I've thought up and created many characters over the years, some quite terrible but others half-way decent. So I figured I'd start posting old characters that I've had on rpa (possibly touching up a few of them) and eventually get to posting characters that pop up in my head from time to time.

His body is fit and slightly muscular, built to move fast and strike hard.

Personality: He still holds a little of the energetic and carefree way of dealing with things from his childhood, but he has a sense of seriousness around him ever since he joined the Itsuguri. The deaths of his father and his mother has pained him but he beileves if he lives on in happiness and uphold his honor that they will continue to be proud of him. He doesn't enjoy killing but he does so only to protect others and whould never do so without a just reason.

He generally becomes mad or angry when he sees someone abuse or hurt someone else, although he doesn't let it control him. On the other hand its not too hard to make him happy either, little acts of kindness often puts a smile on his face. He is rather alone though, the only relative he has is his stepdad that he still sends letters to and he has no real friends outside of the Itsuguri.

Koba is rather talented with a sword, even though a wakizashi has a short blade he is able to fight against people with a much longer sword and come out victorius. But it the situation calls for a longer ranged weapon he falls back on his kusarigama to give him an edge on his foe.

Weapons: He still has the wakizashi his father had a swordsmith make for him before his death, after Koba learned how to use it he noticed how fast the blade was compared to a full katana so he named it Shun (シュン). He perfered Shun over many other types of swords but grew fond of the kusarigama while training in the dojo. His second weapon, a kusarigama, was given to him by his Stepdad who he still considers family, he named it Toru (トル).

Shun was well made by the swordsmith who took great pride in this weapon, the blade is roughly 18 inches long making it short and light great for defending and hacking slashes. Although the sword was well made there isn't much ornamention on it or it's saya.

Toru is a kama with a chain attacted to the bottom of the handle and has a metal weight at the end of the eight feet length of chain. The kama part of the kusarigama was made for the purpose of fighting rather then farming, the blade built to withstand combat. Due to the sharpness of the blade it has a stealth that covers the entire blade. The weight is able to cause serious or deadly injuries and the chain can be used to wrap up weapons, arms, or legs to render the opponet helpless.

Style: His first style is while using Shun. Due to Shun being a short sword he has a limited reach, so his style is fast so he can get in close and strike hard. He doesn't wear any sort of armor so speed is all he really has as a defense, that and parrying with his sword.

His second skill is while handling Toru, this style is basicly just kusarigamajutsu. He swings the chain in order to throw the weighted end at the opponet to cause blunt force trama or to wrap the chain around limbs or weapons. Mainly he disables the enemy then goes in closer with the kama blade.

He also has a third style, where he wraps the chain of the kurarigama around his arm and uses the weapon as a kama while wielding his wakazashi in his other hand. He can block or attack with either weapon, usually striking fast and close due to the limited reach utilizing his body's speed and flexability. The chain around his arm can block some attacks or he can bash his forearm into people (Which would probably hurt so he might not do that.)

Equipment: Koba carries a bag over his shoulder that contains tools for writing, chopsticks, a water container, and a small knife. he has a pouch that attaches to his obi on this rear that he uses to store his kusarigama. Other then that he could bring extra clothes, a straw hat, even a large coat to hide from the rain.

History: Koba was born into a family of farmers several years before the Meji revolution and was ten when it started. His father joined a group of farmers turned warriors that came to form the Sekihotai (Sekiho Army), they played a part in helping the Meji Government win the revolution. However later the Meji Government named the Sekihotai as a "false army" that was spreading lies, many of the Sekihotai were killed including Koba's father. Before his death he had a swordsmith forge a high quality wakizashi for his son who will one day use it to bring honor to his family's name.

His mother struggled to raise him and later sent him off to a dojo to train and learn how to use the weapon his father left for him. Koba grew fond of fighting with the wakizashi, and later took a liking to using the kusarigama. Over the course of his time at the dojo, his mother remarried to a noble so he could support her. His mother never told him that she remarried, he didn't find out untill three years later when she died of an unknown illness, her second husband was the one who showed up at the dojo with her last words to Koba written in a letter.

On his 15th birthday he graduated from the dojo and left to wander as a swordsman, his stepdad gave him a kusarigama as a gift to congratulate him. Dispite his stepdad being his mothers second husband and widower, Koba liked him, and sent letters to him detailing his journeys.

Over the time span of 5 years he honed his swordstyle as well as his kusarigamajutsu. He heard of the Itsuguri during his travels as well as what the Shinsegumi has started to do to people. So he joined the Itsuguri to help protect those who the Shinsegumi force under opression.

I don't know if this could be considered his theme song, but it could be what he thinks he is fighting for.

Other: Nearly half his life he believed his father was a traitor, untill he found out the truth of what the Meji Government did to the Sekihotai. After hearing this he vows to fight against people like the Shinsegumi untill the day he no longer can.

For now he wears a standard Shihakushō with the 2nd Division’s Pasque flower (http://images3.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20101224104140/bleach/en/images/thumb/e/e7/2nd_Division_Insignia.jpg/190px-2nd_Division_Insignia.jpg) insignia on the inside.

After he activates his shikai and goes through training with it he'll change his clothing to the ones the 9th division’s shinigami normally wear(reference (http://images4.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20100713131525/bleach/en/images/thumb/5/53/Hisagi_joins.jpg/377px-Hisagi_joins.jpg)) while wearing white Jika-tabi (http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/8/85/Jika-tabi.jpg/625px-Jika-tabi.jpg)(tabi boots). Two black strings tied to his obi will hold Nuno behind him just over his butt with the tsuka on the left so he draws Nuno with his left hand in a reverse draw like fashison.

When activating Soreha fuchaku shimasu he usually takes his Shitagi and Kosode (the white undershirt and black shirt like clothing) off so he can see the technique on his torso.

Personality: Calm, Patient, takes work seriously, and works hard. Though he has his limits and can grow mad and become emotionally unstable if pushed too far.

