Goodbye

Saying good bye,
Is never the end.
Or is it?
Shall we go through life,
Unknowing what the future holds?
Starving like babes,
For life that is such an ill will.
But holding our breaths,
We watch the horizon.
A new sun rises and sets,
Following in suit the Moon.
Thus we know daily that,
Everything will turn out alright.

Have you ever loved someone so much that when you aren’t with them it feels like your heart is being torn out? Have you ever gotten lost looking into your love’s eyes and knowing that everything is changing? Have you ever felt completely at ease with someone and then smile at that simple fact? Love is a funny thing isn’t it? It makes you wait but then it’s worth it.

Your mistakes

I'm sorry that I wasn't thin enough or pretty enough.
I'm sorry that everything I have ever done for you was never enough.
I'm sorry that I gave you my heart, soul, and very being and you always wanted more.
I'm sorry that you found the need to flaunt my flaws.
I'm sorry that my kindness allowed you to walk over me.
I'm sorry that I was never good enough for you.
I'm sorry that I even met you.
But meeting you has made me realize that for once........
I may not be pretty, but to someone I am beautiful.
I may not be thing enough, but to him I will be perfect.
I may not be able to give everything, but my heart and love will just be enough.
That you disregarded me fully, but he will cherish me and not let go.
I may not be perfect, but to him it wouldn't matter for I would be his world.
That even though you drilled holes in my heart, that he will repair them.
That I may never be good enough, but he would die before he lets me go.
So once again I thank you wholeheartedly for allowing me to see what I am worth.
