The loud ringing of the alarm had been going off for nearly half an hour by this time, Kazuto buried his head under his pillow tightly trying to drown out the noise of the alarm clock as though wishing it didn't exist.
"Kazu! Wake up!" Kazuto's brother yells angrily banging on his door, "turn off the damned alarm clock before I do!"
Kazuto mumbled to himself before finally sitting up in the bed, his hair was a mess as he began to yawn and stretch his arms. Kazuto's eyes beamed angrily at the alarm clock as though it purposely went off on it's own to annoy him and his brother, he reached over and pressed the button before his eyes fell onto the time, "seems I'll be late today." Kazuto sighs stepping up off his bed and sluggishly walking over to his closet to grab his clothes for school.
Kazuto walked out of his room and headed straight for the front door to put on his shoes and headed outside without a word to anyone, not like they'd care to hear from him anyways. As he walked outside he put his hand over his eyes, the sun was always so bright in the mornings. Kazuto began slowly walking down the side walk, by this time class should just be starting but with this fact in mind Kazuto still wasn't going to rush to get there on time, no point now that he's already late.

Elle woke up to her small hello kitty clock ring. "Ugh...wh-what time is it?" She looked over at her clock. Her eyes windend, "im gonna be late oh no!" She quickly ran to the bathroom, she turned on the shower water and grabbed her toothbrush and toothpaste. She brushed her teeth and showerd at the same time. When she got out she quickly brushed her hair and sprayed it before throwing on her school cloths.

She rushed down stairs as she grabbed a frozen breakfast hotpocket out the cold freezer and threw it in the microwave. While it was cooking she grabbed a container out of the freezer that contained her half frozen lemon soda/lemonade. She quickly took her hotpocket out the microwave as she heard it beep,grabbed her container and stormed out the door.

"Im laaattte!" She said as she ate her hotpocket and drank her juice. She ran past someone but didn't care and just kept running.

He watched as a girl quickly ran past him, she seemed familiar but he didn't much care. Soon he was in front of the school, it was so quiet with everyone already in class it was rather peaceful and he walked inside the school and down the hall to his first class.
When Kazuto opened the door the silence of the class was disrupted and everyone turned to see who was coming in, "Kazuto? You're late." The teacher glared at Kazuto who just shrugged and headed over to his desk in the front row and sat down without a word, "care to explain why your late?" The teacher asks adjusting his glasses, again Kazuto shrugged.
"The bell rang before I got here." Kazuto says smirking at the teacher.
"Your staying after school for a detention, lateness will not be tolerated." The teacher says angrily.

She finished her hotpocket quickly as she ran to her classroom, since there attention was already on someone else she quickly sneaked over to her desk and sat down, she threw her container in her desk and shut it silently. Only a few students noticed she even went in the classroom.

She looked over at the teacher, he looked horribly mad, hopefully not at her. She finally noticed everyone was staring at. Kazuto.

She just read a book she got from the small blue shelf.

"Elle? How nice of you to join us, do you have an explanation for being late?" The teacher asks glancing over at the girl, Kazuto turned back - that was who passed him while they were on their way to school. She was so quiet he almost forgot she existed.
"You complaining about us being late but you're interrupting your own teaching to scold us, why not get back to the lesson." Kazuto says as the teacher glares back at them.
"You both have detention after school, you'll be cleaning up the classroom." The teacher says picking up his text book and turning back to the board angrily getting back to the note he was in the process of writing as the two late students had walked in, if it weren't for the few students that looked back at Elle the teacher may not have noticed her at all.
Kazuto mumbled under his breathe about the teachers stupidity and wasting his time as he pulled out his text book and plopped it down on his desk to try and find where the teacher was in his lesson.

"I woke up...late..im sorry." She said annoyed, you could tell you rather say "Screw off." But just kept quiet and opened up her text book. "Wish I could give you detention baldy mc. Pencil eraser head." She thought as she opened the page to the lesson. "And don't expect to get this apple now." She mummered to herself as she continued to work on it.

She finished in a matter of minuets. She grabbed her "sketchy" book and drew a pretty princess.

Kazuto skimmed through what the teacher was writing on the board, he then skipped ahead in the book and answered the questions quickly. He then lifted his head up from his work once the teacher had finished his lesson and gave him a glare before laying his head down on his desk - he needed to get some more sleep the alarm clock disturbed his sleep this morning.
It wasn't long before the bell rang for lunch, Kazuto turned around in his desk to talk to his cousin Kenji and Kenji's best friend Daisuke.
"Why were you late this morning?" Daisuke asks smirking.
"If I wouldn't tell the teacher what makes you think I would tell someone as stupid as you." Kazuto sighs crossing his arms.
"I'll stay late and wait for you to get out of detention if you want Kazu." Kenji offers as Kazuto shakes his head no.
"Who was that girl who came in?" Daisuke asks leaning back in his chair.
"Your an idiot, be a little more observant she's been in our class for a while now and the teacher said her name." Kenji says glaring at Daisuke. Kazuto began to slowly space out into his own world as he watched the two talk back and forth switching into different subjects.

