Omerta is the town that the helicopter drops you and your team in Arulco. It has nothing of real interest within the town boundries, except that it is where your in-country contact lives.

Character Skills/Abilities:
You are ONLY able to choose at most two(2) of these.
You're able to pick any (non-electronic) lock that someone throws your way, whether it be with a bobby-pin and a screw driver or a professional lock-picking kit.
All those years spent at the dojo were worth it after all. You can throw an enemy to the ground and step on their neck before they knew what hit them.
You feel confident in shooting most automatic weapons in 3-round burst or full-auto. You are able to fire a few rounds from the hip with an automatic rifle and still hit something.
With all the specialized stealth training you've had, you can move with ease, making little to no noise.
With the right camouflage equipment you can hide in plain sight in the middle of the day.
When the lights go down, your adrenaline goes up. You're like a cat in the night.
You're an excelent shot. You are able to shoot the center of a dime from half a mile away with the proper equipment.
You're drawn to Heavy Weapons like a twister is drawn to a trailer park. You are able to drop a motar round wherever the need arises, and you have been trained in the use of Rocket Launchers.
You handle a knife like a master chef. You are able to slit a persons throat in the middle of the night or toss a throwing knife across a busy highway with ease.
You can handle one small to medium firearm in each hand easily.
You can hack any computerised system and electronic lock with ease.
Years of tinkering with car parts has left you with a knack for reparing even the most decrepit car & weapon parts. You can also modify weapons with whatever you have find lying around whether it be making a rifle barrel extender with some metal tubing, super-glue and duct tape or turning a semi-automatic rifle into a fully automatic machinegun with a piece of string.
Looks like all those years spent at med-school and the biology lab were well spent. You can almost preform brain surgery with a pizza cutter and a pair of tweezers.
