Kings Cross station buzzed with people. People catching trains, picking up relatives, and for the select few; going threw a wall. Platform 9 3/4 quarters waits for every wizard. Though when the clock strikes nine o'clock, the barrier closes. So you better find you way on the train quick; and for those first years, you might want to steer clear of the older students.

A young girl with long red hair was walking and talking excitedly to the young boy walking with her. He was a pale boy with long black hair. The girl's parents and the boy's mother were walking behind the two pushing two trollies with the children's luggage on them. They approached the barrier to Platform 9 3/4.
They paused momentarily, when they reached the barrier and glanced back at their parents. The boy's mother gave them each an encouraging nod. The girl, Lily Evans, nervously grabbed the boy, Severus Snapes hand. They glanced around to make sure no one was watching, before hurrying toward the barrier and disappearing. Their parents followed close behind them.
Not long after they disappeared another boy and his parents approached the barrier. His father pushing a trolly with his luggage. He was a tall, thin boy with blond hair. He looked slightly pale and sickly, but the smile still never left his face. He crossed the barrier to Platform 9 3/4 with his parents.
The platform was already crowded with students and their parents.

Lucius ran through the barrier, a smirk fighting at his lips. A small green and silvet badge was clipped tightly to his jacket. His silver, shoulder length hair brushed his face as the wind blew into his face. He looked ahead of him, all of the small children and their parents. Fresh meat, as he saw it. New wizards to pick on. New people to terrorize. He held a crooked smile plastered in his face as he shoved roughly past the smaller children.
James looked up at his parents nervously. The barrier seemed like the one obstacle between his old life and his new life. New friends, new adventures every single day. His dad gestured for his mother to go in the platform first, she took off at a casual walk. After she was completely gone, James turned to his dad. "Together??" Janes watched as his dad securely put his hands on the trolley. "Together." He confirmed with a full hearted smile. They made a break for the barrier. They both slid in gently, revealing the shiny red steem train on Platform 9 3/4.
Sirius wondered around the platform in a dazed manor. He struggled with his heavy trolley, having "lost" his cousin. He tried to pick her out over the other heads, but he couldn't seek her out. He ran a Han through his hair, before accidentally bumping into another person. He held his breath, terrified that it would be an older student. He exhales deeply as he realized it was a red haired girl standing next to a boy with long, black hair. He looked back at their parents, before smiling sheepishly and running a hand through his hair. "Uhh, hi. The names Sirius...Sorry, but I'm kinda lost, I came alone." He shrugged as he ruffled his hair.
