She has a few freckles scattered about her body, and an even smaller amount on her face. Her hair is long, red, and flows to the middle of her back, and is never pulled back. She always leaves her hair down, unless she is dueling and will often pull her hair back before she engages in fights.

As far as her clothing is concerned, her favorite shoes are boots with short spikes. She likes wearing skirts (usually black and red or dark solids, and occasionally some blues), with black leggings and a solid t-shirt.

Mystic Abilities: Halley has the ability to perform magic through the use of spells. Despite having these spells as both a form of weapons and defense (as well as healing), she rarely uses them for they tax her energy far greater than that of her other abilities.

Stealth- Halley has the ability to seemingly blend in with her surroundings through the use of her spells. Despite being a light Faerie, she has the ability to blend in well with the shadows in the blackness of the night and it gives her the opportunity to move through the school without getting in trouble.

Light- Halley has the ability to produce endless amounts of light that can surpass the brightness of the sun. Her eyes will glow as will her body, to the extent that she can literally light up an entire city at night.

Mental Focus- Halley can block most mental attacks directed to hurt her mentally. She can do this through forming a barrier of light around herself, and forming a barrier inside her brain. Normally she composes her thought structure into that of a brick wall, focusing on a very tiny grain within the cracks of the wall. A majority of the attacks will be deflected and occasionally will bounce back, though every now and then opponents are able to find cracks in the wall- mainly when she loses focus.

Energy blast- Exactly as it suggests, Halley is able to summon (occasionally large) blasts of energy to use against her opponents. This energy is different than dark energy obviously as she is a light mystic, but similar concept.

Speed- She has the ability to travel at the speed of light.

Light travel- Halley's form can blend in with any light and travel within the light in order to save time.

Racial Abilities: Flight- Halley, with her wide wingspan (about eight feet in her Ancient Mystic form, five in her regular Mystic form), has the ability to fly at very high speeds. She has learned over time how to fight in the air, and has become use to using trickery of speed and stillness to fool her opponents. The air could be considered her second home, as she feels just as comfortable in the air as on land.

Personality: Halley is constantly struggling with herself, trying to control her emotions. She has a memory like a hawk and does not forgive easily. She can become fixated on that one problem until it’s solved, or until something has come of it. This can also be a good thing, because she uses her emotions as an outlet. Whenever something is depressing or holding her back, she has the uncanny ability to focus on the problem at hand in order to survive.

Being the Mystic of Light is rather difficult for her when she doubts herself so often, though if she searches hard enough she usually finds the courage to make it through and thrive. She is very clever, as well as artistic and slightly manipulative- all of which come from the many years she spent as an actress. She learned to manipulate others in certain situations (nothing too major of course, mainly when she feels threatened), and she learned to turn situations in her favor. Also, Halley has been married to the strikingly perfect Kurama Fox for just over a year now and has since had two beautiful children to call their own. She tends to but heads quiet frequently with him as he has just as much of a tendancy to piss her off as she does him, which make them perfect together when it comes to kissing and making up for the sake of their children. Halley would do anything for her husband, absolutely anything, and trusts him to do the same for her.

Brief History: Halley was born and raised in Buffalo, New York by her two parents. She is a single child, and because of this her parents were able to spoil her (perhaps more than they should have). Despite her stature, she spends most of her time in the gym and as a result has a very, very fit body. She lives around her obsessions and realizes that she must be fit in order to make those obsessions a reality.

Personality: Halley was born to obsessive-compulsive parents, and as a result she was raised under an authoritarian household and under very strict guidelines and expectations. Because of this, she has come to expect nothing more than success- failure is not an option in any course that she chooses to pursue, whether it is...socially acceptable or not. She is extremely obsessive, perhaps more so than her parents, and a very, very neat person.

This desire to be clean is shown in every aspect of her appearance- her freshly pressed clothing, the fact that she never has a piece of lent on her clothing or a stray fabric. The fact that her hair is always neat, orderly, and never out of place. She fact that she wears heels every day, and sticks to the same style of clothing and always wears the same hairstyle.

