In a growing city, somewhere, each resident have their own powers (or special skill/ability, or no powers if they'd like). They may do whatever they want with these powers (or special skill/ability). This city has no name, until decided in the RP.

This RP incorporates a battle system.



Name: (Speaks for itself.)
Gender: (Speaks for itself.)
Age: (Speaks for itself.)
Appearance: (Could be a picture or a description or both)
Species: (Should be an intelligent species that are able to communicate and build tools. Organisms that are able to stand erect are preferred. You can also be a human.)
Race: (Subspecies. Suppose you are an elf. This defines what type of elf.)
Powers/Abilities: (Nothing too overpowered. You can only have powers that apply to your species.)
Job: (If your character goes to school, then you will type student and grade. There will be no school if there is no teacher and building. There will be no restaurant if there is no building.)
Possesions: (This could include slaves, pets, servants, furniture, electronic devices, school supplies, and toys.)

Battle Mode Attacks:
1: (A fast, weak attack)
2: (A balanced attack)
3: (A slow, strong attack)
4: (A specialty attack, technique, power, or ability)

Gender: Male? Do robots even have genders?
Age: 6 months

Powers/Abilities: It can shoot missiles and bullets through its limbs. It can electrocute people with its limbs or its sword. It can overheat when it does too many things at once. It can open vents through its joints to release hot air when overheating.
Job: Security Guard
Possesions: A blunt sword that can electrocute people. Clothes.

Battle Mode Attacks:
1: Bullet Shot - Turns one of its hands into a handgun and shoots once. This will hit only the target.
2: Electro Slash - Slashes the opponent with his sword and lightly electrocutes. This will hit only the target.
3: Missile Blast - Turns one of its hands into a missile launcher with a loaded missile and shoots once. This will hit all units surrounding the target and the target itself.
4: Overheat Vent - Using attacks 1, 2, and 3 will slowly bring RK-08 into overheat mode. Attacking 5 times in a row with attacks 1, 2, and 3, miss or hit, will bring RK-08 into overheat mode. Attacking 8 times will make him over-overheat and it will hurt himself. This will hit all surrounding units.



Q: Why is there no personality section?
A: I don't really believe in a personality section. It would be like knowing how a character is like before meeting the person. And besides, certain personalities are easily swayed by mood.
Q: What era is this in?
A: Every era combined into one.



1. Everyone must only have one character.
2. Everyone must check the OOC often.
3. No characters are allowed to die until the character has been in the roleplay for one week in real time.
4. You are not allowed to cheat within battle mode. That means looking at your opponent's attack list. Doing so will drain the fun out of the game. Just be a good sport and don't do this. EVER.
5. Teleportation can't be #4 in battle mode, because it defines a movement.
6. Teleporation in battle mode must be typed as something like, "Teleports behind the opponent", or "Teleports above". The destination point must be defined.
7. Moves 1, 2, and 3 MUST be an attack towards the opponent. 4 can be a support move.



The owner of the RP will advise battles, notify construction, notify repair, and notify of broken items. I will also control wild monsters and animals. I will also notify of injuries and deaths.



Both characters choose a number between 1-4, or explain a movement (like, "dashes to the right", or, "jumps". "Dodges", or, "evades", will not be sufficient information and your character will waste a turn and be hit). The number said will be the attack of your character that is executed. By explaining a movement, you can dodge or evade enemy attacks. The challenging character will post first. Damage of your character will be narrated by me.



You decide. The main objective is to get the city built, but you can fool around. You can try to destroy the city.



Currently, the city is a combination between every habitat possible with a multi-purpose empty building in the middle.

The building has a carpet floor and simple white walls and ceiling. It has public restrooms too.

For some reason, the multi-purpose building in the middle of the city is indestructible, as if there were a force field around it, so no matter how many times the city is destroyed, that one building will stay.

The multi-purpose building is an unlimited source of food, although it tastes horrible. It produces food because there is a mutated tomato plant in each restroom that produces tomatoes quickly, everyday.

There is an underground cavern in a small hill.



A cavern has been made and some mail has come. People are still trying to get settled in.

Okay, the game is currently in it's open beta stage. In this stage, I will be accepting up to 10 characters, though in this stage, rules and content may change drastically since I am still perfecting it.

Aru usually wears a teal tight fitting long sleeved top that cuts at the mid-drift with complementary dark brown loose fitting cargo pants with plenty of pockets and a huge silver chain hanging off the side. Low heels are her favorite shoe and she wears them for every occasion so much she has trained herself to fight in them.

Possessions: Twin broad swords, her medallion, and an oversized black drinking gourd

1: Personal disarm: She comes quickly at the opponent at an angle, giving a kick to disorient them.
2: Fan of blades: Swinging her swords in the motion of a fan, she moves forward in attempt to slice the opponent.
3: Rejuvention: Abandons swords and uses the energy given from the medallion to build up attack power for mortal combat against the opponent.
4: Deity: Draws energy from the medallion and uses swords in a combination for a powerful and devastating attack.

