I guess I'll roll my first initiative here. One question though, do I get a penalty since Goblins are Gilder's Enemy Species?

I don't believe so. You do get a +4 bonus to hit though. And could you give me an init post in the ic, what action you're taking along with the init. You don't need to reroll

I'm going to have Gilder climb down using the remainder of his rope, probably 8 or 9 feet, do I have to roll anything to land safely from a fall of 6 or 7 feet?
