It should have been just another voyage of a dinner theater cruise; Two days and one nights of Mystery on the Rhapsody. But when the theater deaths turn in to the real thing, the actors start to panic.

Now it’s not just a contest to see who can guess the murderer, but an all out race to stop the killer before he turns his sights on you.

----

SO. this, will be a light, semi-short RP. A killer on the loose; who is it, what's his motive, all that good stuff. If you've ever seen the movie Radioland Murders (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Radioland_Murders) (which I doubt many of you have; but you SHOULD, because it's awesome.) It'll be a lot like that only on a boat

Standing at 5'7", one hundred and some odd pounds , and with a face like a Greek goddess, her eye's a bright silver-gray and her hair a silky brown. Rachel could be the next big News Anchor- which is her dream job. Her voice is like a bell, a southern bell to be specific, but you wouldn't know she was born in the south when she's on the job.

Rachel has dreamed of being one of the Nations biggest News Anchor since Barbra Walters, and all of her past work shows her dedication. She would never back down once she hooked on to a story, and she wasn't bad at going undercover either.

It was all about uncovering the truth for her, she could have been a detective if she wanted to. Yes she was good at what she did, but she wanted that anchor seat and all she needed was a breaking story to put her at the top of the list.

It seemed the fates had dropped this story in her hands under the false pretense of an all expense paid vacation from her ever hectic life.

I loved Radioland Murders! If I'm remembering the right movie.

I think you need a dashing rogue to play opposite your femme fabulae...

This looks like a great game. Why not submit it for Roleplay of the Week (http://www.role-player.net/forum/showthread.php?t=905) or put it in the Roleplaying Games Directory (http://www.role-player.net/forum/showthread.php?t=2304) or click here (http://www.role-player.net/forum/showthread.php?t=3975) to help attract players?

Yay! Thanks Miss Anne n__n

And It's present day. :/ not that... there's that much of a difference really. At least not on anything that matters on a boat when your life is at stake?

If this is supposed to be a murder mystery (Turned Deadly!) wouldn't there need to be actors for the planned events? Could I have a spot for an endangered thespian please? 8D

yes, and yes. But I don't know if anyones still interested ):

there's really no need to 'reserve' a spot since 1.) no one has posted a sheet and 2.) i wasn't planning on a lot of people being interested in this anyways. (i.e. no limit on characters)

anywho, if people actually still want to do this, i have no problems starting it back up :/

Ah, I didn't realize that this thread was going on ten days now. Still interested, nonetheless.

I was asking, in case you just wanted people that were attending the cruise or if you were wanting people to fill out the staff, just in case you wanted to work the theatrics yourself.
