Types of battles.

There's more than one way to skin a cat and there's more than one way to break dance and more than one way to bake a potato.
.....um.....
There also happened to be more than one way for the battles to go down.

Single battles.

This is a singular hero battle.
A single hero going up against another hero.
15 posts each.

Triple battle.

This is best out of three hero battle.
Three heroes go one on one against each other.
Each battle is 10 posts each

Eg. Hero 1A vs Hero 1B
Hero 1A wins
Up to player A to pick to keep Hero A or move on to Hero B
Hero 1A/2A vs Hero 2B
etc etc etc.....

Quintuple Battle

This is best out of five hero battle.
Five heroes go one on one against each other.
Each battle is 7 posts each

Eg. Hero 1A vs Hero 1B
Hero 1A wins
Up to player A to pick to keep Hero A or move on to Hero B
Hero 1A/2A vs Hero 2B
etc etc etc.....

Death Match Format.

Each battle has a death match format.
Fortunately characters have an irritating knack of not dying so losing characters have a temporary death element. Your characters are out of commission for the duration of three full battles, or seven rounds.

So losing gets your character killed, or some level of killed. Be careful on the character you pick, you just might get your favourite character killed!

Tag Teams

One on one battles are great but sometimes they aren't enough.
Sometimes you need the strong thrills of tag team battles.

Single player one on one tag team battles are played exactly like regular battles. Two players at a time are allowed to battle, so it's always a one on one. When switching from one tagged play to another you sacrifice the right to attack in that turn. Depending on the type of battle you have full access to your characters. How you put your characters in or pull them out is entirely up to you.

Scoring
A win scores the winning Player/Players
3 points
Drawing players
1 point
Losing players
0 points

Multiple players per side

For now this only applies to single type battles.
No triple and no quintuples(Triple would likely require too many heroes, more so for the quintuple).

Turn 1
Hero 1A(Team 1)
Turn 2
Hero 1B (Team 2)
Turn 3
Hero 1C(Team 1)
Turn 4
Hero 1D(Team 2)
Turn 5
Hero 1A(Team 1)
Turn 6
Hero 1B (Team 2)
Turn 7
Hero 1C(Team 1)
Turn 8
Hero 1D(Team 2)

This is a regular Tag Team battle with no special moves.

Pulling a special move

http://i590.photobucket.com/albums/ss341/SQJPure/Marvel-2-Tag-Team-Combo.jpg?t=1347239016

Every now and then there needs to be a powerful special move where the combined efforts of both players come into play. This is where the special move comes in. Basically you sacrifice a turn and on your team-mates turn you receive co-posting privileges which amount to your limit being doubled to Mix 20, Max 150 words.

EG.

Turn 1

Turn 3
Hero 1C(Team 1)

Turn 4

Co post

Blah blh blah(p1)

Royal Rumbles

For now there is only one type of royal rumble.

Each player selects a hero who enters the rumble.

To be continued. Waiting for bites before I elaborate.

The Royal

This is not a new event but rather an explanation of a royal.

A royal is a rather simple system in which a group of fighters each fight for themselves, not taking sides in order to gain the victory.

Three man royal

This is a basic three man every man for himself set up.

Lets Say there are three players.

Kiwi using Cloud
Vs
SQJPure using Afro
Vs
Bee using Marshal Law

Now an order of game play is decided.

Generally the host posts last as in this particular battle since it's a royal styled battle is a battle where the host gets to pick the location of the battle.

Lets Say Kiwi hosts the battle.

She she posts last but picks the Arena.

So the battle is being hosted in Village On The Edge, Kiwi's arena

(Bee)Marshal Law posts
then
(Pure)Afro posts
then
(Kiwi)Cloud posts

That's one round...

(Bee)Marshal Law posts
then
(Pure)Afro posts
then
(Kiwi)Cloud posts

That's round two...

(Bee)Marshal Law posts
then
(Pure)Afro posts
then
(Kiwi)Cloud posts

Etc until the final post.

Four man Royal

This is a basic four man, every man for himself set up.

Let's say there are four players

Eg.

Kiwi using Cloud
Vs
SQJPure using Afro
Vs
Bee using Marshal Law
Vs
Dough using Dart

Now an order of game play is decided.

Generally the host posts last as in this particular battle since it's a royal styled battle is a battle where the host gets to pick the location of the battle.

Lets Say Kiwi hosts the battle.

She she posts last but picks the Arena.

So the battle is being hosted in Tropical Island, Kiwi's arena

(Bee)Marshal Law posts
then
(Pure)Afro posts
then
(Dough) Dart
then
(Kiwi)Cloud posts

That's one round...

(Bee)Marshal Law posts
then
(Pure)Afro posts
then
(Dough) Dart
then
(Kiwi)Cloud posts

That's round two...

(Bee)Marshal Law posts
then
(Pure)Afro posts
then
(Dough) Dart
then
(Kiwi)Cloud posts

Etc until the final post.

Rules:

No, changing the order of posting no matter what happens to you.
Thee rules are still 75 words per post.

A Three man Royal follows the simple 15 posts each format.

A four man Royal has a 10 posts each format.
