Six college friends, move into a large house together. All of them being close, they think loving together will be easier than living alone. What they don't know, is what else lives in said house. They think it'll be all fun and games, but the ghosts within are determined to make that dream wishful thinking.
When things start happening, the group believes nothing is as it seems. They can't leave the house, because of the year long lease. The way they handle the events, will control whether they survive or not.
The person who sold them the house, didn't fill them in on the past of it. They left it out for a reason, to get the house sold without question. If they were to tell of the events and or curse of the house, no one would want anything to do with it. Defiantly not six college students, wanting a safe place to return to after a hard days work.
The house was built almost fifty years ago, in the year 1962. It was built over some type of enchanted land, that keeps the dead alive. Everything seemed fine when it was first built, but then things started going wary. People started to die while living there, learning of the curse a little too late. They couldn't stop their deaths, but left clues for others, before they became vengeful spirits. They were trapped in that house, to never be free again.

Different events will take place within the story and I'll explain them to everyone once the events go to happen.

Annie is a ten your old girl who drowned in the lake behind the house, in the year 1969. She mostly appears by the lake and or outside of the house, and she wears a white summer dress. She has baby blue eyes and curly blond locks, but she appears wet as if climbing out of the lake.
Chad died in 1975, at the fresh age of sixteen. Due to all the pressure in school, he hung himself. He appears inside one of the rooms, where he died. He's dressed in tight patterned pants and a blue silk shirt. His hair is slicked back and colored black. He has chocolate brown eyes.
In 1986 at the age of forty, Maria died in a car accident in front of her home. She appears by knocking on the front door at any hour day or night, in a long black skirt and green tank top. She has long wavy brunette hair and hazel eyes.
David died of a heart attack in the year 1986, one week after his wife passed away. He was forty five. He usually appears anywhere inside of the house, wearing a long sleeve shirt and blue jeans. He has short black hair with gray mixed in and emerald green eyes.
In 1999, Luke, age twenty was hit by a car a block away from his home. Like the rest of the ghosts, he appears anywhere he wishes. He's dressed in a white and red baseball shirt and black jeans. He has short dirty blond hair and dark blue eyes.
Jaden is a twelve year old boy who fell down the stairs in attempt to get something to his mother. He now haunts the house. When things get misplaced he brings them to the person who lost it usually dropping the item on the persons head with a small laugh. If the item is heavy he drops it right next to the person. Personality: Annagale is very loud around people she knows. She stays quiet if she doesn't know someone. She is very understanding but isn't above pranking back if pranked. She is a book and movie nerd and loves quoting movies. She is also a major believer in the supernatural.

Other: Annagale is not Goth and she hates it when she gets called that. She wears black because it draws in heat, she gets cold easily, and everything goes with black. Her favorite colour is Green and she has many green outfits. She listens to all sorts of music but she favors classical or old timey rock. Has no sense of fashion.

Personality: She can light up a room with her smile. That phrase perfectly describes Jenna. She is always smiling, trying to make others happy and smile, and just happy in general. It’s very rare Jenna can be found in a bad mood, it takes a lot to get her angry. She can be a little sensitive on certain subjects but she tries to not let it get her down. Making friends has never been an issue with her; this girl is the very definition of outgoing. She is also very trusting, which has bit her in the butt in the past, but she won’t stop trusting you until you give her a reason not to. So basically Jenna is just one big ball of happy.
Past/History: Jenna had the typical life growing up; a great and loving father that worked hard to put money on the table, a stay at home mom that adored her children, and the big brother to always look after her. She was very friendly and often was outside playing with the neighborhood kids, she was involved in sports, girl scouts and was just loving life.
Their perfect life style came to a screeching halt when her mother was diagnosed with breast cancer. Jenna was about eight years old when her parents sat her down to explain to her and her brother what was wrong with their mommy. Being smart and very mature for her age Jenna did some massive research on the cancer and stepped up to the plate to help around the house. Her brother on the other hand had taken the news badly and started acting up in school, picking fights and just being disrespectful. Her mother would have her down days and her up days, but when she having a bad day it really did seem like the end. When her mom started losing her hair Jenna begged her dad to take her to the barber shop, have all her hair shaved off and donated to Locks of Love. Her mom was sitting at home miserable, in pain and just self-conscious with her newly shaven head. Jenna came running into the room and stood in front of her mother and just smiled at her. The woman burst into happy tears and hugged her daughter tightly and thanked her over and over again for being such a great support system.
Years went by and Jenna was walking the stage and graduating from high school, and yes her mother was in the crowd cheering her on. Her cancer had been in remission for a year now and she was more than thankful to be alive to see her daughter graduate. That day the two girls went off to the tattoo shop and got the breast cancer tattoos together.
Now Jenna is busy trying to get a degree to be a veterinarian, spend time with her family and enjoy her college years with her friends. After taking out the lease with her friends she got the first sense of independence from her parents and prays that it will go well.
Other: Jenna has an extreme fear of drowning. She actually never got around to learning how to swim; she will stand in waist deep water but going any further makes her burst into tears.

