General Information:

Name: Joel

Age: 600+

Gender: Male

Race: Human

Appearance:
http://www.reviewbusters.net/images/music/heaven_shall_burn_iconoclast_pt1_cover.jpg

Hair: The top half of his head is bald but the bottom half is long, red-brown hair.

Eyes: Red

Distinctive Features: Swirl tattoo on his skull, angel wings tattoo on his back.

Clothes / Armour: A long red cloak over his body. Grey leggings with chain mail pants over the top. He also has sub dermal armour implants on his chest, back, arms and legs. They provide him with a level of protection equal to chainmail against slashing attacks, comparable to fullplate against piercing attacks, and padded leather against blunt faced weapons. However he lacks armour on his joints, such as elbows and neck, and attacks that break the skin will still cause bleeding. Some parts of the armour, mostly in his legs, have also rusted and are weak.

Fighting Style: Joel is a relentless fighting machine. He attacks with all his might from start to end, never giving his opponent a second to recover. As brutal as he is, preferring to hack and slash with his greatsword indiscriminately he is not entirely mindless and uses his shortsword for surprising sneak attacks.

Weapons:

Greatsword: A large greatsword blessed in Michael's light. The blade is ragged and rusted which, while taking away from some of its cutting power, causes it to carve great wounds in anything it hits as it tears through flesh. The blessing has made the sword overall sharper to help prevent it catching and sticking within a body, though this is still a risk. He can wield it with one hand.

Shortsword: A simple shortsword used for parrying and short range thrusts.

Chainhook: A long chains with a large, caltrop like blade on the end. If it stabs into a person the backwards facing hooks catch the flesh preventing it being torn out without large damage to the surrounding area. It requires two hands to wield.

Abilities:

Strength: Joel's lifetime of battle and drugs have left him with excessive, magical, muscle growth. He has twice the strength of a normal man.

Enduranace: As above, the lifetime of drugs have boosted his constitution so that he could fight for a day without tiring.

Deathball Jump: Joel leaps high into the air before curling himself into a ball. He then hovers for a moment as he finds his target before shooting forward at them at high speed. His impact forms a wide crater with a radius of around five metres. Force is entirely dissipated in the crater, standing outside of it will mean no harms comes to you. The attack can be used on airborne targets however without ground to create a crater in his body must connect with them to deal damage. The attack can only be used once every five posts and dazes him slightly.

Attributes:

Lifetime of Drugs: Despite giving him great strength and endurance the drugs have taken a toll on Joel's body. Any sort of chemical or poison which enters his skin will be twice as effective as it would normally be.

Mindless fighting: Apart from the occasional shortsword attack Joel's fighting style allows little thought. He simply points himself at the target and lets himself go. As such he can easily be led into a trap.

Slower: Between his drug addled brain, sub dermal implants and heavy weapons Joel is slower in movement than the average human. While he can swing his weapons very fast he is a slow runner.

Biography: Joel was once the best Iconoclude produced by Michael's training program. A promising adept during the first human rebellion he was unfortunately sent against a large force in a suicide attack, designed to delay them, buying the angels precious time. Against all odds the young man carved a path through the force to their leader before slaying him and returning with his head. Since then he has been a valuable agent.

However as time went on the drugs every iconoclude is subjected to every mission began to take their toll. Combined with his excellent service Joel passed the point most iconoclude are dead by and his body began to deteriorate. His speed went from inhuman to pathetic and his strength began to fade. Even his subdermal implants had begun to rust within his body. The only thing which didn't change was his relentless fighting style, it only got more vicious as if to make up for his other weaknesses.

Instead he was magically frozen in time when he was not needed, only emerging to take on a hunt for the angels. His life has become one of hunting and murder with, to his mind, no time in between.

Personality: Joel has little personality. 600 years of servitude has worn his individuality down to nothing. He only grasps the basics of language, communicating mostly in growls and pointing. If one were to describe his personality in one word, that word would be "wolf".

