife's brother. His lost his standing amongst other policemen, any shot at promotion had disappeared and the void it created with his wife led to them separating. He was transferred to the 'perfect city' where his skills were a waist. That was until the abductions...

Name: Cora Mitchell
Gender: Female
Age: 24
Profession: Small business owner
Appearance: Taller than is average for a woman at just short of 6'. A somewhat willowy build but not enough to be able to call her anywhere near scrawny. Blond hair, generally twisted and tied out of the way, would set just below her waist if left unbound. Fair skinned, but not pale. Bright green eyes that always seem to hint that she knows more than what she lets on, and perhaps than you would like her to.
Personality: Quirky. Perhaps a little eccentric at times. Cora's a quiet ear to listen if its needed, an observant eye whether it's warranted or not. Overall, while sometimes its hard for people to decide whether or not to take her seriously, it is generally in their best interests if they do.
Bio:
Cora was born and raised in Virtue City. Her father died of illness before she was born. Her mother owned and ran the same shop that would eventually be passed down to Cora on top of the duties of being a single mother. Though, it was usually quite easy for neighbors and those who didn't know the mother and daughter to scoff and, perhaps even sneer, at Shandra's choice of shops to run. But then, odd, barely seemed to cover these two.

Now, they weren't conspiracy theorists or any of that mess. But even with all the scientific breakthroughs and knowledge that surrounded seemingly every day life, the Mitchell women, rather than through all their faith in science, believed in...more...or less if it's the way you'd like to see it. And so, an Herbal Tea cafe that doubled into a shop for all sorts of, as the neighbors put it "metaphyiscal non-sense".

After her mother passed and the shop fell into Cora's ownership, many urged her to do away with all the nonsense. Cora would just smile brightly, thank them, and return to whatever it was she was doing. Strange girl. That was the consensus. The only thing of the shop that changed was a divider placed around the group of tables, in between them and everything else. That and she opened her menu to include a very large variety of coffees as well as teas.

As strange and off as Cora always lets those who don't know her see, she is a sharp minded individual. Quick to put "two and two" together. As soon as she learned of the symbols. Yes, that very well could fall into her area of expertise.
