Drinking Death is a pseudonym for ingesting a liquid poison, and is the calling card of a notorious Serial Killer in the streets of Pescolia, a large city in the Country of Boutoun.
The thing with this Serial Killer, is that his targets are never threatened, and his pattern is mostly of small business owners. It is unclear what his ambitions are, but one thing is for sure....He is impossible to track.
The city has released a $100,000,000 reward for his head. doubled if he is brought back alive.
