Celestial Beings are not born, they are created from excess energy throughout the cosmos and Phoenix was created by the excess energy of his "parents".

Standing at a moderate 5’6” and weighing a good 135 pounds, Phoenix is a sight to behold. His hair is jet black with red natural highlights slowly fading into orange, but silken in texture, and reaches to the middle of his back. His eyes are beautiful shimmering silver. He wears regular clothing, and regular footwear. His face is flawless, and his teeth are shimmering white. His lips are a soft pink, and are normal sized; perfect for kissing. He is always seen well-manicured and dressed in expensive looking clothing. He has been known to be mistaken for a female. Phoenix dislikes getting dirty, and if he gets dirty he gets upset. Phoenix always has a rose in his hair that never dies.
Outfit: Phoenix's clothes act like a psychic barrier which gives it resistance to offensive attacks; however, the stronger the attack the more damage is done to the barrier until it eventually cracks under pressure. It adjusts to whatever shape Phoenix decides to take. His clothing varies in color and is more of a Chinese origin. His armor can not transform into any type of weapon.
Personality: Phoenix is calculating, cunning, and analytic. He is able to carefully look past his feelings and see the real situation at hand. He is extremely perceptive, able to quickly recognize the patterns and mistakes that his opponents make. His care for his friends and his love for his family are the backbone of his fighting drive, as he would sacrifice just about anything to protect them. Phoenix has a very kind heart. He is caring, strong willed and determined.
In the face of adversity, Phoenix has the uncommon ability to shun all emotions and shine a blank slate. He also has a tendency to plan for all possible futures, one that may or may not be, because he believes that nothing is ever certain and that you must be prepared. In battle, he is much more cruel, vindictive, and merciless. He enjoys toying with his enemies in a sadistic manner.

Phoenix grew up with a book in his hand and a staff in the other. He was born and bred to do what he does. All the different realms he learned about at a young age. All the different types of power, from spells, magic in its entirety, to combat and the like, he learned it. It was engraved into his mind because his parents made sure to engrave it.
They didn't want a weakling for a son. They didn't want a failure for a son. They pit him against enemies far stronger than him only to prove a point that he needed to get stronger, wiser, and more fluent with his abilities, and thus he did. He trained, he worked hard, and he got to where he is today, a 1,000 year old celestial being with a lot of accomplishments under his belt, and now he has one more thing to do before he retires, he has to battle against some of the strongest of the strong, only then will his thirst for adventure cease.

--Weapon: From a single rose, Phoenix can form a Rose Whip, Rose Scythe and Rose Staff. Celestial Beings are drawn to flora. In fact they are known to travel great distances to partake in the blooming of various plant species across the universe.
**All of his attacks have a cool down period depending on how much energy he puts into them. The greater the energy put into the attack, the more costly. Over exertion can lead to exhaustion and power loss for a maximum of thirty minutes. Each attack has a cool down period of thirty seconds, and up to a maximum of five minutes. When it comes to advanced techniques like Bamboo Forest, Phoenix must concentrate. He must focus with all of his abilities. If his focus falters so too does his abilities and they become somewhat less powerful and perhaps even useless. To utilize his abilities, Phoenix need only call upon them with a thought, and with focus, using his own energy to deliver different results. Any plant species that a Celestial Being becomes enchanted by will live forever so long as it is in the vicinity of a Celestial Being. -Energy Slash/Blast: The basic technique for any warrior, the energy blast/slash is a formed concussive or slicing blast that varies in intensity. Usually the longer one builds up the power behind the slash/blast, the more powerful and more damage the blast/slash does and the more area is covers. Also, the more powerful, the more draining the energy slash/blast.
-Rose Whip: Phoenix's signature technique, where he uses his energy to grow a rose from its seed state to its flowering state and then into a long thorny whip that's capable of cutting even through steel. With this he is able to conceal seeds of different plants with such stealth that the opponent doesn't realize it until it has already happened. This whip can cut through steel, crumble solid rock and deflect sword blows. It is his main weapon. It is strange that he is able to use this technique/power even when he isn't in mystic mode.
-Rose Whip Thorn Wheel: Phoenix draws the Rose Whip and swings it around him in a circle, as rose petals scatter around and stun his opponents, while the wheel created from the whip unleashes crescent-shaped energy blades.
-Petals and Thorns: is executed via a whirlwind of razor-sharp rose petals materializing in the palm of Phoenix's hand and then swirling around him. If an opponent/attacker gets within a certain range, the petals attack and rip them to shreds. Phoenix mainly uses this technique as a barrier or to take out large numbers of weaker foes.
-Bamboo Forest: by striking the ground, a large number of bamboo pikes burst out of the ground and impale the opponent several times. A radius of about 30 feet limits this ability.
--Shapeshifter/Racial Abilities: Phoenix's innate racial ability to transform into other creatures. Celestial Beings really have one true form, they are drifting masses of energy, so to partake in the enjoyment of life, they transform into other forms. Any form that a celestial being takes can handle all the energy they absorb and release. If they die in the form they have taken, their energy is released and they become one with the Universe.
-Spirit of Nature: Phoenix is able to transform into any creature he has seen once. He can also communicate with creatures, in their native tongue, to do his bidding. The bigger the creature, the more strain it puts on his body..
-Natural Antidote: Poisons seem to have no ill effect on him.
- Force of Nature: Phoenix is able to call upon nature to attack his opponents. The grass, the vines, the trees, the bushes, the animals, all of nature are at his command, it is in his DNA after all. He can call form a mass of roots to create a barrier around him to block attacks as well as send out tendrils of pointed roots to skewer his enemies. He can cause flowers to grow and trees to move.
-Adaptation: His body adapts to the atmosphere. If it is cold, his body will warm itself, and if it is hot, his body will cool itself. If he is swimming, he may grow gills, and if he needs to excavate, he may grow large claw like hands to do so.
-Always in Control: If one stares into Phoenix’s eyes, they become enchanted and will do his bidding, but only for as long as they are around Phoenix, for once he leaves, the enchantment ends.
-Might of an Archmage: Quite adapt in magic's raw form, Phoenix can cast spells without even speaking an incantation. He has extensive training in this area. He tends to shy away from dark magic, as it tends to corrupt the user. Instead, he focuses mainly on nature magic.

-Aphrodite's Love: This being is more of a sacrificial being in that when summoned it is used as a defensive wall against oncoming attacks. Because no matter what the attack, when summoned it will negate and cancel out the attack.
-Zeus' Lightening: Once summoned, hellish lightening streaks down upon Phoenix's enemies. Once done, the being vanishes.
