I wouldn't advise including pictures of any characters, because some of their pictures may or may not be switched out before the reboot. But aside from that, it's up to you.
Text: The name should obviously be included. Not sure yet what kind of slogan, if any, would be appropriate, but if you can think of one then by all means let me know! :)
Colors: Whatever you decide is fine by me. If it helps any with the decision making process, I've included below a partial list of colors that I personally tend to assign to the five Chakras in the RP, but none of these are required.
