Val wields an ornate rapier made from the finest mythril, an unbreakable metal ore. At the base of the blade the rapier is embedded with a dragon's eye. a Powerful jewel that hold within itself the power of fire. The jewel imbues the blade with magical energies that can be drawn forth for an alchemy spell She also carries three small throwing knives in her sleeves.
Abilities:
Divine Touch – After taking a moment to charge up, this spell allows Val to encompass a small area of her body in a healing aura. It takes 2 posts to completely heal a single wound. This allows her the keep fighting as she heals but leaves her weak from the injury. every subsequent time she has to heal the time it takes for healing goes up one post.
Fire Pillar - After drawing a circle into the ground with her Rapier, Val can summon forth the power held with the dragon's eye to ignite whatever is in the circle with an inferno of flames. 1 post cool down period
Dragon's Pulse - Val can activate alchemical circles from far away by thrusting his rapier into the ground and imbuing the ground with power from the dragons eye. Has a 2 post cool down period.
Burst Inferno - require 2 post charging period. Val will mark two areas in the ground in the environment around her and imbue the circles with the power of the dragons pulse. if she step in these circle Val will be teleported a distance to her other circle at supersonic speed with a wall of flam trailing her. 1 post cool down period

Personality:
A jealous, vain, abusive, but intelligent woman. Val could care less about the gods instead she occupies her time playing politics and moving the chess pieces across the board. Val is solely interested in gaining and preserving power at any cost. A firm believer in the non existence of gods, Val is sure the "Gods" she has come to know are merely entities playing a game with the fate of Common men. Having nothing against the Magical creatures of the world personally allows Val to play both sides of the game and end up winning every time. Her soulless nature isn't a facade though she is actually without a Soul. A Deal with one of the Nine Devils is to blame.
Background:
Originally from a wealthy noble family based in Byzanthara The Saint family quickly fell into ruin when Val's Mother and father died. The wealth and name was hers if it weren't for the selfish needs of an older brother. Val's brother had a gambling addiction and despite her best efforts to keep him from that path he walked it and ended up destroying the wealth their family had had. Val fell into a depression. Her only hope at the time was to salvage he family's name and marry herself off to another nobleman, but her brother had destroyed that too parading around like fool at important social parties. As Val's depression worsened she began to practice black magic and within a few months had begun communing with the Nine Devils on a regular basis. Eventually as her mind begun to fall into the sweet words of the Devils selling her soul for a single wish. However Val was still clever enough hide her wish from the Nine Devils. She wished for wealth, Beauty, and the Cunning of the Nine Devils themselves. With her new found power Val quickly rose through the ranks of the nobility eventually procuring a spot as an Inquisitor. Although a relatively low rank it boosted her reputation as a Noble. Today Val continues to control parts of the political world while furthering herself as an Inquisitor.