Character Background: He grew up in the Rukon District, still assuming his parents were killed by hollows while he was too young to remember. He possessed a higher spiritual pressure then other souls which prompted a shinigami to suggest joining the spiritual arts academy. After a few more years of going it solo he did just that, he did really well in his studies to the point of a minor noble family adopting him during his 4th year at the academy. Now well into his 6th year he applied to join both the 2th division and the Onmitsukido (Stealth Corps.) from the urgings of his teachers but has yet to receive a reply.. He excels in Hoho (Agility, fast movement, and Shunpo basicly) and Hakuda (hand to hand), though still is proficient in zanjustsu with his least skilled in kido; only knowing a few low level spells.

His adoptive family has only child who is a year older then Michi, she is a part of the 4th division and the Medical Corps so she spends most of her time there, they aren’t super close but they do get along. He is grateful to his Adoptive parents but isn’t used to having everything handed to him. He tries to do everything they ask to make it up to them as well as do well as a shinigami to improve their noble status.

Zanpakuto Name: Nuno Shieru (Cloth Shell)

Zanpakuto Background/History: This is the first time this zanpakto has been formed. It feels an overwhelming need to protect, to the point of trying to force Michi to help others and will even refuse to grant him its power if he leaves someone behind. It perfers Michi call it Nuno when speaking casually with it.

Wrap,Nuno Shieru (Wrap, cloth shell) Michi becomes a bit faster.

Soreha fuchaku shimasu (it adheres): Nuno’s saya dematerializes and a black colored cloth wraps around his torso and around his right arm. (Forearm to bicep leaving the shoulders bare it stops below his collar bone and above his waist.) To the touch it feels like a flexible cloth like saya as if it’s made from Nuno’s missing saya.

When hit Soreha fuchaku shimasu absorbs a part of the kinetic energy behind the blow, lightening the hit. The greater the surface area the more it absorbs. After absorbing the energy can be used for more speed or for more endurance.

Using Soreha fuchaku shimasu nulls the speed boost from shikai. Also when too much energy is stored its becomes the color of Nuno's hair, after which it can store no more and he gets hit with the full force of any blow there after.

Shieru ni, hoka desu (In the shell, it is another): Michi stabs into the target, the blade slides through as if there was nothing is in its way (The person is aware the blade is in them but they feel no pain from it). When the entire blade is in with the tsuba touching the outside of the target the black cloth of Soreha fuchaku shimasu comes out and wraps around the person. If its an ally it acts in similar fashion on them as it does on Michi. On an enemy it constricts its arms and legs and binds it from moving, it still absorbs energy from incoming attacks but the energy is converted into more power for the technique to hold them.

If used while Soreha fuchaku shimasu is active the wrappings on Michi remove themselves and snake their way onto the target, making the technique slower but it keeps the energy he stored up so far.

Nuno sheru no kataki o uchi masu (the foe of the cloth shell is subjugated)

To activate he stabs his shikai into his chest and says Bankai. All previous shikai abilities disappear, black cloth wrap all over his body minus his head. It provides a constant absorption effect similar to his shikai’s ability but cannot be transferred to others. Strands of the material hang loose out of the armor about 3 feet in length these can jet out and stab or block opposing persons or attacks.

The stabbing causes no pain nor wound the zanpakto is then changed into the cloth that covers him.

(no two Nuno and Sheru abilities can work at the same time. Only one Nuno and one Sheru)

Nuno ha(cloth blade): Material covering his left arm forms a tanto in his left hand, this leaves his left arm bare.

Sheru ha(shell blade): Material from his right arm form a wakizashi in his right hand leaving his right arm bare.

Nunu shokushu( cloth tentacle): The black cloth launches outward from his body to strike the foe via impalement or constriction, this lessens the area of his bankai’s armor.

Sheru supaiku (shell spike): The armor creates spiked juts in itself to damage those that strike it, able to elongate to 3-6 inches so it can strike back.

Name: Yori

Age: 14

Background/Village of origin: He was born in Kirigakure but his parents were originally from Sunagakure, his parents set up a weapons and ninja tool shop in Kiri before he was born. The business thrived so he grew up learning about the tools and weapons they sold and made. His father made the weapons and tools and his mother helped run the place. his mom used to be a Suna Shinobi, so she decided to teach him how to use chakra strings and control little puppets when he was around 7. He joined the ninja academy at the age of 10 and graduated at 12, his mom gave him a battle puppet as a graduation present. He went on several missions as a genin, after two years their Captian decided they were ready for the chunin exams, although soon after they found out he was wrong. He ended up being the only one of his team to make it out of the Forest of Death alive.

Appearance: He is about the normal height for his age, slim , and slightly muscular which hints at his strength. His hair is a burgandy/burnt red color and his eyes are black, he has no tattos or markings as of the start of the rp.

Yori has his Mist Village forehead protector tied around his neck facing forwards. He wears Black baggy pants and a sleeveless black shirt. On his feet he wears the standard ninja shoes and on his hands he wears fingerless gloves. He wears a mesh undershirt beneath his shirt, its short sleeves sticking out of the black shirt. He has a kunai holster wraped around his right thigh and a hip pouch over his left hip. He also carries a large scroll on his back that he attached to a belt diagonaly acrossed his torso.

His Puppet(s): Puppet number 1, code named Kumi. Its a humanshaped puppet, slightly shorter then he is. The poison it uses only slows down body movements, the effects tend to wear off after an hour or a minute with the anidote. The puppet fires poison smoke bombs from his mouth and hands, it has serveral blades that come out of his arms legs mouth and cheast that it can use to attack with. It can also fire poisoned kunai from a compartment in its chest and mouth. It also has black hair and black eyes with holes in its pupils that Yori can see through with his chakra strings (requires concentration). The limbs can deattach from the puppet and he can move them with chakra strings as well allowing him to use them like multiple "weapons". This is the puppet his mom gave him, he has had it for 2 years, and its basicly a beginners puppet with a little extra added to it.

Noble and one of the commanding Duvals that are tasked with protecting the mines.