Personality: He might seem cold at first but those who know him know not to take it personally. He’s not the type to talk about his feelings, but he does help out others when needed. Almost always he is misunderstood for being shy when he’s really observing people. Usually he stays behind the scenes unless he’s spoken to or he feels the need to act. Because of this, he doesn’t make too many friends as they don’t understand him.
Past/History: Growing up, Alec had a very strict father and a mother who hadn’t been diagnosed with bipolar. Alec never knew his parents, only by how they behaved. His mother would sometimes ignore him and his younger sister, Aleina. During those times, he knew to take his sister away from her as he felt uneasy. His father was always on him about his schooling and how stupid he was at math. His anger was a fright in itself to behold. His eyes would gloss over with immense hatred. Alec was paralyzed at the thought of what more his father could be capable of.
Getting into University was the happiest moment of his life. The financial student loans agreed to give him a lump sum to move out and into a new home of his own. Even though it wasn’t all to himself, being away from his parents was a Godsend.
Currently, Alec is working on getting his English major finished with 1 year left.
Other: Alec is an artist in almost every way possible. He is currently working on a novel, music is his motivational speaker and art is his way to get his emotions out. Creating music and writing lyrics are also among his talents.
In his spare time he is usually playing games on his Xbox 360.

Personality
Lucretia was always a little troublemaker, in life and death. She had a love of stirring the mischief pot, causing small problems for people here and there. She loved witnessing those stern and sour faces of adults turn flabbergasted when something happened to them, it truly was amusing. Lulu’s face was almost never serious, stuck in a sly grin, a cheerful smile or mischievous gleam. Never did she appear sad either, she had a skill for locking the bad emotions in, but that wasn’t always a good thing seeing that it also meant huge breakdowns after an extended period of time and heavy grudges.
Past/History
There might be some flaws in this and holes. I was half-asleep and brain dead writing this after writing a french dialogue, so tell me if something doesn't seem to fit. I haven't proof-read it.
Lucretia Sinclair was born into a heap of wealth. Anything she ever asked for - jewelry, toys, cars, clothes - was always given to her without a moment of hesitation. In her free time, she enjoyed the lavish dinner parties she was invited to, flew around in a chopper just to have lunch in France. It might seem extravagant and filled with excitement to most, but to Lucretia, it was bland. Her world was colored in grey. She had no struggles, no problems, no obstacles to make her grow. It was around then, when she was eight years old, that she started to cause small mishaps to others. It eventually became a habit so natural she forgot the reason why she started being so troublesome in the first place.
Slowly, her life started to be dyed in beautiful hues as every one of her pranks and trickeries played its role, one by one. She would be scolded almost every time, and if not, she felt the thrill of getting away with doing something ‘bad’. The adults would always and never fail to say how ‘unladylike’ she was acting, but Lucretia never cared. She would act ladylike when she wanted to. Despite being such a troublemaker, Lulu wasn’t despised at school at all, many of her peers fell in love with her for her playful personality and creative mind. Popularity was something Lulu also easily gained alright, but this time, it was with her own power. Boys would pretty much lick her feet, and girls were envious of her, but at the same time wanted to be her friend.
As a little bonus, Lucretia also learned her little gift with the dead and ghosts around high school, but kept it a secret from just about everybody. She learned to do it when her grandmother passed. She was close with her grandma, and her desire to see her and talk to her again yanked her soul out of its resting place and allowed Lulu to see her again. She tried it again after with some historical figure her teacher was lecturing the class about, and managed to ace her history paper because of it. It was something aside from the pranks that made Lucretia feel more alive and special. She continued to hone her necromancy skills when she could.
Lulu grew up happy in her childhood and teenage years and often secretly communicated with the deceased. And as college rolled on by, her life got a little brighter. She met a man, his name was Lawrence Piper, known to all as simply Piper, a handsome and generous fellow that swept Lucretia off her feet. They were the picture perfect couple, the one that other couples envied, the Romeo and Juliet. And soon, when they both were 21, they got married, but continued to go to school and live apart until they decided the time was right.
In 1962, a gorgeous mansion was built at the end of Honeydew Lane, where the sunlight hit perfectly and the neighborhood was warm, friendly and welcoming. Lucretia and Piper decided to purchase the newly built house, and live together there, despite Lulu's feeling of a strong power emitting from the land. Piper, coming from a low-class home, didn't have much money to purchase the house, so Lucretia decided to take care of things. Life went along swimmingly for the two, but Lulu started to notice Piper’s suspicious actions.
It was exactly April 24th, 1963 when Lucretia found out what her supposedly loving husband had been doing behind her back and with her money; he had proposed to another woman, and shamelessly bought a ring with his wife’s income. Lulu the decided to plan her ultimate, final act of mischief, or in this case, evil. When he was out drinking with friends, Lucretia changed into a pure white dress, wrapped in scarlet red ribbons. She sat patiently, in a throne-like chair right in front of the front door, simply waiting for her husband to return. And at her feet? An unconscious body of an all too familiar female, Piper’s ‘fiance’.
When the man returned home, slightly drunk and reeking of alcohol, he was astonished, confused, regretful, and angry at the scene before him. He screamed at Lucretia, obviously favouring the younger partner more, in utter frustration. They argued for quite awhile, and when Lucretia couldn’t take it anymore, after Piper refused to admit his wrong-doings refused to say he loved Lulu more, the woman took out a knife tucked in the ribbon of her dress, and plunged it in the heart of the unconscious woman. Her pure white dress was dyed in sin, the life of another, and slowly, Lucretia descended into madness in realization of what she had just done. Her eyes could see the woman's soul rise from the corpse, a depressed and vengeful look on her face. But Lucretia couldn't do much with the distressed soul. As Lucretia looked up upon her loved one’s face adoringly, Piper avenged his dead fiance by killing Lulu with the same way she killed the girl. That was her last look at life, and the man that supposedly loved her for eternity.