Once Halley has a goal in mind, she strives to reach it- no matter what it takes. Many times she will become obsessed with another person, be it from the gym or another aspect of her social life, and she won't quit until she gets what she wants. At first she'll try the usual courtship manners, and it will usually work, but because of her extreme personality they usually break off after the first romantic encounter...leaving her behind every time. Personality: Despite being out of the Kids Next Door for an entire year now, Leisel is still a rather adventurous and fun-loving person. When the adults aren't looking, she has no problem running through a patch of tall grass, climbing a tree, or even swinging and see-sawing. She loves to live life by each moment and this philosophy has lead her to take up the hobby of photography. She wakes up early each morning before sunset and walks to the back of her property, finds a great spot to perch herself, and enjoys the sunset with her camera and a glass of peach iced tea in hand. She loves to write and to imagine things, but she often keeps her journals and stories hidden from others- fearful of their criticism, knowing that the children wouldn't appreciate it due to her age; and that the adults would likely chide her for having such a silly imagination.

Her clothing is usually professional, save for on expeditions when she knows she has to get messy and on her days off. Otherwise she’ll be seen in pencil skirts and button up shirts or blouses. On her days off she tends to wear jeans and t-shirts, and on dig sites she’ll wear shorts and a modest tank top.

Personality: Even as a little girl, Laura had a spirit for adventure. She never was one to fret about getting dirty or muddy; rather instead she embraced it…so long as she knew she would be able to clean up later. She was always the curious sort, taking apart this or that just to see what it looked like, and these qualities of her drove her parents nuts. Constantly buying new clothes, doing their best to doll her up and lead her into a more female-friendly profession…but it was clear by the time she was ten that she had an eye for the sciences, and eventually with her stubborn nature they began to encourage it.

Because of this, she has come to respect the choices of others whether she agrees with them or not. She can agree to disagree, and while she has very strong ideologies she will not force them upon anyone else. She is, on the other side of the spectrum, open minded when it comes to academic debates. Caden has a relatively laid-back appearance, keeping himself clean-shaven and his hair naturally messy. He tried to pull it back, straighten it, do something with it...but every attempt he made failed horribly. Now, he's learned to live with it and has come to terms with his unkempt, messy, dark-brown hair. His vibrant, light blue eyes help make up for the unkempt hair as people tend to look him in the eyes more than they look at his hair.

His skin is fair and holds no blemishes, save for the occasional scar marking his leg or arm, mostly from rough-housing as a child. His clothing is simple, mostly t-shirts and jeans or shorts. He will very rarely wear anything fancy, only if there is a school event or something of importance going on. Even on the expedition he packed shirts and t-shirts, along with a few pairs of casual sneakers. He is somewhat athletic, working out at the gym at least a few times a week. Personality: Caden is, as his appearance suggests, a very laid-back person. Yes, he is capable of taking things seriously (such as his school work), but for the most part he prefers to laugh and relax. He likes to party, have fun, and spend time with his friends. Still, he knows when he has to get serious and will spend his evenings studying for his classes. He is focused in the classroom and usually sits at the front of class, a voice recorder on the desk and a pen and notepad in his hands. Her makeup has also carried over into her afterlife, however, whereas it had once complimented her skin it now detracts from her appearance. She had been fair skinned, with a permanent tan, and now her skin is pale and her deep, midnight blue makeup giving the appearance of spirit bags underneath her eyes. It makes her look as though she died old, rather than the young twenty nine year old that she was.

Her clothing is set in the old-English Victorian era, and she is always, always seen with a beautifully worn umbrella. In her lifetime, it had been worn as an accessory, now it is something she cannot put down, save for in her human form. It always comes back though, each time she is in her spirit form. Her eyes are black, as though all the life had been drained from them upon her death. A shell of her former self is all that remains, indicating the true beauty she held in life.

Personality: Alexandra is a very open and outgoing person, as she was in her lifetime. She is not the least bit shy, both in personality and with her expressions. If anything, Alexandra is rather stubborn by her own nature and always has been. Once she has her mind set on something or someone, she will do whatever it takes to get it or to put herself in that person's life. She is rather selfish when it comes to this, believing that she is entitled to whatever she wants as a result of her upbringing and the era she grew up in. Despite her selfish personality, she is rather smart and even conniving. She knows how to "read" people in order to relate to them better, and even more so she knows how to wiggle her way into most men's hearts. In her lifetime, she was a seductress and used her ability to read people to seduce others.