Background: Not really sure how this is different to bio

General Information:

Name: Subject #681, "Crinsthe"

Age: In the hundreds

Gender: Genderless (referred to as he for simplicity)

Race: Mutant Experiment

Appearance: Crinsthe's body is entirely black, only differing in its shades. His skin resembles bundles of wires weaved together and is rough to the touch. Every part of his body looks like it could be unwound if you found the right part to pull. However this has no impact on his movement. His upper body is that of a human albeit one with an elongated rear skull and no nose. His eyes are the colour of the void and his mouth has no teeth or lips. His face is close to an oval and the elongation resembles half a brick sticking out at a ninety degree angle to the rest of his skull. His lower body resembles that of a spider's body only with four legs instead of eight. Each leg is thick at his body but thins to a point at the end, while keeping the bundle like appearance. lower body is perfectly circular and thicker towards the middle. The legs are spaced evenly around it while his torso connects to it at the edge between two legs.

Hair: None

Eyes: Black

Distinctive Features: Wire like skin. Black as void eyes. Spider legs.

Clothes / Armour: No clothing. His skin however, has the toughness of iron and is strong against slashing and piercing attacks.

Fighting Style: Very fast, guerilla like tactics. Rushes in quickly for a strike and then escapes. Fond of tripping his foes and leaving them vulnerable while making it harder to track him.

Weapons:

Limbs: Crinsthe's skin has the strength of iron and is quite damaging when used to punch or kick.

Abilities:

Unwinding: Crinsthe's wire skin isn't just for show. He has the ability to unwind parts of his form into their individual wires. The wires triple the length of his arms and double the length of his legs. They act like limbs and can be used to strike at or choke his foes. When he does this a white limb which emits a bright light, that is painful to stare at, can be seen.

Inner Radiance: Crinsthe's unwound limbs emit a strong light which is painful to look at. While at a distance this is nothing more than a mild irritant if he does it on a body part within a foot of the eyes it blinds his foe for a few seconds.

Attributes:

Skin openings: Due to the nature of his skin odd twisting movements, or limbs hit by large forces, can have a separation in the wire skin. This allows a weapon or magic to pass through his skin and damage whatever is below. Anything which does inflicts greater damage than if it hit his skin normally.

Pointed Feet: Crinsthe's feet end in sharp points which dig into the ground. While this gives him better grip on most surfaces, and allows limited wall climbing, it means he can easily get stuck in softer ground and trapped.

Biography: Originally an experimental subject undergoing a process of bonding a suit of iron to the skin, the operation was interrupted by an earthquake. Its uncertain what happened, but the scientists knew the he collided with at least one other subject and tore their legs from them to attach to himself. The reason for his ability to unwind and the glowing inner body are unknown though it is theorised he came into contact with a radiation leak which he full absorbed.

Locked up to be studied he escaped when he was being moved to a new facility. Despite being entirely secured his unwound his entire body, blinding everyone in the vehicle, and his wires were able to slip from the bindings and slaughter them all. Free he escaped into the wild where he hunted down hikers and large animals.

Personality: Crinsthe has no real personality. He is a blank slate which hunts down targets. However in battle there is a feeling that he is enjoying himself and he often seeks out new foes to experience this feeling. The only real emotion he could be said to have is a severe need ot be free.

General Information:

Name: Erebus

Age: Many millennium

Gender: Male

Race: God demon

Appearance:
http://imageshack.us/a/img32/6729/lpti.jpg

Hair: None

Eyes: Orbs of fire

Distinctive Features: He is made up of a black fog which can also turn into a physical form. He has two heads and each head has two large horns atop it.

Clothes / Armour: None

Fighting Style: Erebus’s fighting style is very defensive. Like his deific domans he relies on his foes tiring themselves out first, weakening them with taunts of futility and death, before striking the final blow.

Weapons:

Claws, Teeth and Horns: Erebus resembles a dog for the most part and has all the features that come along with that including sharp claws and teeth. He also has two large horns on either head which can be used for stabbing and slashing.

Abilities:

You cannot harm me: Erebus can turn his body into a gas at will. While the gas remains in his dog form, apart from some wisping, it makes him invulnerable to physical damage. His claws and horns are the exception to this, as they stay solid at all times.

You are an ant to me: Erebus has the ability to grow and shrink using his gaseous form ability. While in gaseous form he can expand the size of the gas to make himself bigger or smaller. However his form is limited to around ten metres high and twenty long at which point the gas can expand no more without losing form. The form has little offensive use as it makes him slower, though his claws and horns magically grow in proportion, and it is more an intimidation tactic.

You cannot even reach me: Erebus can erect black barriers, walls of black light, between himself and his foe. These barriers obstruct vision and movement and must be broken or moved around. They are around 3 metres high and five wide and have the strength of half an inch of glass. He can erect two barriers each turn, but cannot erect barriers the turn after building any. Erebus can move through these barriers himself without obstruction.