After death, Lucretia became an extremely powerful ghost due to her affinity with the dead when she was alive.

Personality: Chandler has always been a sarcastic person, in a playful kind of way. He's really a sweet guy, just loves making people angry. He is quick to stand up for others, and acts to serious sometimes.

Other: One thing that Chandler doesn't like is liars. He can't stand anyone who lies to his face and will most likely never talk to them again. He can only say I love you when he means it, and if he says that he hates you, then back away, because he truly means it.

Appearance: With his blonde hair and mint green eyes, you’ll always feel refreshed. Almost as tall as Alec, he stands at a height of five foot eleven, usually seen in clean cut plaid shirts and black pants.
Personality: Eric is a lively character having his heart exposed for all to witness on his sleeve, this has a split effect of 50/50 for hit and miss relationships. Either he connects well with females or he doesn’t and very few can handle his wild flare for life.
Markings: Hidden/Unknown.
History: Eric and Alec are cousins. They have socialized as kids, but not very often as Alec’s family wasn’t very social within the bloodline and dwindled as they got older. Eric’s family had moved to another province and hasn’t seen Alec since childhood. They were reunited when Eric moved back to go to University to hone his talents as an artist.
Other: Eric’s personality balances out Alec’s hidden self. When information is necessary, Eric will dish out some secrets to better understand Alec and his complex personality. Eric is also a joker and will try to alleviate tension within the house.