Appearance/Advanced Appearance Description:

Height: Roughly 6'
Weight: 200lbs without armor (around 235 with armor and weapons).
Eye Color: Blue
Hair: He keeps it somewhere between medium length and short, it usually stays messy but when attending formal events he straightens his hair to look more presentable. His hair is a light brown color, a mix of brown and blonde.
Clothing: Casual clothing consists of plain boots, comfortable pants, and a loose fitting shirt. Formal Clothing can be anywhere from fancy vests and boots to jewel encrusted garb.
Armor/Gear: As in the above picture, but his left arm is covered in armor and he wears a belt across his torso to hold his main weapon on his back. His armor is decorated and adorned with crosses to help ward off any unwanted shade contact. Sometimes he my be mistaken for a Templar or Judge but he is quick to correct.

Weapon(s):

Alexander's main weapon is a large Zweihander (http://fc05.deviantart.net/fs70/f/2010/127/8/6/Zweihander_by_Odinblades.jpg) (160cm long and weighs 2.5kgs) It is wielded and used as if it was both a pole-arm and a two-handed sword. His offhand weapon is a longsword similar to the one in the above picture, its 122cm long and weighs 1.5kg, using it in either one hand or in both when he is in combat with a shade or in close quarters.

He has been able to have his longsword treated in the same manner as the weapons of the Templars or Judges so it can harm shades. By using his wealth and his authority concerning the protection on the mines and the fact his family uses shades in the mines.

Personality:

Over all Alexander holds his family first before most things and considers life valuable so he would rather wound and capture instead of kill. He takes his job seriously and cares for the men and women that help keep the mines safe from bandits or anything else. In formal settings he tries to remain polite even when insulted knowing that fighting with nobles from another house may cause problems for his family. However when alone with friends or family he relaxes enough to joke or let loose with others.

History:

Born into a wealthy noble family, Alexander was able to receive proper education knowing how to read and write. However, he was born into the mining part of the family, his father protected and ran the mining operations, still rewarding but it was usually a very dangerous job. Growing up as he was schooled by tutors, he was also trained in various fighting techniques, he was expected to be hearty and strong like a bull or ox.

Years of studying and training went by until he became a great, budding fighter and knowledgeable young adult. His father died of either a bandit attack or a cave in, he never got a straight answer but another Duval took over in place of his father as he was still considered too young at the time. Eventually he took a lower leveled leadership position guarding the forests, years later his mother died of natural causes which spurred his rapid climb in rank.

Now Alex is one of the heads protecting the mines, taking a position that claimed his fathers life. The use of Shades helping to keep most of the people working in the mines safer, the Shades doing the most dangerous tasks but it wasn't unusual for the miners to die in weird cave-ins.

Your Village- Sand Village

Personality- Calm, Patient, takes work seriously, and works hard. Though he does have his limits and can grow mad and become emotionally unstable if pushed too far. He'll try to save people if his mission allows for it.

Likes puppets and building them, looks up to Kankuro as a role model. Dislikes bullies and spiders.

Bio- The war started and ended while Michi was still a child. He had just got into the ninja academy at the time, his parents were proud of him, one was a medical-nin the other was a puppeteer. With the war threatening the entire shinobi world his parents left and he waited for them to return. He kept to his training with nothing else to do besides worrying, which he did as well. As the time went by people of the Village hidden in the Sand came back from the war, many never came back including his parents. The Village supported him and all the other children who lost their family to honor the sacrifice and to help ensure that the next generation of sand ninja were able to survive.

With his parents gone he looked to his villages heroes and one stood out to him, Kankuro, he was a puppet master like Michi's father was. And so he clung to the idea of becoming a shinobi as great as his hero. He found someone to teach him the puppet techniques and some sealing jutsu, his time split between training and building puppets for him to use. By the age of 14 he made two puppets and could control them both well enough to use during missions.

Tools- Two Puppets, 10 kunai, 10 smoke bombs, two scrolls that hold 20 poisoned smoke bombs each (each have different types of poison one slows the other harms, they are used to reload his puppets during missions if needed), two poisoned needle scrolls that hold 40 each (same as the smoke bombs) antidotes for said poison, and 4 vials of said poison to reapply to his puppets weapons or for kunai.

Name- Kame (turtle)
Appearance- A large turtle made of wood and metal mechanisms, its roughly 2 feet in shell diameter and the same in height. Weighs more then you'd expect it too.
Weapons- Smoke bomb launcher through the mouth. Needles fire through small holes in the shell. He uses slowing type poisons with Kame, kind of ironically.
Other-Its strong enough to take heavy blows but due to it's size it can't be used effectively to protect Michi from opponents in melee range of him. Even though its based on a turtle it isn't slow and can jump.

Name- Tokage (Lizard)
Appearance- Humanoid shape, roughly the same size and heigh as Michi with brown animal fur to simulate his hair. A sand village styled robe covering most of Tokage's wooden body. Has two arms and legs built to walk on its legs or on both arms and legs.
Weapons- Spring blade mechanisms give the puppet daggers at the end of his arms, can fire both smoke bombs and needles out of its mouth. Also has blades that stab out of it's chest. Poison used harms and kills those effected who have no resistance to poisons. It takes days to kill a healthy person or someone not badly wounded depending on the type of delivery method used to poison them.
Other- Michi will commonly use transformation jutsu to disguise Tokage as himself when releasing it from a scroll in battle or before one. He will also use body replacement techniques when attacked in close range or long range with Tokage nearby.

6’4” Tall and weights around 225.

He was slimmer and less muscular when he was first brought to the underdark, but years of fighting has made him buffer and gave him a few interesting scars. Koin’s face was more pleasant to look at, not handsome by elf standards but not ugly is now bruised. His hair and beard running wild and long from lack of care, eyes glossed over as if seeing distant sights. Over all Koin looks like a wild animal trapped and angry at everything around him, almost saddening to anyone but the cruel Drow elves.

Personality: Koin behaves brutishly responding to almost anything with violence. So it’s safe to say he is aggressive.