It’s getting hard to keep fighting isn’t it?: Simply by touching a foe Erebus can make them tire physically. The effect increases per touch, accumulating in the opponent dropping unconscious after seven touches. This ability requires his for to be capable of being fatigued.

Why don’t you just end it now?: Any foe whose head, or head equivalent, is within Erebus’s mist form is constantly assailed by thoughts of suicide. The thoughts are extremely distracting and can cause the sufferer to cause themselves self-harm or leave themselves vulnerable to Erebus’s attacks. This ability affects any sentient creature.

It’s all over: After Erebus’s 15th turn his final ability can be activated. Billowing, black fog erupts from his form and engulfs the arena completely. By turning his form gaseous Erebus can effectively teleport around the arena, blending into the fog and moving through it before reassembling. During this time his claws and horns also become gaseous. If he does travel through the mist, once he reappears a black barrier is formed between his start and end points in a straight line. This barrier is separate to his “You cannot even reach me” ability and does not count against his ability to make other black barriers. He can however, only erect one of these per turn. He uses these to trap his foes in small area where he can easily perform hit and run attacks, protected by the barriers.

Attributes:

Gaseous form: While in his gaseous form Erebus is weak to wind and air based attacks. Any blown away matter weakens him when he returns to solid form. Any force that passes through his form can do this to a lesser extent.

Eyes of Fire: Erebus’s eyes are literally orbs of fire. Water can put them out making him blind for three turns when they reform. They can also be snuffed out by being covered up so no air can reach them.

Biography: When the first man thought his first thought Erebus was born as a demon. He fed off human negativity and depression, growing into a powerful god. He has since simply existed, feeding off humanity and watching their slow spiral of death with great joy. Occasionally he has entered the world in an attempt to fulfill his vision of it, destroying all life. However every time he is beaten back. Those who fight him often wonder if he loses on purpose, knowing if his plan were to come to fruition he would no longer have any power to draw on.

Personality: Erebus is the embodiment of human negativity and represents humanity’s urge to destroy itself. He taunts his foes about their own futility and morality, asserting himself as an impossible to defeat opponent. He is never on the back foot, always leading the battle while only reacting to his foes attacks.

Name: Ker’Tiaan

Age: 34

Gender: Male

Race: Touched (Demigod)

Appearance:
Pre Ascension
http://i698.photobucket.com/albums/vv345/Prodigal_One/11%20Male%20Angels/warrior4.jpg

Hair: Long and blonde gold

Eyes: Gold

Distinctive Features: A pair of white, angel wings sprouting from his back.
Clothes / Armour: Golden plate armour over his legs and torso, with a long sleeved white shirt and white trousers beneath.

Fighting Style: He is a very tactical yet straightforward fighter. He engages his foe immediately, whether by his claws or orbs, but will mix up ranged and melee attacks.

Weapons:

Tiaan carries no physical weapons, he creates them from his own magic.

Abilities:

Burning Talons: Tiaan can generate claws of light from his knuckles. There are four on each hand, one from each knuckle, and are around a foot long. While he uses these his fists are clenched. However by straightening his hands out so they are flat the claws will merge together into a pair of longswords which he can then grab and use. Both the claws and swords act like normal blades of an unbreakable material and will pierce purely magical shields more easily..

Searing Orbs: Tiaan can generate a pair of small orbs of light that will hover over his shoulders. Upon a mental command they shoot a ray of light at his foe which will burn a hole in them if it hits. He must wait three posts between each shot and the orbs may fire separately.

Blinding Radiance: Once every five turns Tiaan can unleash a wave of light from his own body in a sphere around him. The wave isn’t a solid however, it resembles thousands of small, white fireworks going off one after the other and is accompanied by the sound of fireworks. The sphere extends to around one hundred feet before disappearing. Anyone who is caught within the sphere is blinded for a post and has lights dancing in their eyes the post after that.

Chains of Justice: Tiaan can create a pair of chains of light with manacles on the end appear out of thin air near his foes. Upon creation they will aim to latch on to the nearest limb and trap the victim. The chains are a metre long and cannot be broke, but can be dragged through the air if a great force is applied to them. He can create these chains every three turns. If the chain misses it disappears immediately, if it hits it lasts for one turn.

