Hey Guys!
Welcome to my Battle Thread. I'll be updating this every now and again in order to have some various characters for submissions to events and other such battle arena things, as well as general challenges. So, just bear with me as you experience what is to become the reconstruction of this thread.

Name: Airen O'Connor

Race: Human
Appearance:
Build: Airen is fairly built due to years of farming with his family and laboring in various small factories throughout Scotland. His muscles are well-defined in that his arms are thick and his chest broad. His muscle growth put him at equilibrium with his body, in that he is proportionate and not over-muscled.
Hair: Airen sports midnight black hair that is almost always kept in a tight spiked fashion, similar to a faux-hawk, but less strict and more or less loose. He keeps a metal circlet inlaid with a green gem within the center that is barely noticeable save to the trained eye.
Eyes: His eyes are a vibrant, mossy green with tree-bark brown flecks dancing around his iris in a beautiful and almost hypnotic sphere that are alight with the light of youth.
Skin tone: His skin tone is near to the color of alabaster due to heritage. He has little to no blemishes that can be seen across the entirety of his body.
Tattoos: He dons the Celtic Triquetra on his left shoulder blade and the palm of his left hand.
Size: Airen stands at 6' 2” and weighs 200 lbs (a healthy mixture of fat and muscles)

Outfit: He wears rather modern clothing consisting of a white t-shirt with a black leather jacket and a pair of jeans that hug his waist just enough to ensure that they are not too tight nor too loose; he wears a pair of black tennis shoes with no visible logo. He also wears around his neck the celtic triquetra with a silver chain that cannot be unclasped. He wears upon his head a silver circlet as thin as wire with a microscopic inlaid emerald (which cannot be seen but by a microscope).

Abilities:
Call of the Wild: Airen can unleash a terrible cry from within his very essence that causes a shock-wave knocking his opponents a few feet away from him, giving him the chance needed to evade a blow should he need it.
Magic: Airen has a natural affinity for magic, in that he is able to manipulate the life forces around him and convert them into devastating energies that come in various forms. His abilities are channeled through the palm that contains the Triquetra.

Earth-Skin: Airen can call the earth to add a layer to his skin and protect him from blows that would kill a normal man. This ability is tied to his willpower, with every blow landed upon his earth-skin the earth cracks until finally it falls away.
Fog Calling: Airen can call to him a sheet of fog to coat the battlefield with and aid him in his battle.
Circle of Entrapment: Airen can conjure a circular barrier that prevents his opponent from leaving It should he/she enter the circle. The circle can be broken with a well placed blow on the brightest glowing rune. This spell requires a post to charge and two to recharge.
Ancestral Call: Airen can call a spirit of the dead to aid him in combat, whether it be for protection or offensive ability.The spirit can only remain for two posts before it fades back to the place that it hailed from.

Unnatural Reflexes: Airen has an uncanny ability to run and leap faster than most humans, he can lift most things that normal humans can't though his strength is limited to things 8x his weight.

Attributes:
Heritage Advantages
+ Due to his heritage, Airen is able to move near silently and blend well in wooded areas.
+ He is able to see quite well in the dark
+ His hearing is exceptional in that he can hear the breath leaving a body and entering again
Heritage Disadvantages
- He cannot see very well in extremely bright places
- Airen has a low tolerance for loud noises growing up isolated from the outside world
- Due to growing up rather secluded he doesn't know much of the outside world.

Personality: As complicated as the seasons, Airen's mind in nigh unintelligible; due to his heritage as a druid he believes that a strong familial connection is the greatest bond that one can have. He values loyalty and honor above all else in anyone around him and takes pride in the fact that he was raised as a Celtic Druid. Whilst he doesn't necessarily like killing, he can and will do what needs to be done if it means saving his own life or a friends. He values his family over anything and can often have become quite lethal when one threatens them.

Bio/Background: Airen grew up as a Celtic Druid, and as such he has little knowledge of the outside world and it's workings. He knows enough to get by in the real world but he is quite oblivious to many things. As a druid, he was taught the value of family and the closeness of community, and this has affected who he is today. Airen has always felt a close connection to nature and it's workings. He despises anyone and anything that obstructs the natural workings of nature.