She heard the lunch bell ring. She got up from her desk after she grabbed her container with her juice and walked away. "Excuse me." She said as she passed three boys.

She waked in line for lunch and waited. When she was forward in line she just bought a cheeseburger with bacon, a salad, some chili cheese freetos and a fruit cup than payed for it. "Man nine dollers and thirteen cents...school lunchs are so expensive these days. I mean I could buy 20 bags of mc.donels at this rate. Jeez why do I get detention he didn't even let me explain...jerk." She said as she walked back to her class.

"So we'll hang out this weekend right?" Daisuke asks leaning in close to Kazuto's face, he woke Kazuto out of his concentration - with this surprise Kazuto slapped Daisuke in the head before he realized what he'd done. Kazuto smirked as Daisuke rubbed his cheek and sat in his desk pouting.
"Wasn't that a bit harsh?" Kenji asks looking over at Daisuke then back at Kazuto with a sigh, "don't worry Daisuke he didn't mean it." Kenji says patting Daisuke on the head like a puppy.
"Yeah sure I didn't." Kazuto says smirking as he leaned back in his chair, "when did I agree to hang out with him?" Kazuto asks as Daisuke pouts more.
"Your so cruel." Daisuke says pretending to cry dramatically. As Daisuke began to pout again Kazuto slowly spaced out again, before he knew it class had begun again.
Kazuto calmly read over his work as the teacher began writing problems on the board, the day was almost one he just needed to keep this in mind in order to not drive himself insane.

"Eh finnaly." She said as she grabbed her notebook and her smallbag, she grabbed her small container and walked out the classroom. The teacher already knew she had to leave home for a dentist appointment but what he didn't know that it was canceled till friday.

She walked till she was out the school and started to walk home. It was really dark outside.

Kazuto lifted his head when he heard the classroom door shut and looked up at the teacher, "can I go home now?" Kazuto asks stretching his arms, "though it may surprise you I do have better things to do." The teacher glared at him as he stood up.
"Keeping you here seems rather pointless anyway, next time I'll just send you to the principles office." The teacher demands, Kazuto was already walking out the class room door as the teacher was speaking.
He tossed his bag over his shoulder and quickly headed outside, "wow I slept pretty long." Kazuto sighs looking around at the darkened sky, "it'll be his fault I'm late tomorrow because I wont be able to sleep tonight." Kazuto says smirking as he sticks out his tongue and starts heading home. As he turned the corner he saw the girl from school walking ahead of him, he'd never noticed they had the same path home before.

"God my sister must be crazy worried...she won't believe this.." She said as she continued walk home. She looked behind her and saw someone else. "Oh they must take this route too...." She said as she looked all around her. "Jeez I wonder what time it must be..." She looked behind her again. "I sure hope he's not fallowing me..." She got the chills before speeding up a but. "Man I'm hungry...I'm not cooking diner tonight I'm too tired." She thought to herself as she continued to walk.

"Oh this looks interesting." A girl says to herself with a snickering as she watches the two walking home from a tree up high, as Elle began to approach where the branch was that the girl was sitting on she jumped down and landed in front of her, "good evening." The girl says blocking the path of the girl. Kazuto slowly approached them both.
"Is there a reason your blocking the side walk?" Kazuto asks glaring at the girl.
"Would you ave stopped if I asked nicely?" The girl asks smiling pleasantly at them both, her peircing golden cat's eyes stared at them both quickly before she began to speak again, "I've picked you two as the first to experience my curse."
"I don't have time for your crazy ranting." Kazuto says trying to walk past her but some force held him back, what was going on?!

Elle continued to walk till a girl jumped in front of her and greeted her. "Umm..H-hello?" She was confused, this girl looked like a cat! Before she could say anything else the boy from before ran over. "Oh im s..." Before she could say another word she heard the girl mention some type of curse. "Gah uh curse..? Um...im not suppose to talk to strange cat girls in the middle of the night. I'm otta here!" She tried to run but she couldn't, something was holding her back, the wind was blowing hard. "Wh-WHAT IS THIS? Whats happening?" She couldn't move.

