The colony had started out as a busy place, but was slowly dying down, with lack of items to do. There were a few basic jobs that would always be required, like getting food, and even water, they were able to grow their own gardens but when it came to meat they would have to go hunting for animals. Another job that always popped up was a sort of safety security. They walked around making sure people were at peace and that the place itself wasn't falling apart, along with making sure those who didn't belong didn't get in.

Richard was one of the few that did the security. Not because he was forced to but it was something he enjoyed. -Guess it's my animal nature...- He thought to himself. Shrugging he took his post by the entrance tunnel and leaned against the wall. It was the start of a new day...

Rae was running hard and fast, they had just made a break from the lab, and alarms were going off everywhere. She had been in the first wave, and had made it outside and deep into the forest, but the alarms could still be heard. Hearing footsteps behind her, she jumped onto a tree, digging in her nails, she blended in with the tree.

Biting her bottom lip, she also held her breath hoping that she wouldn't be heard. The last thing she needed was to be caught...

Nelaroth was silently looting a hunter's empty campsite for supplies (And maybe the hunter's weapon if that was left behind to), when he heard something coming through the forest. He left all the stuff he'd found and went to alert the colony.

Bladerunner was busy preparing his mercenary group for yet another practice raid against the scientists when he saw an animal-human jump into a tree and disappear, shortly after Bladerunner and his squad hid and waited for whatever was chasing her. They wanted blood.

Ardos unfolded his wings and stretched.

He was one of the oldest living Hybrids in the colony, not many knew this, of course because of his young appearance. He took note of all the things that were happening around him. Nothing of particular interest to him...children playing, mercenaries training...nothing that he felt he could help with. With his wings he jumped um and began to fly over the colony, as was his regiment for keeping the wings strong.
