[Edynol]

Here is where all the important NPCs of Ethanria will be posted. Remember, if you want to play one of these NPCs in an rp, you must ask permission first.

Name: Anella Sareth-Ethran
Race: 3/4 human, 1/4 elf
Age: 47(looks 20)
Class: Archmage
Powers/skills: She has a wide arsenal of offensive and defensive spells, but is most powerful with fire and water/frost spells. She is also adept at healing.
Description: She is about 5'3" with flawless, milky-peach skin, pale blonde hair and blue eyes. She appears to be human, and conciders herself as such, but has a little elvish blood, which is why she looks much younger than she really is and shorter than the average woman.

She has a very differential personallity, but underneath that mask she is very passionate and once dedicated to a cause, she will not stop until her goal has been reached. And though she was raised on a farm in Avenstone, she does not like getting her hands dirty or engaging in physical combat, though if pressed, she is quite handy with a dagger or small sword.

Bio: Raised in Avenstone Vale, she grew up as a farmer's daughter, though she never liked working the fields or tending sheep. At the age of twelve, she started showing great potential in the art of magic. She was the youngest ever to start training at the magic school in Vealigarde, and the youngest raised to full sisterhood at the age of 21, the youngest before her being 35.

When she was 22, during her first year out of Vealigarde, she met Edynol while on a trek to Tresnia as he was tracking a dangerous demon for a high bounty. They parted ways, but a day later she was attacked by the demon Edynol was after, and at that time she couldn't take the demon by herself. But as luck would have it, Edynol was close by and saved her. She then hired him as a bodyguard and they traveled together for several years. She eventually learned Edynol was an immortal during a mission into the Anthar Wastes to rescue a group of abducted villagers when he decimated an entire tribe of trolls on his own after finding the body of a child.

Despite the feelings they shared, her and Edynol parted ways when she married King Gareth Ethran in a political marriage to tie the rest of the southern kingdoms to Ethranar through the Vealian Mestai. But even though she is the queen of Ethranar, she makes it plainly known that she is Vealian Mestai first, queen second, and a very weak second at that. She spends very little time in the palace, still frequently going on missions for Vealigarde.

Name: Jeraxustraz(He is often disguised as Edynol's black horse, Jexus)
Race: Black Dragon
Age: 2370
Class: Dragon-mage
Powers/skills: He commands a large array of dark and terrible powers.
Description: He can take on many different forms, but in his true form, he's about 100ft. long, 70ft. tall, and weighs around 10 tons, which is average for adult male dragons.

Bio: Though he is a black dragon, he has seperated himself from his brood to better serve a greater purpose. And though he isn't an elder dragon, due to certain alliances he one of the most powerful dragons in existance, more powerful then even his own broodmother.

Name: Grimwal Thunderhammer
Race: Dwarf
Age: 557
Class: Warrior
Powers/skills: He is a very strong warrior who's skill with a hammer is not easily rivaled. He is also a runemaster, able to carve runes into weapons that can be charged and imbued with magic.
Description: Short and stocky like most dwarves, he stands at about 4'10" and wieghs about 90 pounds of pure muscle, except maybe his big belly. He has great love for fighting and ale, but he also has a deep appreciation for poetry, though he will deny it to his grave.

Bio: Originally from Tresnia, he went to Ethranar to make a fortune in the Crystaldeep Mines. He then retired and opened up his own forge/runeshope in Knotstrim, where his talents are well sought after by people all across the southern kingdoms.

Name: Harreck Jhennson
Race: Human
Age: 43
Class: Paladin
Powers/skills: He is very strong in both melee combat and light/holy magic. While he doesn't often fight with magic directly, he does use it to greatly enhance his strength and awareness as well as healing.

Description: He is a large man, standing about 6'8" and weighing aroung 280 pounds of pure muscle. Despite his large size, he is deceptively agile and quick. He has blond hair that falls just above his shoulders with a few streaks of gray and blue eyes.

He is really arrogent, and boasts about his accomplishments every chance he gets and sometimes takes foolish chances without thinking about the consequences. But having said that, he has a good heart and a very strong sense of honor and committment.

Bio: Born in Avenstone, he was once third in line for the throne, but graciously denounced his claim to serve a greater purpose. He became famous across all of Telanthria for defeating some the most powerful villains the land had ever known. He is worshiped and admired by millions and deservingly so. He is a hero in almost every sense of the word. Currently, he lives in Tresnia as the king's advisor and leader of an elite force of holy warriors called The Hand of Light.

There are rumors floating about that he might be the Immortal of Light reborn, but the rumors are false.