(After being freed from where ever the drow was keeping him, probably chained up as well, he’ll be quick to anger still dull but reserved and tired. He’ll slowly digress back from a beast and into something closer to what he was before, a cleaver witty agile thief but still be tainted by the rage he was controlled by for years. So he’ll never be quite back to normal.)

Thoughts on your current state of life: “Rage, kill, blood” Is all Koin thinks of now, his captors have provoked him into raging so many times that he is mentally exhausted, all he thinks of is killing whoever he is sent after.

How you became a slave to the Drow: Before being captured Koin was a witty and agile rogue/thief after running from his tribe he took to stealing to survive. Him being part Orc made it harder for him but he learned faster because of it. He named himself Koin after the gold coins he’d take from purses. He used extra money to learn, eventually buying books and reading.

The Drow nabbed him in a dwarven city he traveled too for thieving reasons, thinking a “Orc” would be a fun toy for them. Using his wits he played the dumb Half-Orc role thinking he could work his way out of slavery if they thought all he had was a box of rocks for brains. 5 years later they reduced him to a brain dead rage monster.

Known family: Father was an orc in some tribal clan; he grew up there until becoming disgusted and running away at a young age. Mother was a human, probably dead.

Other: With a ton of rest he should be able to at least function without being enraged, the longer he goes without raging the more he returns to his original self.

Name: Graeme Markus (pronouced as Graham)

Age: 22

Gender: Male

Race: Were-Panther

Abilities: Enhanced physical capabilities, more dexterous, eyes change to see better in the dark, heighten sense of smell and hearing, stronger and faster then a normal human.

Animal transformation: He can change his form into a black panther, he sees and interacts with the world as the animal as well as thinking and feeling like it would. The animal's instincts may take control if Graeme loses his concentration which causes him to black out and not control the experience.

Fast Healing: His wounds heal faster then normal, cuts taking a hour while deep wounds take only days. He can be killed but he just recovers faster from things that don't kill him.

Strengths: Good with animals, knows a lot about surviving in the wild, not at a disadvantage in dark places.

Weaknesses: Can lose control (even if its rare), doesn't do well with people, feels out of place in society. Somewhat allergic to silver, it stops his fast healing and keeps him from transforming.

Weapon: Small knives if they could be considered weapons, they are more tools then weapons. Also carries around a lighter.

Personality: Others would think he is shy but he just doesn't like people and tends to go it alone. Around other people he'll keep to himself unless he has come to like the person, in which case he would talk with them a bit and eventually play with them. Graeme does honor commitments and will do things he isn't too fond of doing, grudgingly of course. He will try to keep friends, but won't be surrounded by many of them at any one time.

Bio: Graeme was born in Ireland but his family moved to Florida while he was still a child, he didn't have an overly difficult childhood but was the target of some early bullying. Towards the end of high school Graeme took an internship at a nearby zoo, helping clean exhibits and prepare food. After a couple of years working there he got accepted to a zoology university, however things changed very rapidly from here.

Graeme got attacked, almost dying from his injuries, it took only a few days to recover baffling the doctors but he felt fine. A day after he left the hospital he was confronted by the thing that attacked him, or the person. She explained what he would be going through in the weeks ahead and told him to meet her after he first changed. Graeme didn't believe the person and just went on as if he never seen her.

He came down with a fever then his body began to hurt as if he was experiencing growing pains but much worse. He grew thick black fur, his organ and bones reshaped and relocated themselves. He saw the world through different ears with different senses. After he changed back he did as the woman told him, she spent the next couple of years teaching him to control his other side.

After the experience he just left his family behind, didn't show up for work and didn't go to Uni. He left the state with this person and lived his new life.

Appearance: To humans and some of the more unaware races Nate may seem to look like an elf, but most elves will claim him to be half human. The two parts of his heritage blends to form a pleasant sight to most, having fairer skin more pointed features then a human but more rounded and rough then an elf. His hair is straight kept at a medium length and a dark brown color, not overly messy but perhaps unclean from the past few days of travel. His eyes have a slight green tinge perhaps more green then possible from a human but less than an elf. His skin tone isn’t tan despite his constant travel but it’s more like a darker shade of white or a slight tan, his skin doesn’t retain the heat to allow for darker tanning. He weighs about 150 pounds and is roughly 6 feet tall, he is sort of light on his feet but lacks any real training in stealth or combat, only basic stuff.

Gear: The gear he wears includes leather armor with fastens to attach metal plates to boost protection (think light armor without and medium with the plates on), a basic adventurers pack that includes many things a normal adventurer would need, a spell component bag with enough materials to cast spells that a cleric of his level can, Over one shoulder they wear a leather sash ending in a large pouch, festooned with miscellaneous gear that might prove useful for crafters, a basic war hammer, and a collapsible shield of his own design. He wears Gond’s symbol as a pendant and a belt constructed from large, linked, metal medallions. He carries in his pack with him saffron vestments with a crimson collar and stole, and a huge sunhat, wearing them only for special holidays and the hat for when it rains. He also has a thick traveling coat for harsh weather.

Character Bio: He was born to a Human mother and an Elf father, Nate is unsure why the two split but they did. He grew up with his father in an elven forest settlement, learned of his elven heritage and how to fight, sing, dance, and craft. Though he loved all this part of him longed for more. He grew faster than the other children; most of the older elves avoided him even shunned.
Eventually his father told him that he was a half breed so he decided to embark and explore the land, hoping he could meet his mother one day. So after coming of age he picked a human name, a shortened version of his mother’s, and set out for what many years he would just be wandering, selling small crafts for food and water.

It wasn’t until two years ago that he felt the call to join the clergy of Gond,he seen many of Gond’s clerics in his travels, mainly in cities showing off new things and selling wares. He couldn’t help but to join up at one of Gond’s churches and go through training to become a Gondar, as Clerics of Gond are called. After a year he finished up and became a true Cleric, he left and decided to keep traveling as he did before but this time with his god, spreading his gifts with the common folk to help make their jobs and lives easier.

