Battle Writers(Prototype)

[SQJ]

This is the fifth elimination game I’ve come up with; I’ve only played out two. This one is called exhibition mode elimination.

The game
You create a post, a single battle post based on a scenario I, the GM, created for you. You have supreme posting powers as you battle your way out of the scenario.

You and several others complete either the same or similar scenarios.

Each post is judged on several points. Realism, depth, quality of words etc.

Others move on to the next round, one person is knocked out.

A new, scenario is set up that the players know nothing about. They post their way out of once again following the path of the exact same scenario they passed before.

This keeps going on until there is only one man left standing. That man obviously is the winner.

The Rules:
Each post is between 700 and 1100 words.
Each battle character must be a character from the Battle Arena section.
How you post is entirely up to you. Just know you’ll be judged on elements such as realism, quality of words, depth and so on.
If you consider yourself in capable of making said post for each round them, please do not join.

To join the game you need to post your battle Arena character's Link and the battle arena characters' name.

I shall be the game master. I shall produce the background, in detail and I shall choose the individual scenarios.

I would like to have +4 players to take part, if you're confused feel free to ask any questions.

Yeah, Wade's fight with Xarel? That fight was so radical!
He was like a master martial artist who could teleport for some unknown reason. My favorite part was at the very end when Xarel had picked Jude up in order to hit Wade with it so at last second Wade punched him flat in the face making the fight a tie.

At some point in time I'm going to have to make some of my Characters from like Devil's Wake, Angel's Fall and some of my other RP's into Gladiators... You know, seeing as I'm at a loss for non-overpowered baddies xD

If anything Wade should be afraid to face your dragon, (although that would be awesome since I've always had this weird little fantasy of one day doing battle with one myself)

Ah, I don't know how I won but it certainly wasn't due to my character's strength. All my characters look strong but really aren't.

I've got... my dragon, who's dying, ill and blind. My gryphon, who's a coward and falls asleep whenever he gets nervous. My hydra who attacks inanimate objects. My unicorn who refuses to attack. Anddddd my minotaur with a significant limp. The latter is probably the strongest but none of these guys even have any abilities to speak of xD

I called it battle writers because to be honest its all about writing ability and the ability to make great use of your writing skill to make your battle character shine. Power has very little to do with it, its more the USE of power that is a major judges criteria.

Sure, I'm late in starting anyway. Sucks ass but some other shitty issues stepped in at the last minute and to top it off the concept hit a logic error and left me in a continous loop of writing wihtout reaching a result.

Never doing htis again wihtout a CO-Gm, thogh the next time I prolly wont be running it. I'l prolly be the Co-gm(becuase if I run it again, it'll look the same as the last)

Crap I thought you guys would have automatically understood the fleece cann't be harmed by magic but agaisnt none magic its nothing more than a very well worked piece of gold, easily pierced by steel.

You could melt it with regular goldsmithing tools to make what ever you want and it would still have hte same characteristics.

You have complete and utter control of everything. You even have control of the direction of the wind.

The only time you lose control is when your post ends and I move you to the next location.
