How to Make a Proposal

Proposal threads can be about anything. Be it a special star system, unique species, interstellar civilization, major event, and so on. However, they are expected to be in final draft form, to prevent their content from changing after members have voted on them. No matter what the Proposal is, all Proposal threads must contain a public poll that displays who voted for which options. These are the options as follows:

Keep it as is.
It's good, but needs a little work.
It's not great, and needs a lot of work.
Change it entirely.

Proposal threads that don't have these options are not going to be considered for addition into the Cras Terra setting. If a Proposal thread is edited after any votes were submitted, it will be considered defunct and moved to the Recycle Box. Discussion of the Proposal can occur within the Proposal thread itself, consisting of questions, clairifications, and so on. Each thread is not to be taken lightly, as every Proposal can have a large impact on the setting as a whole.

Once all the members of the Cras Terra group have placed their votes, the option with the highest votes wins out. Should option #1 win out, the Proposal is accepted into the setting, and moved into the "Discussions" subforum. Should options #2, #3, and #4 win out, the Proposal must be resubmitted with the necessary edits.

Should two or more options be tied, the issue will be resolved within the thread itself, or within a chat conference.

What about a project thread where a proposal can be hammered out?

Then that won't be a Proposal thread per se, but more of a Brainstorming thread. They don't require polls, because they aren't a well-detailed, final draft of a full-scale concept.