He hasn’t seen or heard of his mother and has come to terms with her possible death, His father still lives and should still be in the same forest unless they moved.

Bio: Ander was born into a small family, his father was a talented trainer and his mother was a popular pokemon breeder. His father became a gym leader in Hoenn causing Ander and his mother to move there. Urged on by his father he traveled the region, training his new pokemon and taking on gym leaders along the way. After beating his father he became popular and people began calling him a prodigy.

Around the time Ander completed the Hoenn League two Teams, Aqua and Magma awoken two legendary creatures. Groudon and Kyogre caused the sun to burn bright and the seas to flood the land. The former champion Steven told Ander about the legend of the two pokemon, that only a third a sky pokemon Rayquaza can stop the two rampaging pokemon from destroying Hoenn. Ander climbed the sky pillar and woke Rayquaza, asking it to calm Groudon and Kyogre. After the whole event was over the two teams disbanded, never intending for it to get so far out of hand.

Wanting to continue his adventure Ander left some of his pokemon with his Mother and Father. He then left Steven as the champon before heading off to Johto. While traveling he made friends, caught and trained pokemon, and defeated gym leaders; eventually completing every Pokemon League. His appetite for adventure waned, Ander settled in Unova and started a family.

It wasn’t until his own child started their own adventure that Ander was approached by a representative of the Master League. He hated the thought of leaving his family but his wife told him he should accept. Giving in to his wife and hidden desires he moved back to Hoenn and started an elite trainers school for promising young trainers.

He still visited his family in Unova when he could. In Hoenn he helps kept things in check by preventing major disasters and helping both people and pokemon.

Personality: Friendly and caring for both people and pokemon. He is a bit of an outdoors type person and will keep tabs with his students by rushing off to bug them. He’ll generally leave his Slowking in charge of his school when he is out or taking a quick vacation. He likes to be creative in battles and will probably keep people on their toes.

Bio: Brenna was raised in Nacrene City, her mother worked in the museum and her father was a famus pokemon trainer. Brenna often ran off to play with pokemon causing them to become a big part of her childhood. It was no surprise to her parents when she declared to becoming a pokemon trainer, soon after she rushed off to receive her first pokemon from Professor Juniper. She began her adventure, visited on the road by her father who explained that he needed to leave Unova for a job in another region. Leaving her with a pokemon as a gift she hadn’t seen him since, though heard stories of him visiting from her mom.

Personality: A somber attitude torwards pretty much everything, often starts a fight by telling his opponet that they will beat him. Yuudachi even goes as far as letting potentionally deadly jutsu harm him. Over all he is just a very gloomly person. Being mopey and miserable he often leaves Amegakure to wanderr the villages on the border of Suna and Iwa under his rain jutsu, which makes the farmers rejoyce and praise him only making his mood worse.

Bio/ Background: Yuudachi was born into a village that used to butcher Kekkei Genkai clans and later he was chosen to have the Rokubi implanted inside him. Safe to say he didn't have a happy childhood. His Parents were born before the last great war and grew up during it and were forced to fight bandits and rogue ninja after it had ended. They instilled a heavy sense of fear in the young jinchuriki, a fear that grew into something dark as he went up in rank as a shinobi.
Surprisingly he was very talented at killing once being offered to join Kiri's Anbu to eventually be a Hunter-nin. Over the years he learnt many hiding and sensory techniques, going on many missions that involved assassination or colaberate efforts with Hunter-nin. He keep sinking into a deeper depression, when his parents died he somehow blamed Kirigakure even though it was most likely natural causes.
"It rains a lot in Amegakure." was his reason for traveling there after he defected form Kirigakure. They reluctantly accepted his requests to join the village after a brief "We don't trust rogue ninja." period. In not time he was taking up assassination styled missions and for a short time ran his own four man cell, before the excitement wore off and he sunk back into his somber self. Becoming a recluse he trained alone and started talking to his Biju. After a few rampages on solo missions he was gaining small amounts of control over the outbursts.
When thinking of Kiri and the time he spent in Ame he claims he grew stronger in Ame then what he could have been if he stayed in Kiri.

Ability: Yuudachi is naturally able to sense chakra, he can discern shinobi by nation from a distance away and has been able to reconize people by chakra who he has known for awhile. Overall he isn't the best sensor but heoften uses ninnjutsu to make up for short comings. He has quite a bit of chakra from being the host of the Rokubi and if in trouble Saiken often gladly gives him more. This resultss in him being able to use multiple high chakra techniques before tiring. Yuudachi Has shown the gift to learn a variety of jutsu quickly, after defecting to Amegakure he picked up a lot of useful jutsu that he still uses often.

Boil Release: Acid Spit

The user lowers the ph level of the saliva in their mouth by an alarrming degree. The user then spits it out resulting in a short range highly corrosive liquid projectile that can eat away most materials quickly. The jutsu is best used on single opponets, weapon users, or on armor/defensive jutsus. It may be possible for the user to change the ph levels after leaving the body and it doesn't seem to harm the user.

Rain Cloud Technique

Yuudachi's take on the Rain Tiger at Will Technique (http://naruto.wikia.com/wiki/Rain_Tiger_at_Will_Technique). The user forms a large rain bearing cloud made of the users chakra, the user can sense disturbances in the chakra infused rain. It will continue to rain under the cloud untill the user cancels the jutsu. The cloud's size depends onthe ammount of chakra used in the technique. Yuu usually has the cloud follow him during missions so he can be aware of any possibly threats.He does have control of the could's movement, but the further it is away from him the more numb the senses from the rain are.

Background –

Born into the Chikamatsu clan meant that the young Kakitsu would be pressured into the art of puppetry, ever since he could walk he had toy puppets shoved in his hands with spare parts and tools always within reach. Though that was how every Chikamatsu household was, the clan had become popular within the village after the last two wars they wanted to keep their high status. Kakitsu didn’t fight his apparent destiny and took to puppetry as a baby bird to flying, even being able to control the hands or feet of the puppet via chakra strings before he entered the academy.