Name: Priestess Vellia Whispersong
Race: Elf
Age: 3700+ years(Looks in her mid-30's)
Class: Priest
Hieght: 5'3"
Hair: Silver-blonde, fall down to her hips.
Eyes: Deep Blue
Discription: She is very friendly until you give her a reason not to be. She cares very little about the world outside her realm, but cares deeply for the saftey of those within Eversong's border. She is very mild-tempered and rarely loses her cool restraint, but is quick to banish someone from her land if they cause her any problems.

Bio: Vellia is one of the most powerful priestesses in the world, one of the few mortals able to bring one back to life if not dead for too long and cleanse the some of the most vile corruption. It was she who constructed the protective barrier around Old Vealinar which protected the land in and around the city from the corruption caused by the Nazra'gur. While the city itself was destroyed, the land remained uncorrupted and eventually became known as Evergreen Oasis.

Vellia no longer considers herself as Vealian Mestai, but she still sees them as sisters and has a special place in her heart for them. She is one of only two that were Vealian Mestai during the dark ages, the other one being an elder dragon named Varigros, who remains in Dragonwood Vale as the Vealian adviser to the Dragon Goddess Ethanraza. But since that time, Vellia severed all ties to the Vealian Mestai and for a long time only concerned herself with taking care of her kingdom and her people. But this has changed recently since she was convinced to join the effort against Deldranna.

Race: Dragon(Immortal)
Age: Forgotten even to herself(Around 200 million years or so).
Class: Immortal(Dragon Mage)
Discription: In her elvish form, she is about 5'5", has odd, color-shifting translucent eyes, and long silver hair. In her dragon form, she is around 85 feet long and 50 feet tall and weighs around 7 tons, which is normal for adult female dragons. Her scales are translucent, being of no color but every color at the same time.

Bio: Ethanraza is the oldest being in existance and is concidered to be the mother of the world. She has live more years than she can remember, despite long memories dragons have. Other than being the Immortal of Arcane and the Dragon Godess, the mother of the broodmothers, not much else is known about her except that she one of the most powerful beings in the world equalled only by Deldranna.

Race: Torrock
Class: Arch-Druid
Age: 827
Discription: he stands about 10'5 and weighs around 850 pounds. He has dark hair and skin and greenish-brown eys. He usually wears green and brown cotton leg-robes and leather sandals and carries a large Dragontwig staff.

Bio: Like most Torrocks from the Isle of Tranquil Storms, who all have black skin and hair, he his a master of wind and water magic. He is an arch-druid, which means he uses his powers for defending the land against those who seek to destroy it. He is skilled at healing, like all druids, but his strength lies in offensive magic. He is capable of using even the tiniest bits of water to make deadly weapons, even the water in another's body.

Despite his exceptional talents for tapping into nature's wrath, he is a kind person, and like most torrocks, doesn't resort to violence unless given no other choice. He is one of the few inhabitants of Everstorm Vale to leave the isle, leaving to consult with the Vealian Mestai about the strange occurrances at the isle.

He travels with his faithful companion, Cha'kah, a black Stormpanther the size of a small horse or young bear. Unlike other felines, stormpanthers love swimming and enjoy the water, and as such, their main diet consists mostly of fish. She is wary around strangers, and is quick to risk her life to defend her companion. But she never attacks unless ordered or someone threatens Koctus' life.

Name: Annora Runeforge
Race: Dwarf
Class: Archmage
Age: 267(Appears in her mid 20's)
Appearance: She has dark red hair that she wears loose, unlike other female dwarves, and it falls a few inches above her shoulders. She is slender and elegant instead of rugged and stocky like other dwarves. She looks more like a small human than a dwarf. She is usually seen in fine, blue silk dresses with a light purple cloak.

Bio: She is an extremely powerful archmage and the High Seat of the Vealian Mestai, which makes her a queen of queens of sorts in the Western lands. Despite her small stature, she is also physically strong and skilled with using spears and bows. Her combat prowess combined with her great knowledge of the magical arts makes her one of the most powerful mortals in the world.

Her parents were killed while mining in Crystaldeep by a raid of bandits from Kydin Bar, thus she was raised by humans after a Vealian priest found her and raised her as his own. Early in her childhood, she showed great promise and a natural affinity for the arcane, which is uncommon except for those with dragon blood. She is also the youngest to be raised to the High Seat of the Vealian, the youngest before her being eighty two.