Speed of Light: Tiaan is extremely fast and leaves a confusing image blur behind him as he moves.

Cantrips: Tiaan can perform some minor magic spells, such as lighting a torch or opening a door from distance.

Attributes:

Wings: Tiaan’s wings allow him to fly for any period of time.

Agile Flight: While airborne Tiaan is a very agile flyer and hard to hit.

Strength: As a Touched Tiaan has the strength of one and a half people.

Endurance: As a Touched Tiaan is twice as hard to kill as a normal person.

Biography:
I’m not writing this out again (http://role-player.net/forum/showthread.php?t=37563&p=1341577&viewfull=1#post1341577) XD
After those events he made friends with Eidas and participated in the Aehraut/Karthas war. While initially successful Aehraut was defeated in an important battle. In order to salvage victory Tiaan stormed the Karthas Capital of Cretha where he battled the Warlord directly.

Personality: Tiaan is a very strong willed person who is very confident, even to the point where it could be called arrogance. While he has been tempered partially be a sense of modesty, he still sees himself as an absolute bringer of justice and a crusader of the light. He cares very much for his friends and will help them whenever they are in need.

General Information:

Name: Undos the Sand King

Age: Many millennia

Gender: Male

Race: Mummy

Appearance: A thin human covered in yellowed bandages with two black eyeholes.

Hair: None.

Eyes: None, he has hollows where they were.

Distinctive Features: He has two hollow holes where his eyes would be.
Clothes / Armour: Undos is covered in old, faded bandages looped around his body. They’re an old yellow colour. They cover the entirety of his body apart from eyeholes.

Fighting Style: Undos prefers to use his magic in fights, avoiding physical combat if possible. He uses his abilities to keep his foes and range where he can trap them then slowly erode them down.

Weapons:

The Pharoah’s Staff: A tall gold staff of two metres in length, topped by a large sapphire oval. Two golden wings come out from just below the gem. The staff has no magical power itself and is limited as a weapon due to the material it is made of.

Abilities:

Sand Geysers: Undos can conjure sand geysers to erupt from the ground. He can direct these geysers to collide with his foes with great force. He can summon them anywhere within his sight and can summon two per turn.

Sandstorm: Undos summons a great amount of sand from below the earth, pulling it to the surface. He then raises it into the air and conjured powerful winds, creating a sandstorm ten metres in radius. The sand in this wind is sharp and is painful for anyone without armour to remain in. The Sandstorm lasts for three turns and he must wait three turns before using it again. When the sandstorm is over the sand falls to the ground inert.

Sand Tomb: Undos can conjure a large amount of sand from the air and dump in on his foe. If it lands on them the sheer weight of the sand will trap them in place in a tomb. He can also use this ability on himself in order to put out a fire, however if he does it is the only action he can take that turn. This ability requires one turn to recharge.

Grasping Quicksand: Undos can turn any sand which is on the ground into a magical quicksand. It acts like normal quicksand, people sinking into it (even if the sand is only a centimetre deep it can swallow a whole person, magic) but arms of sand will also appear. The arms grab at people’s ankles and assist in dragging them down. This ability requires two turns to recharge.

Dispersal: Once per battle Undos can disperse his form. The rotted flesh beneath his bandages turns into sand allowing him to escape from danger. He reforms the turn after at a point more than ten metres away from where he dispersed.

Attributes

Weak to Fire: If Undos catches on fire he must put it out within two turns or perish.

Weak to Damage: Undos’s form is physically frail and he is easily damaged by weapons.

Biography: He was once a Pharaoh a lost desert tribe, the last of their rulers in fact. The tribe worshipped the desert as its god and when Undos died he was entombed within the earth as a mummy. His entire tribe then sacrificed themselves to their god upon his tomb, unwilling to go on without a leader.

The blood from their sacrifice dripped down through the sand and was absorbed by Undos’s bandages. And over a thousand years as his flesh rotted away the magic within it infused him. The power of the desert god, transferred by blood through the sand became part of his body. And after a millennia its power was enough to reawaken Undos.

The sand that had been his prison was now his to command, flying off his body and dispersing into the winds. Wrapped in yellowed bandages Undos emerged to wreak revenge on the living.

Personality: Mostly silent he still remember his time as Pharaoh. He has been made hateful by his death and seeks revenge on those who still have life.
