The Ekro came out of nowhere, around the same time as the Soul Orbs awakened. It is well hidden mystery what their purpose is, and why they have appeared just now. All that can be said for sure, is that their armies are anything but human, and seem to be endless. Their presence does not only interfere with the battles for the land, but they have also made the waters a lethal hazard, as their haunted frigates can be seen sailing miles away from the shore. But it is the smaller transports who bear more worries, for they transport the horrors of the Ekro, to Deiranar itself.

Mist Warriors
Description
Viscious, mysterious and soulless warriors. These mist-shapen automatons attack en masse and are supplied endlessly by the Ekro's accursed mist.

Frost Spectres
Description
The haunting wraiths that roam many parts of the Ekro's fog. These merciless killers are able to freeze men in place, and with one swing of their viscious scythes, end their lives in an instant.

Wind Howlers
Description
Rumored to be the ancient, accursed ancestors of Aeregos, these beings are nothing but wind and air, howling through the air as they seek to drag any victim into the thick shroud of the fog and destroy him or her from the inside out.

Description
Faceless, matterless beings, devoid of any emotions. These agile and fleet-footed horrors regenerate after being struck down and feed upon the souls, dreams and hopes of mortal beings.

Storm Callers
Description
Massive, ethereal beings made entirely out of energy, the huge Storm Callers are slow, but devastating against large armies. They command the pure, viscious power of lightning itself, and are immune to nearly all physical attacks.

Frost Harbringers

The result of infusing the power of a handful of Frost Spectres, into a chosen mist warrior. Frost Harbringers are frozen, demonic entities, capable of turning entire lands to frozen landscapes.

When one Storm Caller falls, the energy it disperses allows another to infuse himself with this power, and ascend to an even greater form. The Lightning Claws are lightning fast, metal warriors can rip even the toughest foe in half with their bare hands. This, combined with their power to manipulate lightning, makes them dreaded foes. They are also infamous for being able to slaughter dragons with relative ease.

The mightiest Shadow Demon the Ekro possess. Gyurandon is a soul siphoning beast, that grows stronger depending on the more souls he absorbs. Legend has it he was once an ancestor of Disgeran, which shows clearly in his power.
