You have been given this assignment as it's your first assignment out of planet. You are most likely wondering why the upgrade. You have garnered the highest test scores in your aptitude tests in both high gravity simulations, insectoid simulations and high danger classed creature types. You also have a high marksmanship and shooting scores among grunt level troopers.
You along with the team you will be leading will be clearing a hill that's set to be used as the new colonist mining location, but the UED need the grounds cleared. The tunnels are too small for our machinery and our tanks to clear so your team along with several others will be placed strategically around the hill and then you will clear it of all threatening life forms and destroy any means of them reforming without destroying the tunnels themselves. A list of the creature types found so far have been listed along with their ability to rend human flesh and crush steel. Take none of this for granted.

United Earth Directorate is the evolution of the United Nation after the spreading across the solar system and beyond, taking control of all territories on their side of the black hole(Galaxy).
Their main function is supposed to be policing but the galaxy is too large so now their main function is escorting, handling high ranked disputes and clearing ground for the terraformers as the natives make the bugs from Starship troopers generally look like Care Bears.
This story starts with a basic clean up but devolves along the way into the real plot, which becomes more of a survival horror type plot.
More will be revealed when the story begins.

The story will have an 8 man team irrespective of how many players join the plot. If we have less than eight then we've create NPC to fill the gaps. If I have more, then some players will be a part of a nearby team. There will be allot of death o your character getting injured or killed is a real fact. Snipers are also trained in camouflage and stealth, although not the strongest or fastest they are the most effective in assassination of key targets.
Snipers have two guns
Big Betty: This is a massively high calibre rifle capable of piercing a tank's armour at its strongest point with the right rifle round. It unfortunately carries only on bullet at a time in the chamber and has a three second reload and cooling phase. This gun will kill a tunneler and the reaver behind it.
The Butterfly Gun
Most expensive and most impressive of the pistol range as it high calibre rounds in quick three shot bursts. This gun requires special ammo so one can't just chop and change pistol cases as they could with all the other pistol classes.
Both weapons use Armour piercing shells or burst point. Burst points are useless on armoured flesh but extremely effective against exposed flesh.
The Telepath
Most of the time these are officer trained, and the most vital members of any military group and a given protect at all cost command as training telepaths is difficult and expensive units to train. They are the only troops given the most advanced self preservation systems. They are not the strongest or the fastest but their officer training and natural empathic abilities have them running the show 90% of the time. (Except in this RP lol)

