You should be a bit more patient. Sometimes it takes a day or two for someone interesting to decide and join in on a RP. Especially if it's not a developed one like yours, since that means more free time is needed. I would RP with you, but my schedule is already a bit busy as it is since I'm participating in 2 other RPs and have quite a lot of stuff going on in rl (real life).
As for the RP itself, I think you should at least set some sort of basic idea/world for your RP. After all you're the one who makes the topic. :)