"I told you I'm putting a curse on you." The girl sighs as though disappointed at their lack of listening, "my name is Kokoro, I am a cat spirit and I've decided you two are the perfect subjects for my curse." She explains crossing her arms as Kazuto continues to try and fight his way out but to no avail, the girl walked over to him and patted him on the head playfully, "I'll be turning you into a cat, and the only way we can turn you back to normal is to get her to perform good deeds around town." The girl says turning to Elle with a grin.
"I don't agree to this." Kazuto says as though she were offering the curse to him, she just smiled at him politely before smacking him in the head. Kazuto fell backwards, when he sat up he realized he was considerably smaller then he was before. The girl had actually turned him into a small black cat, his eyes wandered up to the girl who continued grinning at him.
"Well now that I'm done here, I'll leave the rest to you two if you need me don't be afraid to call." Kokoro says dusting her hands off.
"What!?" Kazuto yells angrily, "your joking right! You can't leave me like this!"

Elle just stared for three seconds. Than started to scream. "AHH HOLY CRAP AHH!" She quickly ran away. She wasn't one of those dume girls who think there dreaming because you went to school and tasted food, and she woke up this morning. She ran to the corner than stopped, luckily her house was like a block away, she was hoping that cat girl didn't fallow her. She banged on the door and jingled to handle even rang the doorbell. No awnser, she finnaly noticed the note on the door. (Dear Elle, Im going to be gone for a month on business, no I won't come back early that's for sure im sorry. I left my EBT card and some cash on the counter, the ebt has 2569 on it spend as much as you want and I left 500 bucks in there also, try to save 100. Love Momica : ps. Keys are under the rug.)
"She left..." Elle just sat on the porch and grabbed the keys from under the mat. "What should I do..."

Kokoro sighed lightly to herself as she picked up the small cat in her arms, "why must it always be like this." She says walking after Elle as she ran down the side walk. Kokoro stopped in front of her house and smiled as she watched Elle grab her keys, "is being difficult really the right reaction to this?" Kokoro asks squeezing Kazuto tight in her arms as he hisses.
"Let me go!" Kazuto demands.
"Listen, I said I cursed you both, if he's not helped into turning back into a human by you then you'll slowly begin to turn into a cat as well." Kokoro sighs, "I know you two aren't friends at all which is why I picked you both, I thought it'd be fun to see you two trying to work together."
"Fun would be going home and watching television this is just plan stupid." Kazuto says angrily.
"As I said before I'll be watching so try not to screw up." Kokoro says smiling as she finally let's Kazuto go onto the ground.

She just sighed. She ignored what the cat girl said and just sat up on the porch, she burred her face in her jacket as she looked at the small black cat. "This isn't stupid..its evil.." She said as she just opened her door to her house. She shut the door. She has a pet dog but it died and the little pet door was still there if he wanted to come in. "What am I going to do..what did I do to deserve this...what did he even do to deserve that?....this..has to be the worst day of my life...if I don't help him..I'll turn into a cat.." She just wobbled into her livingroom and layed on the floor. "I think I hate cats now.." She mummered to herself as she stared blankly at the wall. It was a teal and the floor was a soft raspberry color. She just laid there.

"Well maybe you can bond over your lack of manners." Kokoro sighs turning to walk away and waving at Kazuto, he looked at the door and Kokoro rather confused - he couldn't go home like this what would his parents think not that they'd notice. He sighed and walked over to the door patting his paw on the pet door to push it in as he walked inside and looked around trying to find the girl. He found his way to the living room and saw her lying on the floor as he walked over and sat down next to her.
"I hate cats too." Kazuto sighs under his breathe, "do you live here all by yourself?" Kazuto asks trying to make conversation, though it would be rather difficult considering their situation.

She looked up and saw the cat again. "Yea..and truthfully I like cats but right now..." She just sat up before getting up and walking to the kitchen. She opened the fridge and grabbed a sandwich and a glass of lemon soda, she also grabbed another sandwich with nothing but meat and bread on it. She laid it infront of him. "Here." She said as she got on the couch and ate. After she was done she just laid the dishs in the sink. She wobbled into her room and laid down.

Kazuto looked down at the sandwich, "thank you." He says looking up at Elle as she walked back over to the couch, he began to try and eat though he wasn't used to how a cat should eat but he eventually got the hang of it.
"Good night." Kazuto says watching as she walking down the hall, he finished his sandwich and walked over to the couch, after a few minutes of trying to jump up her finally made it, "the poor girls been dragged into something like this, I hate involving others in my problems. I hope this doesn't take to long." Kazuto mumbles to himself as he curls up on one of the couch cushions.
Kazuto woke up to a small light shining on his face as his eyes opened, of course he was still a cat. He began to stretch on the couch and looked around at the house before jumping down off the couch, well it would seem he wouldn't even be showing up at school today - the teacher was so worried about him being late I wonder how he'd react to this situation.

She yawned as she woke up, she was in her pajamas, a tanktop and some shorts with cats on them. She wobbled into the bathroom and took a shower. After she was done she walked into the living room, she bounced onto the couch in a lazy pesition and turned on her tv to the anime "Deadman wonderland ep 7". Of corse she couldn't go to school today and leave a cat boy all alone and the fact she is also cursed. She grabbed the cat as she saw him running and put it by her on the couch. "Hey mr.kitty" She said.

