There once was a man named Gold Roger, who was King of the Pirates.
He had fame, power, and wealth beyond your wildest dreams.
Before they hung him from the gallows, these were the final words he said:
"My fortune is yours for the taking, but you have to find it first! I left everything I own in One Piece."
Ever since, pirates from all over the world set sail for the Grand Line, searching for One Piece, the treasure that would make their dreams come true!

It is your choice which path you choose, you could go the route of the marine, or a pirate captain, or you could even be a bounty hunter. It is now time for you to start your adventure.

Jack sat in a cell locked away from all the other parts of society. He was so angry about how he wouldn’t be able to reach his goal of being able to claim Gold Roger’s treasure. Then one random guard or so Jack thought walked up to the cage and handed Jack a weird shaped green fruit. Jack took a bite of it to have the worst taste he had ever tasted converge on his senses. Jack gagged at the taste of it, but he still continued to eat it. Jack was all of a sudden very sleepy so he went over to his cot and layed down. Jack awoke when he heard the marines show up at and open his cell and they walked in grabbing him and pulling him into the bright light. He was at the top of the pavilion in the North Blue on the island of Lvneel. He over looked the rest of the people out in front of him watching and a tear fell down one cheek. Then Major Akunai raised his sword and right when he brought it down a green or formed around Jack protecting him. Jack opened his eyes once he heard the clank to see what had happened and was surprised. Jack was shocked to see what he had done, when he realized that the fruit he had eaten was a devil fruit. Jack smiled and jumped off of the pavilion falling towards the crowd of people. Jack stuck the landing in a Roll and ran for his life. Jack was one of the first people to ever escape a execution and he wasn’t planning on getting caught. Jack now hides out in a cave a bit away from Lvneel waiting for help.

Just wondering since the world of One Piece is phenomenally huge, so realistically some people may end up on the other side of the world to the rest :/

In combat he is hyper lethal, a stone cold killer. Dex is well respected and liked among the others Marines, he goes out of his way to protect all his men. Dex is also very angry at pirates, hating them to an unimaginable degree.

History: Dex was born in a small isolated self-sustaining village. He was a happy child, plenty of friends, loving family. That all changed when the pirates came. They destroyed everything, he barely escaped with his life. This was the turning point for him, he becasme cold, twisted, angry. He joined a crew of bounty hunters and with their help took down the pirates that attacked his home. Along the way he learned valuable skills, amassed a small fortune and made a name for himself. It took four years and he was fourteen when it was all said and done. The Captain had some very unique treasures, one of which a strange fruit. Dex knew all about the fabled fruits of power and without hesitation ingested it. It turned him into a beast. It didn't take long for the Military to get a hold of him and further train him. He mastered his powers and skills to become one of the most deadly warriors on the seas.

Skills: Dex is a capable fighter. With his Marine training he's skilled in swords, firearms and hand-to-hand combat. Dex is also capable of parkour, good for when he is chasing down his targets in clusted towns and cities. Along with that he can throw knives accurately.

This boy was given a scar to keep the memories, and so both remain; forever reminding the boy that all that wave a jolly roger must die. They shall fear the name of Blink, the time bending catthe spirit-bound assassin.

Skills: Skilled in hand to hand, to the trained eye one would notice that the way Kura uses his blades as an extension of his hand to hand capabilities. Has developed the skill to appear unnoticed in a way that people have mostly glanced over him, even when recently given chase. A true ghost amongst the crowd, not to be trifled with when within a city.