Name: Azmari Zangee, Queen of Cairdian
Age: 27
Class: Warrior Shaman

Bio: Azmari, despite her youth and petite size, is deceptively strong and extremely agile and powerful in the shaman arts. And though she is the youngest queen in Cairdian's history, her mother having died when her ship was attacked by pirates, she is a strong and wise leader, showing wisdom well beyond her years. She is also skilled with a spear and bow, making her a really dangerous opponent.

Like most Cairdians, she wary of outsiders, but treats them kindly unless given a reason not to. She has a very fair voice and a sweet smile, which helps to hide her fierce and intense lethality, and to those who don't know her, she comes off as nice, innocent young woman who wouldn't harm a fly. And to be true, she would never harm a fly, for they are innocent little creatures. But if pressed, she will bring down the fury of a hundred volcanoes.

Name: Marius Rohll
Age: Forgotten(Around 12,000 years). Appears in his early 20's.

Class: Immortal of Light

Bio: Born as Geonald Barindis in time forgotten back before the Great Sundering, he has worn many different names and lived many different lives in his long years. He was also once known as Marius Rholl, the first of the infamous Rholl bloodline which produced some of the greatest healers in history and founded the order of the Palairens, an ancient order of priests which worked with the Vealian Mestai before the fall of Anthar.

Being someone who has helped shape history through out the ages, he is very humble and never brags about his accomplishments. Though he does sometimes get the urge to set people straight when history books and lore-masters have things wrong about the times he himself knew the truth of.

Name: Kikura Avelnëil(Kiku for short)
Age: 45(Looks around 18)
Race: Demon/elf
Class: Demage
Powers/skills: Unlike most with demonic blood, Kiku's strengths do not lie in offense, at least not directly. She is skilled in curses and enchantments which be can very helpful, or extremely harmful. But though offense isn't her forte', she can be pretty nasty if pushed to it as she is a master torture and keeping people alive through what would normally kill them.

Discription: She is petite, stands about 5'3, has firey red hair, and when she's not hiding them, white, feathery wings. Her eyes are a dark purple color and her skin is a creamy peach color with tan tattoos along her arms and legs.

She is very friendly and chirpy, acting more human than demon or elf, and is very flirtacious. If one thing is prominant from her demon side, it's her voracious appetite for men's attentions, rather it be flirting and teasing them and walking away, or maybe more...physical aspirations.

Bio: The daughter of an elf and a demon, her elf mother having been raped, Kiku wasn't fully accepted in her home of Eversong. Though the others didn't mistreat her, she always felt the tension between herself and them, the looks they gave her when they thought she wasn't aware. Even her mother seemed to be just going through the motions with her. So when she was just into her 20's, she left eversong to find a place she would be accepted at. But on her journey, she got caught in a burrow worm trap and was almost eaten until she was rescued by Marius. Since then, she has become a great ally and secret holder for the Immortals, even knowing the identities of Marius and Edynol before anyone else. She now resides in Tresnia and runs a small enchantment and alchemy shop as well as courier service, of sorts.

Name: Aedaraza
Age: Forgotten(Around 220,000)
Race: Green Dragon
Class: Arch Druid
Skills/powers: Too many to name, her power over the forces of nature are surpassed only by the Immortal of Nature.

Bio: Being the Green Broodmother and queen of Tremal Knell, as well as the conduit of the great tree Teldrinel, she is considered the most powerful druid in the world aside from the Immortal of Nature. She is revered by many, even other broodmothers, and is considered the epitome of Nature's power, beauty, and grace.

Despite her immense power, she one of the most loving and caring being in Ethanria, holding each and every life dear and sacred. She usually stays in elven form and greets everyone she meets with a gentle hug and kiss. Her temper is almost non-existent, and even when angry she is thoughtful and understanding. The only time she resorts to violence is if she's left with no other choice.

Name: Kognar Barkskin
Race: Troll
Class: ArchDruid
Age: 537
Height: 9'7"
Discription: Being one of very few trolls that are not savages or under demonic influence, Kognar is proof that trolls are capable of being much more than just dumb brutes and blood thirsty savages. Having embraced his Trollock side, he is a very gentle person and is slow to anger. But when he's forced to fight, he can prove to be a more than formidible foe.

The day he was born, his mother was found gravely injured on the border of Tremal Knell and the Maul of Corruption. Discovered by a scouting party of druids and shaman, he was removed from his mother's womb after she was put out of her misery and taken into the forest where he was raised by Korgath Barkskin, a torrock druid who took him in as his own and taught them the ways of the druid.