Kazuto felt himself being lifted off the ground, being a cat was truly annoying if only for the fact that he was fairly easy to capture now but he didn't bother fighting as she put him back down on the couch, "you can call me Kazuto, I'm not Mr. Kitty." Kazuto says pouting as his eyes fell onto the television, he hadn't been watching much anime lately but he was reading the manga for this one and was fairly interested in seeing what was going to happen in the anime.
"What do you think we should do?" Kazuto asks sitting down next to Elle and watching the television.

"Well if your my cat im naming you mr. kitty Kazuto." She smiled at the little kitten as she grabbed his little paws and moved them around. "I am the evil baron von Kazuto, I will rule you all!" She laughed for a second before looking at his expression. "Jeez I'm sorry I was kidding..." She said as she peted him on the head, she looked back at the tv screen. "What what holy stuff!" She said as she saw what happed. She paused it as she walked into the kichen and grabbed a tuna sandwitch out the fridge, she walked back and unpaused it as she ate.

"Sorry, I don't have the best sense of humour though I can understand how your trying to bring humour to the situation." Kazuto sighs as she patted his head. Being that he was the only one currently stuck in the cat form he couldn't really find reason to laugh, maybe he'd laugh about the situation once he was back into his human form. He curled up on the couch next to her to make himself comfortable as he watched the television, it didn't seem like the right time to start worrying about this yet it's not like they'd be able to turn him back to normal right away anyway they might as well relax a bit before they got to work.

Elle got up and walked to the kichen, she put away her tuna sandwitch in the garbage as she turned off DMWL since it was over. She pluged in her Xbox 360 and grabbed her game (Devil may cry 4) and played, but it was different, she hacked it so she could use her own mod, she even changed some of the dialog, she was a great modder and had a lot of spare time. She hacked other things in the game also. But she only switched mods sometimes (NEVAH DANTE just nero when she wants to :3) She even hacked powers.(Unlimited orbs, custom outfits etc.)

Kazuto's body curled into a circle as he listened to the sounds of the game Elle was playing, slowly Kazuto stood back up on the couch and began to stretch his back and tail, "I think I'll go for a little walk, I'm not used to sitting around and doing nothing." Kazuto says jumping down off the couch.
Kokoro sat up in a tree near Elle's house taking a nap on a branch, she didn't like doing much work as she mumbled to herself in her sleep. The sun began to shine through the branches onto her face which caused her eyes to flutter open, "why can't it be dark all the time?" Kokoro asks sitting up on the branch pouting.

"Okay but stay by the house theres big dogs and we don't know anything about this curse.." She got up and turned off her Xbox as she walked over to her kitchen. She grabbed an apple juice box and walked out to her bathroom. She just stayed in her blow-up ring and drank her juicebox.

Kazuto balanced on the fence surrounding Elle's yard, he could see the dogs she'd warned him about and new that he wouldn't have a chance with them but he enjoyed the fresh air outside as he balanced on the fence walking around slowly. As he came around the house towards the backyard he saw Elle heading into her pool, he had no idea he'd be relaxing like this today.
"Uuu...that looks fun." Kokoro says standing next to Kazuto on the fence nearly causing him to fall off, she startled him he didn't even notice her presence. She smiled at him and patted his head, "poor kitty."
"I see no reason for you to be here at the moment." Kazuto says clearing his throat, this cat girl was rather annoying. Kokoro stood back up straight on the fence with a grin.
"Try to enjoy the day, it's rare you get to relax like this." Kokoro says smiling as the wind blows lightly on her.

Elle heard something on her gate, she looked to the side to see Kazuto and that cat girl again. "Agh..i hope sure doesn't bother me and add on another curse..." She mummered to herself as she sighed and dipped under water. She was almost like a mermaid almost gliding till she resurfaced. She got out of her pool and onto her diving bored. She did a flippy canon ball. After that she waited til the water got from and floated on top of it.

"I didn't like cats much before but I really hate her." Kazuto sighs jumping onto the ground of Elle's backyard and walking over by the pool, he could see her swimming under the water gracefully and quickly moved at any sign of her making a large splash, "you live in a nice neighbourhood, one of the neighbours daughters stopped to pet me though it was annoying it seems rather peaceful here, I don't get to see many of my neighbours at my house." Kazuto says sitting down, he watched as she frolicked in the water.

When she resufaced she could hear Kazuto speak. "Oh yea, this is one of the neiborhood with the lowest crime rate...but there's not many kids around to talk too so it does get lonely. So...about the curse...what do you think we should do about ti? We can't just sit here..maybe we could ask.." She looked at the fence and frowned. "Her....she said something about good deeds right?" She got out of the pool, she walked over to the fence to grab her towel.
