Okay, most of my fighters will be mechanical, just because. Also, Top dogs, give me your opinion on my characters even if they go by the guidelines. I just want to see if I'm doing the abilities part right.

Abilities:
Built-in Shotgun - Both of his wrists have built-in shotguns that'll become jutted when engaged, loaded with rubber ammunition for non-lethal engagements. Takes one turn to engage, and two turns to reload since it fires all twelve rounds at once. If target has been hit, it should slow down their movements for one turn.
