Part 1 - In Which We Convene
It's seven'o'clock and dark by the time your gleaming black limo glides through the gates of Fenton Mansion. The drive is perfectly flat and straight, drawing your eyes to the pale, glowing house at the end of it, lit up with the aid of a hundred hidden industrial lights. You can just see the first to arrive at the broad front steps of the dazzling behemoth. Or rather, their luxurious limos blazing in the artificial light. Despite its tremendous size, the mansion looks like something straight out of classic Jane Austen. You half expect a Mr Darcy to stroll by any moment now.
The limousine slips away from the main drive, taking you down another astoundingly smooth road. It looks like you're being taken to some side entrance: perhaps to meet the illusive Fenton who invited you here?
Either way, it will probably be a few minutes until you get there. You glance around at the others sat on the scarlet-clad seats of the vehicle. Time to make your introduction.
