The GMs and Mods decided to allow Original Characters in this RP in face of me making 5 OCs to push things along a bit. But this ruling comes with some hitches and safeguards.
1: All OCs fall under the same restrictions as the comic book Heroes and Villains. Can't be over the top strong, can't be a god or the like, must belong to one group and have a complete sheet no dark dramatic guys with a past he doesn't want to remember he needs a back story.
2: If you already have a comic book hero or villain you can't make an OC. And no killing off your comic book char. to make an OC.
3: You can only have one char. still.
4: You have to stick with the story we GMs put down and can't go off into your own tangent.
5: Try not to introduce another super power group like SHIELD or The Brotherhood into the mix stick with the 4 groups. Maybe a mention but they can't play a big role in the scheme of things.
6: Give us a detailed history since these will be OCs the other players will need all the info they can get.
7: Whatever group you join their mission becomes your mission.