30 second force field.
For third second an electric field surrounds the Telephath blocking our everything, including air. To prevent toxins from being used against the telepath. Most telepaths had mini respirators the size of a pencil they put over their mouths to sustain them.
JackHammer
Light weight weapons specifically designed as a shotgun with the ability to fire 30 shots in a minute but that is using plasma shells sending fiery bursts of molten steel at a target. Slow to kill but are powerful armour reducers and are effective at slowing a powerful opponent such as a tunneler down but nowhere near enough to stop it in less than three clean shots.
Electric Pulse Array
Flat disc like device designed for detection of heat signatures, radiation, metal and movement. These devices are placed out periodically so a detailed multileveled map can be drawn out of unknown grounds. These devices also help with a missile strikes.
Underground Missiles
Smart missiles, designed to turn sharp corners and raise and drop, going as far as taking a three point turn before hitting a target and exploding. The man with the radio only needs a laser pointer to paint their target.
The Heavy Gunner
These are the muscle men of the military force, over 90 percent of the have high tech exoskeletons attached to their flesh which allow them to run faster and carry more than any of the military groups. This soldier is the human alternative to a tank, designed to clear heavy situations and intimidate the hell out of enemy ground troops.
The Mountain Splitter AKA the MS45 or MS
This is a robotic device which works doubly as a Chain gun and as a rail gun. The Chain gun dropped down from the shoulder on its own and drops into the arm and fires up two three hundred thousand high velocity rounds in a minute, though that option is a highly dangerous thing to do as overheating may be a real danger. And with so many rounds going off it uses a great deal of ammunition.
Dropping from the other shoulder is the flamethrower, this device uses napalm like heat to spray on highly dangerous ground where bullets or plasma won't help effectively.
The Plasma Storm
Large powerful plasma rifle, fires slug like shells which burn right through armour like a knife through butter and at high speed. The extreme negative of the weapon is it's ammunition and it's extreme heavy weight.
The munitions are square boxes called plasma canisters. This canisters are extremely volatile if one is cracked and exposed to clean air, they explode and burst apart in a fiery mess. Which is why they are used as grenades and are kept within a heavy gunner's armour.
Grenade launcher
Launcher set in pistol form. Heavy for a regular trooper to use, the weapons essentially works like a mortar. Needing to be loaded after every single shot.
The Medic
Every single team has one of these. These are troopers with a level of advanced training matching those of Telepaths where they learn the workings of the human body. Well, enough to keep it pumping.
The Standard Feeding Pack or SFP.
Every trooper carries food and water from a week, though with various locations, temperatures food consumption for a week can end up lasting a month so Medics carry emergency stocks of shrunken or hyper dehydrated foods which become high protein mini meals, good enough to sustain.
The Standard Stim Pack
A slow trooper can proof to be s dangerous to everyone than an injured trooper so each medic is armed with 'wake up' juice. When the stimpack is pumped into the blood which has one of three effects.
Red Stim - It keeps the taker wide awake and fully functional as thought they'd woken up from a long sleep for 12 hours.
Blue Stim - This numbs the pain surrounding the body for up to three hours before it comes back hard. If make up meds are not taken before it wears off then the taker will go into shock and fall into a comma.
Black Stim - This has the stim effect of both the previous stim packs but with the ability to make a human run twice as fast and lift twice as much as a regular human being.
The Jell pack
This Jell pack is for anyone with heavy lacerations. This is a jell that covers the exposed flesh without immediately killing those injured.
Surgical kit
Basically series off knives which, work well and cut apart any and all flesh.
Suppressor
This is basically a pump action shotgun but with an alternative twist to shooting. The weapon uses a type of plasma ammunition which is far less volatile then regular plasma ammunition. When loaded like a regular slung the pump is pulled back and the weapon is charged up turning up the plasma ammunitions volatility until it either explodes or is fired with heavy force. When fired at full pump it is the most powerful of shotguns when fired in quick seccession it's got the fire power of a more regular shotgun with more suppressive power than penetrating power(Ie it packs a punch instead of digging a hole).

This is the most common type of soldier. They are trained to be at the highest of their physical form without augmentation, always aided by the use of stimpacks which work as high grade steroids without the typical setbacks of current steroids. They are the general troopers of the army, they are the first in and the most recruit able. They are the first line of humanity's defence and are the last line off defence. If anyone has to stand their ground for longest or gets support last it's the grunts.

This is the militaries' heavy riffle. High calibre rifle with a strong kick back and a huge amount of upgrades to support the specialist grunt who knows what they want out their gun. Each rifle is unique to every trooper. Each one powerful and accurate and well stocked with light weight ammo and capable of high speed firing or highly accurate firing, though never as powerful or accurate as the military's other specialist weaponry.
The Shotgun Aka the Door knocker or DK.
Massively high calibre heavy weapon capable of punching a hole through almost anything. Highly accurate, firing powerful slugs which are guaranteed to leave a huge hole and numb fingers and sore ear as this fucker is loud.
The Service pistol
This is a high speed shooting device, low calibre. Capable of firing 500 shots in a minute and firing in ten shot bursts where you switch into burst or semi automatic mode. This is a troopers best friend as it's small light weight and is always helpful in a pinch.

Reavers are furless, generally the height of an Alsatian but twice as thick with entirely back skin and have serrated fangs with the strength and biting force to tear steel.
Reavers travel in packs of four, with the largest Reaver taking rear and leading from behind. Although the largest of the Reavers, it always communicates with barking and waits until the second attack to enter the fray.
Estimated population sizes are at several thousand packs.
Tunnelers
Humanoid beings, large as they are tall. These monsters are over two meters tall and are considered to be the reasons the tunnels exsist as they can dug trough almost any rock in seconds, some of the larger breeds punching through rock as though it wasn't there. The fact that they are bland seems to mean noting as they can see with nothing more than the vibrations they feel in the rock, allowing them to attack through the rock like trap door spiders.

Wurms
Massively huge drilling creatures which can eat through rock and steel with childish ease. These creatures are so huge they cannot be killed without an underground strike and when seen a strike must be called.

Drillers
Tiny insectoids that hang on the roof of tunnels and crumble off the roof and fall on soldiers drilling right through steel and devouring flesh with ease.
