Space and a few souls.

The Station Serviou 3-X, a message relay centre on the edge of the Brink. The loneliest place in the universe with only the re-suppliers as monthly visitors. The remaining interactions include communications from travelling vessels and faraway planets - which need redirection and strengthening of signal.

The station itself consists of four officers; 2 on duty at all times. The on duty officers spent their time within the main deck which overlooks the great Space with a single glass panel. They use various controllers to direct messages and log information. Other rooms include sleeping quarters, the common room (for relaxation and what not), the supply room with maintenance, etc.

Something went wrong; the station is now destroyed. The officers from the station stare on at the wreckage in their suits. The escape pod had malfunctioned, the vessel destroyed now too.

No one knows of the disaster. No one is coming to help. Only empty space surrounds all.

The RP Focuses on 2 different time zones, the first leads up to the disaster beginning from around 12 hours beforehand.

The second follows the officers in space after the incident. The suits have limited mobility, small jets able to push the person in the direction of their choosing. They are able to communicate with one another. They had several hours of air each (at most 12) They have a tools for small tasks (like screwdrivers and that sort of thing).

It isn't going to be a very long game ( I think) and a max of 4 people can enter (that means 3 after me)

I tried running this last year but we lost some people and then it died :/. So the IC is pretty much ready to go once I get some more people :)

Easy going and nice - hard to anger. Gets stressed easily though, over worries about things too much.

Bio
At first it seemed having the most easy going job he'd ever known was the best thing that had happened to Evan. But after two years on the station things have changed. Anxiety has built up, Space has begun to nag at him. He was planning to leave the station with the next supply run.

Personality: Oz is already burned out, even at her age, and it definitely shows in the way she treats people and acts. Her voice is worn out from years of tobacco abuse, she’s abrupt and rude and has thrown all semblance of etiquette out the window.

Quick history: Oz is a member of an underground weapons developer that produces highly illegal equipment. As one of the primary members of the group, she’s gotten herself into a hell of a lot of trouble, and needs a place to lay low for a while. Oz is on the space station posing as a civilian, though she really sucks at blending in to social situations.

Here is my scientist char, may he not dissect you just yet ^^


-Name: Dr. Alco Moickrak Kaj, he presents himself with his full name, but allows people to call him by his first name though he prefers to be caller Dr. Kaj.
-Race: Human
-Gender: Male
-Age: 42

-Appearance:
Being 184cm tall and a rough 90 kilos heavy, he is of a medium to heavy build, though he has a stomach to speak of, this comes from his will not to train and focus on his mind eating what he has at hand or is faster at the time.
He has hair that reaches to his mid back that is fastened into a low ponytail; this is done due to simplicity rather than anything else. It is a red-brownish in color and has split ends that can be seen if you look close.
Behind his circular wire-frame glasses are two eyes of the blue rather common color and the only effect one might see is a look of tiredness around his eyes which are present almost all the time.
Not being one to shave or groom that often, he has a distinct look of ‘meh’ surrounding him; he does clean himself and use deodorant so though he looks it; he does not smell bad.
Having a slightly rounded face he is average in looks and if he is seen outside the lab he would be considered rather common.

He has a range set of attires, being one of intellect he dresses accordingly to what is needed, so in cold weather he will be wearing warm clothes, and on a beach he will be wearing shorts; the strange case might actually make him wear a tux.
But the most common attire for him to use is a black T-shirt without a logo on it, black pants that are held up with a simple black belt with a brushed metal buckle.
Whatever shoes are at hand but more often than not he will be barefoot, lest he goes outside where he will be using some form of boots.
Over all this he has a white lab-coat.
On his left lower arm he has a small computer device mounted; it is both used as his form of attack and information control.


-Personality:
His personality is as you would expect, he is a man of science and this clearly shows from his logic mentality. Placing fact and statistics well before any one's intuition or ‘gut feeling’
Though his emotions are present, it mostly shows itself as some form of enjoyment when he is learning something new as his curiosity is almost inhuman in levels. His thirst for information on how everything works often leads him to look like an evil person as he will take the measurements necessary to get his information, though he would prefer a peaceful and helping subject; he is not unknown to strap them down and do what is needed to unlock the mysteries what they hold.

Should you manage to get on his friendly side, given that he has one, he might at least temporarily put you on the ‘do not dissect’ list and instead work towards a mutual goal. In this case he will still be information-bound, but he will help you rather than dissect you for your knowledge and/or learn how you are able to do things others cannot.


-Weapon(s):
He is more of an engineer, mechanic, computing dude and of that sort.
He cannot really fight by himself, and should there be a fight without guns (which he knows how works, he can train others, but he does not really have the skill himself to use them), he would fight by proxy with a robotic-creation of his or make someone else fight for him, either by choice; forcing or just mind-control them with some electronic gizmo.

His most seen ‘weapon’ is a wrist mounted computer with standard wired, and wireless, connections, it is mostly used to store information, connect to his servers/devices here and there.
Should he have a robot, created on site or pre-made, he will always connect it to his computer for ease of usage over longer distance.
There has been instances where he has been forced to take on a hit, a kill for money, in a different country across the globe. He programmed a kamikaze-robot to run up to the target and explode, completing the contract in half-an-hour.

In his pant-pocket, he has a Swiss-Army knife equivalent, complete with pliers, scissors, screwdrivers and such.

-Skills:
Kaj is a scientist with an unmeasurable lust for knowledge, due to this he will be just a good of an electronic, mechanic, computing and anything along such lines as you would expect.
In his studies of anatomy he became a pretty good doctor, and given the time and tools he could improvise brain-surgery. Though improvised brain-anything rarely works out well.
He is ‘one of the mind’, so to speak, so if it is regarding learning something non-physical he will most likely succeed with little effort.


-Quick History:
Not much is known about Kaj, no one knows where he came from or where he is headed. The only thing that is certain is that his curiosity is on some rather insane levels, that he is crafty and ‘good with his hands’; being able to create anything should he have the materials for it.

Nothing to report as of yet, we've been making great progress en route to our destinations. No major problems to report yet. The mechanics and engine are in pristine working order but are being monitored with extreme caution. Military detail also has nothing to report. The scientists are performing general maintenance on their machines.
We are expected to reach our first planet within the new month.

Nothing to report yet. The Veritable is expecting to arrive at our first planet destination within days.

The Veritable has arrived at our first planet, previously unexplored. It does not look promising from the orbit scans, which have revealed a barren ice land. A scientist team has been dispatched the the surface alongside a military escort. There are several other planets in the solar system to be explored as well over the following days.
Ship morale had been low until the mentioning of the first planet. An officer had to be locked up for a few days. No major incidents occurred.

The scientists have run tests on the samples from the surface, elements of various metals have been found in small doses. In the attached files contains the full list of the sample results for the planet C1-V1.

Three other planets in the system where explored, like the ice planet the others were also barren and lifeless. Samples were taking from each planet, the results are attached.

The ship was hit be something yesterday, no outward damage was sustained. Every system was shut down for several moments before rebooting. People are working diagnostics to determine of any damage to the computers has been caused.

One of the young scientists working on the problem started screaming in hysterics, he attacked and killed another scientist before running rampant on the vessel. Several others were injured in this before the man was shot down.

Something has taken over this ship. It's moving away from it's original trajectory into an unknown part of space. People are working on the problem but have no answers yet.

I've lost all control, the military officers have taken over. They are running the systems now, choosing where to go. They are convinced the event that shut down our systems was malicious and are actively seeking the source.