Bio: Born in the Victorian era, Alexandra was an only child. Her parents raised her to express her thoughts, opinions, and her beauty. Her family was wealthy, and as such she usually got whatever she wanted. This carried on into her adulthood, believing that she shouldn't have to do anything more than the duties of a wife. Still, the man who had won her heart and had the slightest chance of softening her up was taken from her in a random act of violence, a robbery. After that, she could never find anyone who was "enough" for her standards. As such, she did what she could to survive and relied on her beauty. Her face is round, ovular in stature, with great big, green round eyes and a pleasantly round nose. Her lips are soft to the touch, graced with beauty that any mortal would kill for, yet that beauty has been the cause of much anguish in her lifetime. The scars located at random on her body are the result of self-defense wounds, in which she either managed to escape a combat situation before it became life-threatening, or in which she was attacked. Either way, she does her best to cover them up as much as possible, constantly donning her servant clothing.

Her servant clothing, white robes with red along the edges of her wrist cuffs, neck line, and leg ends indicate her status within the palace. In those rare moments that she does get time to herself she prefers to dress in browns and blues, the blue clashing well with the vibrancy of her dark green eyes.

Personality: Genevera is, in presence of her coworkers and superiors within the palace, a quiet loner. She prefers not to converse too much with the people she works with, seeing the petty squabbling and bickering that they can become involved with and wishing to avoid her own involvement. She can be quite close-minded on certain subjects, given her own experience and history within the parameters of that particular discussion, and tends to stray away from such conversations. She is a very good worker and not at all lazy. Unlike most of the servants who find themselves at the castle, she is there by choice as a way of life for her.

She has a home, one that she spent a majority of the past fifty years working to obtain. She has a place outside of the palace, and chooses to sleep there on the two days off a week that she gets...which is something most of the others do not get. She is by no means a brown-nose or a kiss up to get that sort of treatment, rather the fact that she is there simply to work and earn a living and that she is good at what she does is enough to keep her around. That, combined with the fact that she despises gossip and meaningless conversations, does make her a favorite of the superiors...which tends to cause a bit of jealousy within her coworkers, but she walks the other way in face of conflict.

She is rather peaceful by nature and prefers solitude, and resents confinement. She loves to roam free in the forests and spends her time learning of healing magic, and will occasionally venture into the infirmary wing of the palace to receive education from the nurses. Overall she is strong willed on the inside, somewhat stubborn by nature, and a very free-spirited elf.

Background: Genevera has had a ...difficult background to say the least. She grew up as a poor peasant, scrounging the streets with her parents for food and what little money others would give them. It was a difficult environment to grow up in, causing her to become mistrustful of others and quiet. Her father was the first to leave her life, dying in battle with a warring nation and leaving her and her mother behind without a token to survive on. She then had to work, at a very young age of sixteen, cleaning barns and caring for steed of nobles.

That was also the age of which others began to take note of her beauty, wondering how such a beautiful young elven woman could grow up in such harsh conditions. Then there came the courters, offering 'more' of a life than she had at that moment. Many of them just wanted one thing from her and she refused, resulting in one scar or another and having nothing done of it as she did not have the means to pay legalities. Her mother was next to leave her life, dying of illness in a particularly cold winter. Their make-shift home had been needing repairs for years, since the death of her father, and it did not have the proper heating and insulation to keep her mother warm and thriving.

After that, Genevera sold the property to someone who needed it more and became a servant at the palace. She's been with the palace for nearly sixty years now, always by choice, and making good pay in comparison to what she had come up from. Her background is known by few, save for some of her more direct superiors, and as a result those superiors can respect her more than the other servants. In all, Genevera has made a fairly decent living for herself since being a part of the palace, and though it is difficult work she reminds herself on a daily basis how fortunate she is to have the basic necessities and to not have to beg for them.

Other: Genevera is fluent in a variety of languages, including those from the surrounding countries, and very familiar with the forests and streets around her. Her memory is keen, undeniable, and she is very resourceful because of her basic street knowledge. She has the ability to identify with nearly every social class, save for royalty themselves, primarily due to her background as a peasant, her status as a servant, and her constant contact with nobility.

She cares about others and despite the hardships she has faced in her past, Lilly looks at life with a positive outlook and knows that it could be worse. She is very high-spirited in nature and would rather be happy than sad, and tries to instill hope in the eyes of others through positive thoughts and thinking ahead.

History: Lilly was an only child and grew up in the Gotham slums with her two loving parents. They both worked two jobs in order to sustain a suitable lifestyle, but at the same time it was costing them to lose precious time with their only child. They had no choice but to hire a babysitter; and it was always the babysitter who put Lilly to sleep, who stayed the night with her, who woke her up and got her ready for school in the mornings. Lilly, at first, grew to be a very quiet individual because of this.