In the Academy Kakitsu learned how to control and mold chakra more effectively which allowed him to control more of the puppet; towards the end of his teachings in the academy he was able to control the full puppet not expertly but competently. After he was able to fully utilize a puppet he developed tricks with the basic jutsu first taught to students, the Body Replacement Technique and the Transformation Techniques were good for setting up surprise counter attacks. He graduated from the Academy at the age of 10 and got to meet his new partners that were going to stick with him for the rest of his life. Kobamori Michi a kenjutsu user still trying to get the hang of chakra flow, Naoru Isha a medical-nin in training that has some talent in poisons, and Kanpachi Tojuro their jonin that uses wind release jutsu. However shortly after the team formed the flames of the Third Great Shinobi War ignited and while not directly involved with the war Sunagakure began stockpiling supplies for future use. Over the next year the majority of the missions issued where those dealing with petitioning smiths to help supply the stockpiles. Time spent outside of missions included both team training and Kakitsu received training from his father, Chikamatsu Kejiro in the art of puppetry, more like having the techniques drilled into him, it was during this time that he took to carrying his puppet on his back to help build up his body strength while completing the errand missions.

The following year Sungakure offered support to Konohagakure which brought the Sand Village into the war, the genin teams spent more time in Suna in order to train and improve incase the village needed them while still doing the occasionally mission for supplies. As part of his training with his father Kakitsu also spent time building spare puppets for the Puppet Brigade, during this time he learned the ins and outs of many different common puppet types used in Sunagakure. When the Iwagakure anbu attacked the village Kakitsu’s team encountered a solitary Iwa shinobi, while being out matched by the ninja Isha, Michi, and Kakitsu worked together in order to stall him until their jonin-sensei Tojuro could arrive and defeat him. They were praised for their teamwork despite this being their first real battle in the two years they have been a team. It was later learned by the group that a large number of Iwa anbu had entered the village and killed the Kazekage, who also slew the opposing anbu, after the new Kazekage was appointed and announced Sunagakure withdrawal from the war Tojuro took his team to a remote train ground to further hone their skill. Tojuro had taught each of them a valuable technique during that time, Isha received training in how to properly dodge and examine the opponents movements with allowed her to better protect her comrades by not letting herself be inquired, Michi learned to fully master chakra flow through his tanto and Tojuro helped him apply his earth element nature to his chakra flow, and Kakitsu learned a couple of wind release jutsu and was shown how to seal the techniques in scrolls to be used in his puppets.

The next three years the team was involved in a lot of missions outside out the village, even though it was still potentially dangerous, most missions involved relief aid for minor towns and farm villages who was having problems with thieves stealing food or crops being destroyed. The majority of the issues was caused by starving animals displaced by the war, which was easily fixed by either killing the animal and giving the town the corpse or by capturing the animal and giving to the village, less often the crops just perished from drought or poor farming the people only wanted help but lied to have someone sent sooner to fix the problem. A notable animal that they needed to put down was a large bear covered in scars that looked like some people tried to kill it in the past and it just luckily survived, rumors surrounding it said that it was killing some of the villagers while also stealing meat and crops, the team didn’t want to kill it but the bear was too enraged and couldn’t be left alone in fear that more could be killed. Thoroughly impressed by their growth over the course of this time, Tojuro recommended them for the Chunin Test in the beginning of the 75th year, at the time the war was still in full swing though losing momentum so it was decided that the team would have to complete a higher ranking mission, one that chunin would regularly be sent to do. A B-rank mission dealing with a farming village that was attacked by bandits intel suggested that they were occupying the village and that among them were a pair of ninja from a minor shinobi clan. Tojuro wasn’t allowed to help with the mission but was able to accompany them to the place; another jonin went with the group to access the mission for their advancement.

They were well aware of the danger they faced before going into village but nothing could quite prepare them for nearly losing a comrade, the bandits weren’t skilled and barely posed a threat the majority of them were paralyzed by the combine efforts of Kakitsu’ puppets and Isha’s poisons. It was one of the two rogue shinobi that almost caused the death of Kakitsu, while the trio encountered and battled with the water release ninja the second launched a surprise assault on Kakitsu which severely wounded him. Luckily Michi and Isha were able to cripple the water release shinobi and kill the one that attacked their friend. Isha used first aid medical ninjutsu to Kakitsu’s wound to stop the bleeding and he ended up with a pretty monstrous set of scars on his face and neck. While nearly losing a team member the jonin ruled that they could have performed better but did in fact pass. As chunins they completed one more combat mission before the war ended it involved making sure certain supplies were sent to Konohagakure, the mission went more smoothly then their first b-rank mission and they suffered no major wounds.

After the end of the war they each undergone personal training for a few years in order to further improve their respective talents, Kakitsu began designing and building his own puppets rather than modifying existing Chikamatsu puppet designs, Isha had developed many potent poisons, and Michi had become somewhat famous for his unusual earth release kenjutsu. During this time Kakitsu’s training was overseen by his father Kenjiro but also received instruction from Jonin affiliated with the Puppet Brigade and learned many valuable tricks when fighting other puppet users as well as ways to overcome weaknesses in the jutsu. In a way the Puppet Brigade was testing him they wanted to see if he had the qualities to be one of them and while he was talented enough he lacked certain important important personality quirks. He was too kind and thought of teammates before the mission, they couldn’t accept that, they needed perfect shinobi to keep to the legend of the Chikamatsu Clan’s Puppet Brigade. It was said that they’re a group of shinobi that always completed its missions, no matter how sour things turn. Kakitsu’s life as a Chunin was sort of like a balancing act, his father urging him to pursue joining the Brigade in an attempt to rise in the Chikamatsu Clan’s hierarchy, his sensei Tojuro pushing harder to become Jonin, and Kakitsu personal pursuits in perfecting his craft and tinkering with several puppet designs wanting to one day build a collection of puppets that people would talk about for years after his eventual death. In time he learned how to best deal with these three competing interests and while he progressed slowly with each of them he did satisfy all three. Even though as chunin his team still went on missions from time to time, they continued to be the best of friends despite spending less time with one another.