At first, everyone was wary about him, not sure if he was capable of being different from standard trolls. But all those doubts were laid to rest during a raid from the Maul when his loyalty was put to the test. When most of his scouting party was taken by surprised and slaughtered, instead of turning on the others in his party, he risked his life fighting off the raiding party in a display of power that awed the surving scouts. After fighting of the raid, he healed two injured scouts to the best of his abilities before carrying them all the way back to Teldrinel, a two week trek running as fast as a horse, to be completely healed.

After that, he was no longer looked upon warily and cautiously, but as a hero and true ally. A few hundred year later, he became one of the youngest to ever be appointed to the Jáenëival Sacturïm, the Queen's council of advisors. After his adoptive father was killed by a spy, who still is not known, Aedaraza took him under her wing in honor of his father's sacrafice. Since then, he has become one a very few that the queen knows she can trust and thus holds a very high standing amongst the people in Tremal Knell.

Name: Delonathias Esènriäl
Race: Elf
Class: ArchDruid
Age: 1,874(Appears in his early 20's)
Height: 5'7"
Discription: He has a very soft, almost melodic voice and a very calm demeanor. He wears the traditional green and brown robes that are an indication of his station as a member of the Jáenëival Sacturïm, Aedanraza's Council.

Bio: Del, as most people call him, is a hero of his people. He is widely known to all elves for leading a campaign into the Maul to rescue several hundred captives before they could be killed, turned, or corrupted. Soon after, after the untimely death of one of the queen's head council members, he was key in rooting an entire cell of spies, thus earning himself a spot on the council. At first, he turned the offer down, not being one who cared for polotics and other such inner workings, but eventually, he gave in and joined, quickly becoming one of Aedaraza's most trusted advisors.

Name: Taerazana, Blue Dragon Broodmother
Race: Dragon
Class: Dragonmage
Age: 347,000
Description: She has a very straight forward personality. And though she isn't really vain or arrogant, she does command the respect she deserves. She is quick to anger, but doesn't lose her head easily. Though if you do not show her the respect she deserves, she won't hesitate to use her magic on you. Able to control the water inside a person's body, she is not reluctant to making someone bow to her by force.

Bio: Aside from being the Blue Broodmother, she is also the queen of the Isle of Tranquil Storms and the Frostmist Isles. Her powers over water and ice great and extensive, able to summon waves as tall as the sky and glaciers as large as small cities. The everlasting storm that gives the Isle its name is a testament to her powers, having summoned the warm, tranquil rains over five thousand years ago and yet not allowing them to flood the island.

Though shestays confined to the Isle of Tranquil Storms, only leaving occasionally to visit the Frostmist Isles, she is still widely known across the entire world, many concidering her the Storm Goddess and that all the snow and rain they recieve is by her will. It is also rumored that she has her own private kingdom in the farthest depths of the ocean where only she can travel, but that is just mere speculation as far as anyone knows.

Name: Dh'elanna Dïrgespike
Race: Dwarf
Age: 325
Class: Warrior/Shaman
Skills: Blacksmithing, Runesmithing, Enchanting.
Hieght: 4'5"
Hair: Brown
Eyes: Brown
Discription: She is a very blunt dwarf, concidered to have a firey tongue even by dwarven standards. And while she is really social in her off hours, when she is working she wants little to do with anyone and prefers any conversation to be small and to the point. She is easily irritated and will won't hesitate to knock someone on the head or throw them a few yards if they get under her skin.

Bio: She is the most reknown blacksmith/runesmith in all of Telanthria, and also the hardest to find as she never stays in one place for more than a few decades at the most and goes by a different name in each town she goes. No one knows where she's originally from, only that she was taken in by the shamanistic Dïrgespike family at a very young age. She was a natural when it came to blacksmithing and runesmithing, easily learning in a short time what took most dwarves years to master.

But what truly made her prodigy was how she used her shaman abilities to enhance her blacksmithing and runesmithing, something never before done, to make some of the most powerful weapons in the world. The only other person who knows her secrets is her trusted apprentice, Thoria Dïrgespike, whom she adopted at a young age when she was found wandering the frozen lands.

Age: Unknown, at least around 170(looks 18)
Class: Shaman/warrior
Skills: Blacksmithing, Runesmithing, Enchanting.

Discription: For a dwarf, she is considered shy, but that's like mithril calling steel soft. But while she is more mild-tempered than most dwarves, she is still liable to knock you around if you cross her even slightly.

Bio: Not much to tell here, except that she was found at a young age around 150 years ago by Dh'elanna Dïrgespike and taken in as both adoptive daughter and apprentice. She is the only one Dh'elanna trusts with her secrets, and vice versa.
