Romance 1x1?

So, I'm new. I've attempted to post some RPs on here, but I think I'll try some 1x1.

So, I'm fine with almost anything, really. I would like a M/F 1x1, just for the romance factor. I don't really enjoy M/M pairings (I'm not against gay marriage or gay romance, I just don't want it up in my face. Just my views and my two cents). But, even if there is an M/M, there just won't be any romance.

So, I'm good with any plot. Zombie apocolypse, high school nights, castaways, you name it. I mean, of course, there may be some Rps that I prefer not to do (manxalien...blech) but, anything is fine.

So, I'm going to stop starting my paragraphs with the same two words.

Not really no. I was thinking of a castaway-type roleplay but there are secrets on the island. But, I'm fine with anything really.

Hey guys and girls. I don't have the greatest "twist" on this romance story, but I can probably think of one. I just think it would be a fun idea.


Write a paragraph per post.
Write in story style, whether in first or third. I prefer first, because it is a better way to outline the thought process, but third is fine either way.
Maybe have two different characters. I'm thinking this could be the "twist" factor on it.
I will only do M/F relationships. This is just a personal option. And since I am a guy, your characters have to be women.
As for an age group, be mature. This will be an M-Rated romance, so keep that in mind.
Please, please, please, please have proper grammar. I'll take some fragments, but that's about it. If you do not have proper grammar, I will get very frustrated, and may not even respond.
Be able to walk like an Egyptian.



A romantic roleplaying experience that will be a load of fun.
Anywhere between 1-2 paragraphs of text, depending on how excited I am about the events at the time.
A "Grammar Nazi," as I am called among friends.
Two characters with different styles, if we do my idea from a twist?
Many, many unfamiliar references. Mainly song titles, for I listen to obscure music.
A fun roleplaying experience!

Anyway. I'm up for whatever you want to. And I can play two totally opposite characters. I can play a male and a female, two girls, two guys. Whichever.
What is your idea for the twist?

Well, like I said, two characters is my best idea for a "twist" really. I can't think of a setting, but, I do have one idea (I guess).

The first guy writes a column for a newspaper, and he meets the girl and tells the whole world about his love. That's one side, and as for the other guy/girl...well, I can't think of a better plot. I want the guys to be friends with the guys and the girls be friends with girls, but...I can't think of another one...

By 'column,' what do you mean? Is it a news column about love? Maybe he does an advice column, and the girl is a frequent who asks for his advice about love a lot, and they fall in love like that? That's what I got from it, anyway.

Well...if you've ever seen (or read the book) "Marley & Me," how the main guy wrote a column on his dog and their adventures. That's how I see it. But, the love advice column idea is good also.

I've never seen it or read it. I heard that the dog died at the end so I didn't want to. :p

Okay. Now, for the other couple...if you want to have one...or, better yet we just make two CSs and they stay friends with your own character, then the two "mains" go on a date, and at the same time, set their friends up on a blind one.