As a teenager, Airen has his fair share of rebellious moments, often times leaving his druid village and experiencing the outside world; from doing drugs to drinking. He has a track record that has been marred by various time in jail and probationary periods, but as he reached the eighteen year mark, his record was expunged and he started anew, maintaining a rather normal life with the druids, and returned to the old ways.

Not much is known of his history because the way of the Druid is a sheltered one and not often do they offer up their secrets to outsiders.

Weapons/Armor/Items/Accessories/Equipment:
He has no armor, because he has a spell that creates an earthen armor for him.
Weapons: He carries on his person a bow and quiver with various Celtic symbols and runes decorating the leather. He has exactly 12 goose-feather arrows with silver tipped arrows that are coated in a paralytic poison. He has two slots on his quiver where two celtic short swords reside, again decorated with celtic runes on the blades themselves. The runes on the blades allow them to be stronger than your average sword and the blades themselves are made of an unknown material.
Accessories:Airen has a silver circlet upon his brow that hums with magical energy, and when in times of distress the circlet provides a magical protection that reduces the amount of harm that would come to him if he were to be attacked by an elemental magic of any sort. Whilst it prevents most damage, the circlet can be exhausted itself of its magic and become ineffective and shatter. He wears around his neck a Celtic Triquetra that enhances his mental capabilities and understanding of magic, the necklace cannot be removed by any hands but his.

Appearance:
Build:
Neo only stands at a rather small 4’ even, and though Neo appears frail and weak, his muscles have been formed well-defined and nearly as sturdy as steel. His body shape is that of a young human child, in that he has a youthful exterior and little to no blemishes at all.
Hair: Silk-like crew-cut of pure sunlight, almost as if the sun was his hair.
Eyes: His eyes are of the purest waters, as blue newly formed glacier, which holds a spark of wisdom beyond his years deep within the icy pools.
Distinctive Features:
It is worth note that he has the muscle tones of an extremely active teenage boy. While this may make him appear odd, and perhaps even misshapen, it is not the most odd of his features. He has not mouth, as in it was never formed; instead he relies on a different form of communication. His skin is a beautiful mahogany color, seemingly merged with a light oak color, and he has no visible scars upon his body.

Clothes / Armour:
He wears clothes of a modern child, a simple black TMNT t-shirt, and a pair of khaki shorts, but does not wear any shoes. His clothing appears as though the colors are the purest they can be, as if they were created as newly as he was, giving him a somewhat divine aura.

Fighting Style:
Weapons:
He carries with him a foam toy sword that can, and will, become the real thing when the need arises. It also has the ability to split and become another item, though the second item would be far less effective than the original.
Abilities:
Telepathy: He has the innate ability to speak with his mind, and to project his thoughts to his opponents or friends.

Shapeshifting: He has the ability to take any shape that he desires, so long as it is a sentient creature. He cannot take the form of inanimate objects, or mythical beings. This generally takes two posts to charge, and then cannot be used until a post after he has assumed his natural form.


Lightning Dome: A dome of lightning surrounds the battlefield, shooting random bolts of lightning at random intervals. If not cast properly, the spell can damage him as well as his opponent, as such he needs three posts to charge this spell, and it can only be used once. If he doesn’t reach maximum charge (takes a major hit) the spell will cast automatically, inflicting harm to himself and his opponent.

Attributes:
As his race cannot be determined, there are no visible signs of weakness, or strengths. (Will be revealed upon first battle with an opponent)
Biography:
Personality: While he has been newly created, and thrown to travel the world at his leisure, he has developed a rather ethical sense of right and wrong – there are no grey areas with him. He likes to watch before he makes his move, and even makes conversation so as to try to understand his opponents before he physically begins to act in any way. He has no sense of sin in his body, unable to kill any sentient beings, unless darkness is present within their soul.
Background: He has no memory of what came before, he only knows what he has witnessed, and as of yet, he has witnessed nothing of import.
