Our story began years ago when a young girl named Alice fell down a rabbit hole. Being about seven or ate... pardon me, eight, she was the light of Wonderland!

But as most from the other world do, she left causing a great depression to run through Wonderland. Those who were pure of soul fell to the deepest, darkest of themselves.

Tea parties turned to a tea massacre. The White Queen joined her sister in ruling Wonderland with unfair laws. Fun and games were no more in the new Wonderland.

Join the land of your darkest nightmares.

Rules:
1. This is our own creation and though the movies have made it a certain way, that does not mean that our story will end that way, so have fun with this.
2. A paragraph (5-7 sentences) is required per post. Of course you can always put more
3. No killing other characters.
4. If injured, make it possible for the character to heal before doing anything. Although remember in Wonderland the rules are a little backwards.
5. Keep true to the original characters. These characters are your own but that doesn't mean to change them entirely. (Example: The Mad Hatter is Mad, do not make him sane.)
6. You are allowed to change sides but the maximum changes is two.
7. Romance is allowed even with the most unlikely of characters.
8. Un-original characters are to have to fit in with the story.
9. Play fair and any breaking of these rules, will be banned from this role-play and asked to leave.

Personality: Much like the hatter in Tim Burton's Alice in Wonderland. Split persona. One is kind and caring but sometimes confusing. The other dangerous and cold and makes perfect sense whenever she speaks. The kind hatter is always wanting to help Alice but the other one could care less if Alice existed. These changes occur usually when she gets angry or determined.
Background: Hatter once lived a life full of bliss and ignorance. She lived with March Hare and the Dormouse, when the Red Queen went mad and started to capture the thrills of humans from the other world.
Hatter was captured and forced to make hats for the Queen. She loves making hats but not when being forced. Hatter then escaped and went back to the Tea Party deep in the woods only to find her finest china was destroyed.
This began the two persona. Whenever things get in a tight spot, she thinks clearly making her voice and attitude change as well.

Personality: She is outgoing and brave, willing to face anything that stands in her way, this now includes the Red Queen. She is always determined to have everyone treated the same. She is very curious about most anything and thinks she has to know how it became, or how it is made, or how it got where it is.
Background: She was getting proposed to when she spotted a rabbit and she followed it. She ended up falling into the rabbit hole and landing in a place everyone there called "Wonderland."
Closest Friends: Pretty much all characters, but she would have to single out Hatter as her best friend if she had to.

For your personality though.... Try and make her your own. Remember you can make her ANYONE you want her to be. But if you want her to be as she is, then you can keep her that way.

Personality: She is insane, literally. She has gone mad. -Made to represent the mad hatter as a female persona.
Background: She was a young girl when she found wonderland, she doesn't remember most of the details about it as her memory started to fade and her sanity started to vanish. She made her place at the tea party and sat there every day they were to have tea. This is where she would make her close acquaintances.

Background: Orginally working for the red queen, The Cheshire cat is now a mole and a spy, but for whos side no-one is quite sure. He disappears from time to time with out a trace only to return with infomation and other vaulbles.

Personality: Murder.... is pretty much as his name implies, insane. Though, not in the typical happy insanity of most Wonderlanders. He has been deeply corrupted by thr change in Wonderland, taking a deadly turn. He gladly slaughters those who get in his way, or simply annoy him. But... maybe... just maybe, there is a spark of light in his soul that could be reignited.
Background: Murder was previously known as... he cant remember what his name was anymore. He has vague recollections of a happy life, making shoes for the Catepillar, maybe a pair of slippers for the Queens if called upon. After meeting Alice, he was enthralled with her. When she left, he died inside. Going insane, he managed to somehow make all of his shoes kill the wearers. Thankfully, the Catepillar was warned in time. Now, Murder is a dark, imposing figure, working for the Red Queen.

Personality: Bi-Polar. (At least thats how I see her.) She has temper issues and the first person to go against her gets their head taken off by her order. She believes she is the rightful ruler of Wonderland.
Background: The Red Queen is the elder sister of the White Queen. She holds the stolen crown of Wonderland, along with her posse of people with an extra large body part to accommodate her large head. She keep prisoner those whom go against her until their heads are to come off.

She resides in the Red Queen's castle with her army of card men and her bandersnatch. She prefers to be feared over loved as she sees it fit to be feared as a queen.

(I would also like to play the Bandersnatch if he ever came up. Is that okay? Should I feel out a sheet for him as well?)
Closest Friends: Fake friends whom change their bodies so that they don't have a chance of getting their heads chopped off.

Dee is on the left, Deb on the right.
Personalities: A pair of fairly entamorphic girls, Dee and Deb are basically mirror images of one another, never contradicting each other no matter what they say. They are however extremely likely to get into mock arguments, though somehow without saying an opposite to something the other says - in fact they always compliment each other's words, especially to other people. They are extremely fond of games as well, as well as all sorts of rhymes, but they really, really don't like crows, especially big black ones.
They're scary ok!
Backgrounds: For as long as their has been a Wonderland these twins have existed, playing their games whenever and wherever they can and with whomever will play with them. However with the reign of the Red Queen they were forced between being seperated (an unbearable decision for the two to make) or being forced into serving the Queen herself as a pair of handmaidens. Much to their annoyance they chose the latter when Dee said she could not leave Deb and Deb agreed.

Background: The red queen's pet that she gets her soldiers to sick on anybody that they need to hunt down and capture. The bandersnatch is kept in a small dog house with the key to the vorpal sword's chest around its neck.

Relationship: The Red Queen's pet. Alice's eventual grateful companion.

Background: Caterpillar chooses no side. He is on the side of logic and knowing. When Alice left he became cold and lost a part of his magic, not knowing what time he is in.

Ok, so here's the dealio. Wonderland has gone to hell i n a hand-basket since Alice has left. She's back and the playful world she knew and loved is now corrupted and evilish (minus a few characters). So this is like.... The old Alice in Wonderland continues. AKA another outcome of Wonderland than Tim Burton's film.

Personality: She loves to play around, but when meeting new people she will change from a playful loving person, to very shy and one that will not trust easily. It is very hard to gain her trust as she has many different trust issues because of stuff that happened to her in her earlier years.
Background: She has always lived in Wonderland, but never quite got out enough to go and meet people, she was always scared the Red Queen would get her, and would kill her. She fears many things, but has finally decided to come out and meet some new people, and possibly make some new friends.