Then, as she got older and started to actually notice things around her, she developed an interest in writing and expressing herself through stories. She won several awards at school for her talented writing, and has even published small poems in literary magazines. When she was eighteen her parents died in a car accident on their way home from work, and Lilly found out while she was in school. When she had previously been a 3.78 G.P.A. student, her G.P.A. dropped dramatically her senior year after her parents died.

After that, she was forced to take up employment immediately after graduation and was forced to move due to being unable to afford the rent her parents had paid. Since then, she has found other employment as a journalist in a local newspaper and is living in a small, studio apartment on her own.

Personality(s): Leah is, for the most part, a rather calm, cool, and collected person for someone in her position. She stays to herself for the most part and is excellent at keeping secrets because she hardly talks to begin with. She likes to read, write, draw, and express herself in other creative manners. She finds music to be rather calming and falls asleep to the sound of light classical music in the background.

Even though to an average outsider Leah seems perfectly normal, those who interact with her on a daily basis know that she is far from normal. She can have random outbursts at any moment- hysterical crying as though in pain of some sort for no apparent reason whatsoever, shouting matches with other patients, and even go days without speaking to anyone. She has, for whatever reason, always been the quite sort. At least until Rosamay came out, with her hatred towards anything that could be seen as a direct threat to Leah.

Rosamay appeared when Leah was little as an ‘invisible friend’ that Leah would always be seen playing with, singing to, and even talking to when she thought that no one was watching. Then, one day… Leah just became quite. Rosamay was what gave Leah courage to talk, both to herself and to others as an imaginary friend. Now, though, Leah doesn’t believe in imaginary friends so Rosamay has become imbedded within her personality instead. Those qualities of Rosamay still remain within her- the quirky laughter, the occasional twitch of her eye, intelligent conversations and even deep, deep conversations about feelings, goals, aspirations, and thoughts about her surroundings and the people she is surrounded by.

This is where Bella comes into play, as she is Leah’s more self-conscious alter. She is violent, distant towards others, and above all else shuns others attempts at reaching Leah. Like Rosamay, she is also protective of Leah, but in a much more destructive manner. If Bella can get ahold of a weapon and she feels threatened, Bella is not afraid to use it. These are where Leah’s random outbursts come from, those periods in which she goes days without speaking to anyone come from none other than Bella.

Lizzy is on her own spectrum from Rosamay and Bella, and even Leah. Lizzy is secretive and manipulative, and it is very, very difficult to distinguish when it is actually Leah or Lizzy speaking, purely for the fact that Lizzy knows how to conceal her ‘presence’ when people begin to suspect that it’s her. She turns on the charm when she feels the need to get something she thinks Leah needs, or will even manipulate others to get it for her. Lizzy is also conniving and can spread rumors like a wildfire if anyone should hurt or upset Lizzy, whether intentionally or not.

History: Growing up, Leah’s parents were very caring and loving people. She had an entire nursery to herself full of stuffed animals, full of fairies and castles and other things any girl would envy. They played classical music while she was a baby each night, and kept it up well into her childhood. They claim that is where her intelligence came from, the love and devotion they poured into her education. They spent hours of each day trying to get her to talk, but for whatever reason Leah would only speak basic words like “Momma,” “Dadda,” “Juice,” and things like that.

Then, when she turned three she began talking to herself in a corner of her room. She would always be holding a doll in her hands, the same doll each time she spoke. Her parents would watch from the hall, a concerned smile on their faces. They were both amazed that she was speaking and concerned that she was speaking to herself, wondering if it was simply a stage of having an imaginary friend. They also wondered if she would continue speaking after she quit believing in imaginary friends.

Still, in the months to come her friend became none as Rosamay, and her parents would communicate to Leah through Rosamay by asking questions like “Would Rosamay like eggs for breakfast? Would Rosamay like to go to the park today?” and Leah would smile and say “Yes!” or frown deeply and say “No!” in a sad voice. Then, when she was six, Rosamay went away altogether and Leah would spend days on end without saying a word. This was when her parents first began taking her to a psychiatrist for her diagnosis, though he said it was likely a phase and to take her back if it showed signs of progressing. It went on like this for three years, until she turned nine years old and Bella came out.

She began to tell her parents how much she hated them for taking her to the doctor, how she wouldn’t eat if they took her again, and carrying through with those threats. She began to throw tantrums in which she would fling herself on the floor and pound it with her fists, crying hysterically for no apparent reason. Then, moments later, Rosamay would come out and Leah would be calm and rational again, and even apologize to her parents.

