In Arcovis, the Sunken City, a Wild Northern Elf appears on the trading docks wearing a round white pebble on her forehead - and tied to her belt is a mumbling shrunken goblin head that speaks for her.

Rika has come south to explore the world beyond the plains, seeking fame and fortune, some say. Who will travel under her banner?