2: Boulder kick: He will kick the pillar and send pieces of it flying in the general direction of the kick.
3: Weapon pull: He pulls a weapon out of the ground in any shape he pleases.
4: Stone wolf: When he is on the ground, angry, and is about to be crushed. He falls deep into the earth. Reemerging as a ten foot tall wolf made of stone.

Oh, sorry guys. I didn't read your character profiles very carefully. Race is the subspecies. Suppose your species was human, then your race would be ethnicity.

Well, I think 3 and 4 should be switched. Building up attack power is more of a support move.

Your Ground Lift counts as two different moves, since it does two different things when used on two different subjects.

Also, if ground lift is only available 3 times a day, what makes it weak and fast? (The first move requires to be weak and fast, the second requires to be average, the third requires to be slow but strong, the 4th should be a specialty move.)

You also need to insert the attack movement for weapon pull and stone wolf. Just pulling out a weapon isn't an attack.

Anyway. here's my suggestion
1: Weapon pull: He pulls a weapon out of the ground in any shape he pleases. He then (insert attack movement here). If the attack lands, weapon will break after use. If the attack does not land, he will still wield the weapon. He cannot do this while in wolf form. If he uses move 3 while wielding a weapon, the weapon will go back into the ground.
2: Boulder impact: He will kick, or tackle (wolf form) the pillar and send pieces of it flying in the general direction of the kick (or tackle). This requires move 4 to be used beforehand.
3: Stone Wolf: He burrows underground for a turn, then during the next, he jumps out as a ten-foot-tall wolf made out of stone and attacks the opponent. If this attack lands, he will go back to his original form. If not, he stays in that form. Using this attack again while in the wolf form will not require him to burrow again. He cannot use attack 1 while in wolf form. If he is holding a weapon, he will lose the weapon when he uses Stone Wolf.
4: Ground Lift: Creates a pillar of stone on the battlefield. This can also be used to make the battlefield more cramped. Move 2 will require this to be used beforehand. Using ground lift during wolf form will result in a pillar twice as big.


Something like that would be preferred.


Also, it's posessions, not professions. It's what your character has with him.

It's the bold part. Species is what type of creature you are (as an example, human). Race is what version of that creature you are (for example, African-American).

Possessions: , mining pick, light leather. Cult signet ring, and keys. Miners outfit obviously as well.

Lunges at his opponent (Any blade) or swings down at them. (Blunt) If the attack lands, weapon will break after use. If the attack does not land, he will still wield the weapon. He cannot do this while in wolf form. If he uses move 3 while wielding a weapon, the weapon will go back into the ground.

Heh, I like the edit part, LOL :)

But, as for move 1, the attack style has to be consistent, since you aren't really going to mention what you pull out of the ground anyways. Battle sequence only allows you to post a number or an evasive action.

I'm sorry about all these restrictions. That's probably the last one, though. After that, you'll be fine.

Alright, would I be able to put Weapon pull as a power/skill than and change 1 to something else? There really isn't any real way to easily and conventionally make it an attack without breaking a rule.

Well, you can put it as 4, but then 1, 2, or 3 would need to be able to use that weapon in an attack, and then you wouldn't be able to do Ground Lift (unless it becomes part of boulder impact).

Actually, I wouldn't know of any rules you'd break by making it an attack, though. You can just say he pulls a random weapon out of the ground, runs towards the opponent and swings it at the opponent.

What do you mean by villain? In this roleplay, everybody does whatever they'd like, so villain wouldn't really be a proper term to use.

As for move 2, you'll have to define how close your character has to be to use it and what area of the opponent he uses his claws on. Also, how long will his arm be for number 3? As for number 4, you have to define what object you're getting because in battle mode, you only call out numbers. You also cannot interfere with a nearby fight in number 4 because that would assume you are not in battle mode. Those can be put in the power category. Also, you have to choose between quickly moving to a distant place or the ranged drag attack.

Appearance: She has very light, straight-ish but messy hair that goes down to her elbows. It looks like it was bleached, but Osprey was born with white hair like that. Her eyes are a deep green, although almost always hidden by a pair of light brown aviator goggles with blacked-out lenses. She has fair skin with a few freckles around her nose and cheeks. She stands about 5'8'' tall and her wings (Yes, wings.) are light and speckled brown. Like this, but with wings. 1: Multi-Jab: Osprey quickly comes up into Opponent's face, punching them rapidly in the chest, arms, and face.
2: Bo Staff Swing: Pretty self-explanatory. She Swings the Bo Staff at Opponent's lower body, their legs, hips, or waist two to four times.
3: Face Kick: Osprey turns to her left and then lands a powerful kick under Opponent's jaw. This has been known to break bones.
4: Wing Attack: Using her wings as swords or extra arms, she bombards her opponent with smacks, hits, chops, and punches from her wings, arms, and elbows, usually resulting in bruises, broken bones (she's got some strong wings) or at least an injury.

And that's Osprey.

Well, as for attack number 2, where exactly does she attack? I need to know so that I can accurately track dodges.

Hopefully now since everyone is building shit, we'll have a good city going. Although I think we need some NPCs here and there. Just to fill the space, make important stuff the players don't feel like doing yadda yadda yadda. Right now I can't see anyone using the seeds to make a farm.