At least until she turned eleven and Lizzy made herself known. If one parent told Leah no, Lizzy would ask the other parent the same question and nine times out of ten be told yes. At least until they caught on, then she had to be sneakier about these things and learn how to manipulate Leah’s parents to get what she wanted. Finally, when Leah was twelve she was diagnosed with multiple personality disorder and her parents simply couldn’t take the mood swings, the hysterics, the changes in her personality… they didn’t know what to do, so they brought her to Mistview Asylum for a ‘visit’ to a psychiatrist- and never came back. Leah has since been herself for the most part, suppressing her personalities as much as possible, though from time to time she cannot control them anymore and she has occasional, severe outbursts from them. Lizzy has become more deviant by nature and Bella has become rather vengeful to anyone who tries to get close, and it seems as though Rosamay is her only friend that she has.

Appearance: As a native of the Northern Water Tribe, Lani’s features resemble as such: skin as pale as snow, eyes as blue as the sky- not a freckle or blemish in sight. Her hazelnut brown hair flows to the middle of her back and is usually kept together in a tight braid. As an indicator of her status, a small, frail crown resides on her head. As the mark of a princess, Lani has chosen to wear a simple crown at all times made by her own bending abilities. In such cold climates, Lani is able to maintain a hand woven crown whenever she pleases- she knows that if, or when, she should travel to the other nations she will need to wear a hand crafted crown, but has one made of pearls and precious gems for those occasions.

Her attire is also kept simple, due to the freezing climates there is not much consideration of fancy dresses or garments. She usually prefers otter fur, but will occasionally be seen wearing bear furs for formal gatherings. Underneath she wears long sleeved sea blue robes with fine silver lining. A Little About Lani: Lani is not your typical princess, but the northern water tribe is not a typical land. The climates are harsh and unforgiving on most days, but there are days in which the sun graces their people. Everyone is a hard worker, and Lani is no exception to this. When she is not consumed in political meetings with her family or traveling from tribe to tribe to arrange treaties and help the needy, Lani is often a child minder of the village she resides in. She loves to hear children laugh and play, and has to get really creative on days that it’s too cold to go outdoors.

She is a great teacher though and tries to help the children further their bending abilities. She loves to tell stories and to cook, and a combination of these things usually does the trick in occupying children. After a hard day of watching them, Lani’s favorite thing to do is to retreat to the tidal pools and practice her own bending abilities. She finds water bending to be soothing, and an expression from deep within herself. She uses it to tell stories, to create new stories, and to understand more about herself. She is very passionate by nature, very poetic, and very creative.

Appearance: Haru has long black hair that is often times held together in a ponytail behind his head. His body is of small stature, standing only at 5'3", smaller than most of the others in the army. Still, despite being vertically challenged, Haru uses it to his advantage to go places that most of the taller soldiers would be unable to go. That being said, he also gets a lot of the dirtier jobs that require crawling around in small places as a result- so it comes as both an advantage and disadvantage.

As far as clothing is concerned, usually Haru will be seen wearing blue male working robes with a fur jacket of sorts for warmth, when he isn't in uniform. His uniform consists of a chest plate that rests over his shoulder with his head in the middle, sporting a water nation emblem on the front. He has a groin guard, knee guards, and long sleeves for protection.

Other: Haru is often responsible for escorting nobility/ royalty on missions that involve long travel, acting as both their guide and protector.

Looking at Kallai, it is clear that he is a fire nation soldier, and of the elite class. His hair is pitch black, somewhat long and usually messy. He usually prefers to wear his fire nation uniform on any given day, whether he is on duty or not. When he does dress down, out of his uniform, he'll wear black cargo pants with a black shirt that has a fire nation emblem on the front. Despite his age, he is clearly a veteran of the fire nation military, having been there for some time he has obtained multiple scars to his body. The most noticeable one is along his wrist, which cannot be hidden by his uniform due to the location, and is revealed completely along his elbow to his wrist when he wears short sleeve t-shirts.

As is customary fire nation citizenry, Kallai's skin is a deep tan color from being in the sun all day, every day, from dawn until dusk. He stands at a looming 5'7" and weighs about 180lbs, most of which is muscle.

Other: Kallai has been in the military for five years now, and while he is not a high ranking officer he is a member of an elite group known as Flame Wardens. The Flame Wardens are responsible for black-ops missions, high-stake rescues, royal escorts to and from long distance travels, and many more internal military battles. Kallai is the newest member of the Flame Wardens, only having been with the group for about a year now.