Five years after the war ended Kakitsu was nominated and then promoted to Jonin rank, something his father hadn’t achieved and though he was proud he was still pushing him towards the Puppet Brigade. He started to ignore his father’s attempts and focused solely on his personal interests in designing puppets, while still performing missions by himself or with others he become more of a shut-in during his off time. He devoted nearly all of his free time to his puppets the only time anyone really seen him was when he forced himself to eat or during supply runs, he lost touch with his former teammates during this time. A year of studying, building, re-building, starting over, and failed prototypes ended with the finalization of Kakitsu’s four puppets; they were designed to work as a four-man cell and after he started using them during missions they’ve became famously named the Four-Puppet Cell. After hearing rumors of these puppets the Puppet Brigade, who were now falling out of popularity, sought out Kakitsu to join them this time overlooking the soft parts of his personality in order to help strengthen their group. He accepted their invitation to join their group most of his missions from then on would be with teams including other Puppet Brigade shinobi the typical mission for them would often include assassination, Kakitsu honed his stealth and surprise tactics during this time period and became even better at developing strategies. He made an effort to keep in touch with Michi, Isha, and Tojuro the dark nature of his mission often made him depressed so he reached out to lighten his mood.

Extremists within the Brigade slowly destroyed its reputation and after a very macabre incident that nearly caused war between Suna and a minor village the Kazekage ordered the Puppet Brigade to disband. The shinobi responsible were either handed over to the village or were executed, Kakitsu over heard various rumors surrounding it. No longer affiliated with the Brigade his friends recommended him for a position as a Jonin-Sensei and though reluctant they noted his ability and re-assigned him to the role of Sensei.

After he takes on the group of genin he’ll switch his poisons to less deadly ones; slowed movements rather than full paralysis, nagging itch rather than intense pain; this is done to keep his poisons from endangering the genin but he does carry the harder stuff with him. He usually brings spare parts with him in a scroll and even a prototype puppet to work on during free time, any functioning prototypes with probably be tested on the genin.

Snake- A puppet whose arms can extend out to grapple opponents or snatch up genin to protect them, the puppet has no poison inside of it or any other weapons besides the extending arms. The excess length of the arms takes up most of the space inside of the puppet’s body.

Tank-A big stocky defensive puppet, it is mainly used to protect himself but houses projectile launchers to attack with poisoned ammunition. The puppet also has a wind release technique scroll in a chest compartment that swings open like two doors, the technique releases a burst of wind to blow back whoever is in front of it the wind doesn’t cut but it could knock people into things.

Kakitsu’s Four-Puppet Cell:

Four puppets that were originally designed to back up each member in a 4-man cell, three of them have techniques that work well with each other while the fourth is a defensive puppet to guard its puppeteer.

Slice- A puppet that wields a large sword of an unusual design, it has reinforced joints and armor along its left arm to help protect it during stressful combat over all being made more durable to withstand more blows before it is incapacitated.

Smoke- A puppet that can expel poison gas from its mouth, its arms house poisoned senbon needle launchers, its body houses poison gas canisters which makes it lighter and if destroyed before it depletes its supplies of the gas it will cause an explosion of gas to fill the area.

Storm- A puppet that fires bursts of air through holes in its torso that can inflict blunt force damage if hit, this is his fastest moving puppet because he can use lower force bursts to help propel the puppet through holes in its back. This puppet has no other weapons but has scrolls with sealed wind techniques inside that power the air bursts.

Smash- A brawling defensive puppet that has reinforced arms and oversized hands built to punch things, its body is bulky and built to take way more punishment than any other puppet Kakitsu uses. When faced with powerful attacks the puppet can deploy chakra shields from its arms to protect, against weaker foe smash will just hit things away.

History: A father that was a taijutsu expert and a mother that was a ninjutsu expert, then came Yonii a taijutsu and ninjutsu expert. Ever since she joined the academy her parents tried to force her to choose one of their two paths, but to please them she studied them both. Ruthless training and work out to strengthen her body, calm meditative exercises to increase chakra control, and practicing hand seals between classes.

Rising up the ninja ranks she struggled to keep up in either one of the two styles untill she came up with her own way of using them. Yonii started planing her jutsu just right to open up opportunities in close combat, she became very successful untill she developed her own nintaijutsu. It was dangerous, the first time she used it Yonii was rushed to the hospital with multiple burns and was forbidden from using it. Some time after her recovery she passed the Chunin Exams.

The next time she used the flame coat technique she projected the chakra further from her body and slowly after many months of practicing let the flames get closer. The young kunoichi started eating more finding out she ran out of energy more quickly while using the technique deciding she had to eat larger amounts of food then before. Yonii still has not perfected the use of her Fire Release Flame Coat, even though she has earned some praise for its use, she still works hard to perfect it.

Ability: Yonii has shown a surprising amount of talent in strategy and tactics during the chunin exams. Through the use of her Fire Release Flame Coat Technique she has displayed a great deal of endurance for someone of her rank, also showing she can recover from injuries well.

Effects: This technique changes earth into fine sand by channelling chakra into it, allowing the user to dig through it like a mole. This effect goes around the body (not just the hands), making it just large enough for a person to move through. They can also sense what is happening on the surface and use that information to launch a surprise attack on the enemy. One can also hide deep in the ground, escaping to a depth where the enemy can't reach. It also appears that after digging, the ground can be returned to its original state, leaving no trace of where the user entered the earth.

The flames tend to burn anything that come into contact with them which makes this a good defense in short range situations. Yonii developed this technique after learning about and studying nintaijutsu in order to meld her two specialties. She generally uses this along with the Body Flicker Technique to give her a much needed boost in tough situations, this results in streaks of flame as she darts across the battlefield.