Lulu’s face was almost never serious, stuck in a sly grin, a cheerful smile or mischievous gleam. Never did she appear sad either, she had a skill for locking the bad emotions in, but that wasn’t always a good thing seeing that it also meant huge breakdowns after an extended period of time and heavy grudges.
Past/History
There might be some flaws in this and holes. I was half-asleep and brain dead writing this after writing a french dialogue, so tell me if something doesn't seem to fit. I haven't proof-read it.
Lucretia Sinclair was born into a heap of wealth. Anything she ever asked for - jewelry, toys, cars, clothes - was always given to her without a moment of hesitation. In her free time, she enjoyed the lavish dinner parties she was invited to, flew around in a chopper just to have lunch in France. It might seem extravagant and filled with excitement to most, but to Lucretia, it was bland. Her world was colored in grey. She had no struggles, no problems, no obstacles to make her grow. It was around then, when she was eight years old, that she started to cause small mishaps to others. It eventually became a habit so natural she forgot the reason why she started being so troublesome in the first place.
Slowly, her life started to be dyed in beautiful hues as every one of her pranks and trickeries played its role, one by one. She would be scolded almost every time, and if not, she felt the thrill of getting away with doing something ‘bad’. The adults would always and never fail to say how ‘unladylike’ she was acting, but Lucretia never cared. She would act ladylike when she wanted to. Despite being such a troublemaker, Lulu wasn’t despised at school at all, many of her peers fell in love with her for her playful personality and creative mind. Popularity was something Lulu also easily gained alright, but this time, it was with her own power. Boys would pretty much lick her feet, and girls were envious of her, but at the same time wanted to be her friend.
As a little bonus, Lucretia also learned her little gift with the dead and ghosts around high school, but kept it a secret from just about everybody. She learned to do it when her grandmother passed. She was close with her grandma, and her desire to see her and talk to her again yanked her soul out of its resting place and allowed Lulu to see her again. She tried it again after with some historical figure her teacher was lecturing the class about, and managed to ace her history paper because of it. It was something aside from the pranks that made Lucretia feel more alive and special. She continued to hone her necromancy skills when she could.
Lulu grew up happy in her childhood and teenage years and often secretly communicated with the deceased. And as college rolled on by, her life got a little brighter. She met a man, his name was Lawrence Piper, known to all as simply Piper, a handsome and generous fellow that swept Lucretia off her feet. They were the picture perfect couple, the one that other couples envied, the Romeo and Juliet. And soon, when they both were 21, they got married, but continued to go to school and live apart until they decided the time was right.
In 1962, a gorgeous mansion was built at the end of Honeydew Lane, where the sunlight hit perfectly and the neighborhood was warm, friendly and welcoming. Lucretia and Piper decided to purchase the newly built house, and live together there, despite Lulu's feeling of a strong power emitting from the land. Piper, coming from a low-class home, didn't have much money to purchase the house, so Lucretia decided to take care of things. Life went along swimmingly for the two, but Lulu started to notice Piper’s suspicious actions.
It was exactly April 24th, 1963 when Lucretia found out what her supposedly loving husband had been doing behind her back and with her money; he had proposed to another woman, and shamelessly bought a ring with his wife’s income. Lulu the decided to plan her ultimate, final act of mischief, or in this case, evil. When he was out drinking with friends, Lucretia changed into a pure white dress, wrapped in scarlet red ribbons. She sat patiently, in a throne-like chair right in front of the front door, simply waiting for her husband to return. And at her feet? An unconscious body of an all too familiar female, Piper’s ‘fiance’.
When the man returned home, slightly drunk and reeking of alcohol, he was astonished, confused, regretful, and angry at the scene before him. He screamed at Lucretia, obviously favouring the younger partner more, in utter frustration. They argued for quite awhile, and when Lucretia couldn’t take it anymore, after Piper refused to admit his wrong-doings refused to say he loved Lulu more, the woman took out a knife tucked in the ribbon of her dress, and plunged it in the heart of the unconscious woman. Her pure white dress was dyed in sin, the life of another, and slowly, Lucretia descended into madness in realization of what she had just done. Her eyes could see the woman's soul rise from the corpse, a depressed and vengeful look on her face. But Lucretia couldn't do much with the distressed soul. As Lucretia looked up upon her loved one’s face adoringly, Piper avenged his dead fiance by killing Lulu with the same way she killed the girl. That was her last look at life, and the man that supposedly loved her for eternity.

After death, Lucretia became an extremely powerful ghost due to her affinity with the dead when she was alive.

Personality: Chandler has always been a sarcastic person, in a playful kind of way. He's really a sweet guy, just loves making people angry. He is quick to stand up for others, and acts to serious sometimes.
Past/History: Revealed during the RP.
Other: One thing that Chandler doesn't like is liars. He can't stand anyone who lies to his face and will most likely never talk to them again. He can only say I love you when he means it, and if he says that he hates you, then back away, because he truly means it.
Name: Eric Goodwin
Age: 22
Gender: Male
Appearance: With his blonde hair and mint green eyes, you’ll always feel refreshed. Almost as tall as Alec, he stands at a height of five foot eleven, usually seen in clean cut plaid shirts and black pants.
Personality: Eric is a lively character having his heart exposed for all to witness on his sleeve, this has a split effect of 50/50 for hit and miss relationships. Either he connects well with females or he doesn’t and very few can handle his wild flare for life.
Markings: Hidden/Unknown.
History: Eric and Alec are cousins. They have socialized as kids, but not very often as Alec’s family wasn’t very social within the bloodline and dwindled as they got older. Eric’s family had moved to another province and hasn’t seen Alec since childhood. They were reunited when Eric moved back to go to University to hone his talents as an artist.
Other: Eric’s personality balances out Alec’s hidden self. When information is necessary, Eric will dish out some secrets to better understand Alec and his complex personality. Eric is also a joker and will try to alleviate tension within the house.
