The truck that he had been riding in the back of finally came to a stop on the outskirts of the town: It was one of the many smaller towns that were built up on the outside of Tyra, most of them belonging to Rebels: The town in question he had stopped at was a rather lawless place, occupied by thugs and gangs who were out for their own skins rather then anybody else. It disgusted Glaw to even set foot in a place like this, but he didn't have a choice right now, for he had to find the rebel member that was supposedly hiding out in this place.

With his sword sheathed on his back, the former soldier climbed out of the back of the truck, setting his foot down onto the ground as the driver said his farewell. Glaw didn't even look at the man, just giving a light wave before he trudged off into the town, the sound of the truck speeding off filling his ears for a moment. He looked almost blank, as if he was just a ghost or figment of the imagination, wandering into the town while others went about their business.

It had not always been this way: He'd had a family once, a wife and even a younger child, but all of that had been taken away from him in one harsh moment. His family was no longer alive either, leaving him completely alone and with only one desire: Destroying the Rebels, the people who had taken everything and left him with nothing. He had come to this place for he had heard that a rebel member he was seeking, one of the leaders and also someone who had been present on the day that had changed him, was in this place. He otherwise would have ignored it completely, any normal man with common sense would have just gone on unless they had no choice but to stop here, but he wasn't a common man, not anymore.

He walked along until he saw what seemed to be somebody up on a soapbox: A rebel recruiter, sprouting some nonsense about how they made life better and were fighting to make the Empire fair for everyone. Lies! They only wanted to destroy everything, to create suffering, he knew how they operated. As Glaw neared the recruiter, a teenager, he glared daggers at the man before walking off. It was all he could do to save drawing his sword and skewering the bastard then and there, but he knew he wasn't his target...atleast, not yet.

Upon seeing the man outside a woman within one of the more conspicuous buildings went to peer out of the doorway, "Oh great, him." she whispered in an aggravated tone, "How the hell did he get here?" she asked rhetorically. The woman's name was Tarin, and the man outside was most likely looking for her, the two of them had a history together, a history that had recently turned very ugly.
Tarin ran her hand through her hair and sighed, "I can't meet him like this, too public, too many people to get in the way." She muttered before turning to her travalling companion, "Hey spear boy, you think you can lead that twit into a trap for me?" she asked him pointing to the man outside.