History: At a young age Kiyoaki’s village was under attack by a group of chakra wielding bandits, however before they could do great harm they were stopped by a squad of samurai. This was the young Kiyoaki’s first experience with the Land of Iron’s military but it left a lasting impression that quickly caused him to convince his parents into letting him join them. Still not yet a pre-teen, he was shipped off to the Land of Iron’s training camps where they conditioned and taught the new recruits. Kiyo excelled at his studies and had great aptitude for the sword, so it become no great surprise when years later he found himself the commander of his own squad of samurai.

The years he spent leading that squad shaped the way he felt about things, he had to deal with losing people who he came to know quite well even to regard them as siblings. Nothing could prepare him for the mission that changed everything. Kiyoaki’s squad was charged with the duty of taking down a rogue shinobi that was wandering through the Land of Iron, after failing to identify the village that the ninja belonged to it was the Iron’s job to capture then integrate them. The mysterious missing-nin was too much for the group, many of the squad was killed shortly after the first engagement. After overcoming the fear associated with the sudden loss the squad picked themselves back up, bandaged up, and then set out to try again.

It was an admirable attempt to complete the mission but they were grossly outmatched, Kiyoaki was the only one to survive longer than a few seconds fighting the shinobi. By the end of the battle he was emotionally numb, physically wounded, his armor was sliced in pieces, four of his swords were completely destroyed, and the blade of his katana was the only part left from his last weapon. The Ninja got away and left Kiyoaki a live, rather than a quest for vengeance he tasked himself with finding the person out of respect for his fighting prowess.

Since the battle he has begun wandering the countryside rather then return to the Land of Iron, he rebuilt his sword and gave it a name, came into the possession of two new swords (a wakizashi and a tanto), and has found himself some replacement armor. Kiyoaki practices his kenjutsu while helping out villages if he is able but he still doesn’t understand why he doesn’t hate that powerful shinobi.

Description: Through the use of chakra flow, the user channels their chakra through their swords, extending both the reach and cutting ability of the blade, while allowing the user to fire crescents of chakra whenever the blade is swung. This released chakra is capable of great destruction.

The samurai have also shown the ability to use shape transformation during the implementation of this technique, sculpting their respective chakra blades into various rudimentary weapons that extend beyond the natural dimensions of their original swords; such as broadswords, spiked shafts and even axes. This capability allows them to rely on smaller swords reminiscent of wakizashi, while attaining greater reach, damage and the possibility of conducting surprise attacks as necessary.

This transformational quality also appears to extend to even the crescents of chakra launched from the blade, forming a diverse range of projectiles that includes giant buzzsaws and shafts of chakra, the shape of which are seemingly dependent on the structure of the previously formed weapon.

Description: The term Iaidō refers to a specific style of kenjutsu that is concerned with the smooth, controlled movements of drawing the sword from its scabbard, striking or cutting an opponent, removing blood from the blade, and then replacing the sword in the scabbard. The linear motion and force applied to draw the sword from the scabbard results in slashes that are faster and stronger than ones executed with the sword already drawn.

The speed at which these techniques can be executed — the initial strike in particular — is such, that when performed by a skilled user, it can prevent enemy shinobi from forming hand seals (and thus ninjutsu), by exploiting the small opening that these movements create. This makes them highly effective against most shinobi.

This is a technique combining Iaido and the samurai’s Sabre technique, the field of chakra left behind the slash is useful when fighting multiple opponents as it can block or attack them if they get close. Flux could also be used defensively to form a wall of chakra to block long range jutsu. With great skill in this technique the user could even fire the river at a target like they could with the Samurai Sabre Technique.

In all of his years of being a shinobi he has never once been seen using any other jutsu besides his sword technique. This has forced the Mizukage into halting Kojiro’s advancement in the ninja ranks, though he is quite happy at any rank and still plans to serve Kirigakure even in his old age. He has shown to have mastered his use of the twin sword, swinging it as if it had no weight and “unleashing” it multiple times per day without signs of too much strain. He is perhaps useless without the sword after having forgone any other jutsu in favor of it, but with the sword he is on another level entirely.

Jackie was swooped up as a wee lass by pirates and was quickly put to work in the kitchen as help for the elderly male cook aboard the ship. It was her first time on a ship and the thought of going out on the dangerous waters scared her. After years of dealing with the harassment from all the males aboard she developed her own tricks for defending herself and after the previous cook died she became the only person on the ship that could make a decent meal so the constant harassment dialed itself back a bit. One day she was tossed a book full of ingredients and recipes that the pirates thought was a cook book, it turned out to be a book detailing the uses of certain monster parts that once combined in just the right way created useful effects. Luckily this coincided with the crews' need to kill them for food after a few nasty run-ins lead them unable to dock at nearby ports. She developed steady hands and quickly learned what the book could teach, even starting to experiment with odd things on her own time. With the need of skilled powder mixers they relied on her for that too and over the years she learned how to operate the cannons. She found ways to make bombs that exploded after combining a certain liquids with certain powders, by pouring the liquid in before throwing the bomb she didn't need a match or fire which wasn't reliable on the sea. As she grew she picked up fencing from some pirates in exchange for unsavory things but at least she got something good out of the trade.

Currently though she left the ship after the captain died, Jackie didn't want to stick around after that mess, a few of the crew even nominated her for captain but its not the life for her. She's more of a do what she wants and blow things up kind of gal and not one for leading others.

Weapons: Mixed-up bombs, flasks of alchemical substances, and maybe a cutlass.

Other: Has a weird knack for throwing things, doesn't matter what said thing is as long as she can lift it.

Her lab would have mechanisms on the tables to keep the beakers, vials, and stuff level while the ship rocks that way nothing spills because if things spill it could be dangerous.

Might take some bombs and stuff from this (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/base-classes/alchemist/discoveries) list as well (Throwing around the idea of using mutagens (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/base-classes/alchemist#TOC-Mutagen-Su-) or extracts/formulae (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/magic/spell-lists-and-domains/formulae-lists---alchemist) but that is sorta magicy)
