Haven't had din yet but last night me and my lady had a candle lit dinner with thin cut steak, sauteed mushrooms and onions. A side of apple caramel salad, and a home made green salad. All home made, all at home, how it should be :) .

I just finished making a chicken pasta bake.

This variety has fairly small rigatoni noodles baked with cubed chicken breast, and smothered in cream of mushroom, cream of chicken, and a little bit of alfredo sauce. No milk, no seasoning (I find it's better to add your salt and pepper after it's been served. Can't take that stuff off, but you can put it on).

My breakfast existed only out of two wasa sandwiches cream cheese, tomato and basil, so now I am getting very hungry. Maybe I will make some muesli with yoghurt in a few minutes. This evening we are making pizza's from a ciabatta bread, with herbs (lots of garlic), tomato sauce, corn, red peppers (grilled and normal), peppadew peppers and olives.

I just have to wait three more hours, but I do not think there is enough for three people. And besides, you will take the samiches (=leftovers?), because it is a shame to waste.

Making up a lasagna at the moment. I might make a side of wilted baby spinach leaves and bacon. Maybe some toast if there is still some of my bread left. Maybe cheese biscuits if there isn't. A bit all over the place on the meal, I know, but it still tastes good. :P

Any suggestions for a drink to have with this?

OMG! I am totally having Lasgna tonight for dinner! How bizarre is that!
I made it on Sunday.. and it was yummy, but pasta always tastes so much better reheated for some reason?

Milk goes best with my lasagna, as I make it with Spicy Sausage.. so it's got kick!

...prior to living in a national park I would have to pass on the chili because of the venison. But since i've grown to hate having to wait on the highway while deer, elk, sheep etc to cross said highway, only to have them go back to the side they were on before...makes me want to try said chili.

Tonight is going to be a takeout night...but i'm buying the fixings so my roommates and i can have fajitas on halloween night

I can't decide it I want to make Chicken Fajitas or Salmon with Pepper & Lemon for Dinner! Both are amazing! Hummmmm.. I did just have Salmon more recently, so I think I'm going to end up making Fajitas! Yumm
