The Year is 2045 Humanity has long since been able to control and even repair the damage it does to the Earth and even refill it's natural supplies like Gas, Oil, Wood, Sand, Dirt & ect. This was brought forward more so even brought into the power by thanks of the help that came from The Japanese Empire. I am the leader of that Empire the 15 year old Emperor. My name is Yuji Menjio. It has been stated that the reason my empire was able to get control of all of Asia because of a contract I made with the Devil I won't lie It's true; I made a contract with Satan so I'd be able to live forever and now I'm at war with most of the nations on the earth. Germany, Russia and most of the European Union has already fallen under my control all that remains within the old world that's free is the U.K. Ireland saw the way things were going and happily joined the empire. That's where we are staging our attack from. The only free areas on earth are London and the United States. But this war is just between England and my empire the United States has been biting at us for a long time. But that are no threat at moment. But this story takes place before the rise of my empire when we were invading most of Asia you are either a member of one of the major clans that helps me keep task in this country, a royal or samurai leading the soldiers on the front. Our Family was nearly wiped out, that event is what allowed me to gain my power, I was only in the burning Menjio estate my father, mother, brother & younger sister all killed by a traitor of the family, I was met with the Devil who offed me power to make the man who killed my family suffer. That man was the prime minster, who at the rise of our my power died by my hands on live television. That event gave the Japanese people the thing they'd wanted. A root back to there past. A way to show that Japan was truly a nation of great culture and power the people soon rallied as I put in power the clans that had support my family during the days of old and soon was in total control of Japan once that was done set our sights on all of Asia.

Menjio: The ruling family and clan of Japan led by myself Yuji Menjio those of this clan tend to be great swordsmen and women.

Saito: The clan that has severed right below my own, these are the loyal men that serve as bodyguards to the royals & the lords of the other clans.

Kuyijo: This clan is the one of the former prime minster, now smash and forced into service they are even lower then that of the criminals of our nation.

Ryukin: One of the most feared clans besides my own and the Saito clan, they are said to have even slaughtered their own before. Even I do not want to get on their bad side.

Domji: This clan is the one that keeps tabs on the Yakuza and all other crime within the empire and reports back to me.

Other Clans: The other clans all report great five clans and are the smaller sect of Japan, they are free to do as they please as long as it supports the empire.

Ah smart quiston as always my dear Crazy. First of chose someone and go at it. You're more then welcome to say None, but within the role play it should at least try to develop. The role play takes place within an old kingdom style Asia where weddings in between families are important. As for powers, just don't go over bored like there a friggen god. I'll explain the love interest more here. If someone joins later and you want to go after them you can change it to that. Or you can put undecided and deiced within the role play and go after that person as part of the story line. Either way the choice is yours it just can't be blank is what I meant.

Back-Story: I was young when the royal family was killed, therefore I did not understand. I did not understand the greatest shame to my clan and family, or why my father took his own life as a result. I now understand everything. I was raised to love the royal family more than my immediate family and to be ready to give my life for them. When they died, many of my cousins and father took their own lives, as to escape the guilt and shame. My mother raised me with others in the clan. My mother put into me the desire to always live, but still the urge to perform my duty and fulfill the destiny of my birth. I am to serve the family that rules, whether I agree with them or not. I am a soldier, no matter my rank. I will not practice blind loyalty and suicide for convenience but I will gladly die for Yuji Menjio!

We are the only ones left in our immediate family. We want to escape to someplace free, like America, but because of our cursed family name, we would probably not be welcome. This is the only way. We are not like the swordsmen. My own weapons consist of a pair of fighting bowie knives. We were trained in the ways of knife fighting which, I believe, is foreign. I do my best... only for my sister. I feel bad for her though. Because she is inactive and under my own wing, she does not have a voice anywhere.

Backstory: My name is Hanzo. Just Hanzo. I do not carry a clan name, for I do not have a clan to call my own. My memory does not serve me well, but....My most distant memory is me at a young boy of merely three years old, playing a forest with some animals.....but those animals were more than animals, they were my family. Foxes. Kitsune, if you prefer. It sounds a but cliché, I know, but it was my past. I do not recall the years before that time. I lived with my fox brethren, self-named Vix and Fraun, for another seven years, until I was ten years old. It was then that some samurai, from an army of some sort, found me. They took my away from my family despite my protests. They took me into their group, raised me for a time, taught me the katana, though my skills are only average at best. It was only five years before they assigned me to active duty. Unfortunately, because of my mediocre skills, that meant being the one used to draw the enemy out of hiding. The bait. The one not meant to survive an attack. And so I was. I played excellent bait; who would suspect a fifteen year old boy of being part of an army, after all? Nonetheless, despite many missions, I continue to live. The bait has a nice pair of legs, it seems. However, I am absolutely sick of being bait. I wish to join the rest of the ranks to fight. So every night I go outside, practicing, trying to pass some unknown test to finally be considered good enough to be a common foot soldier.

Power: Shifting, into animals, real ones, and her specialty, a dragon. She can shift sizes and shapes as well, and she can take the same form of a human if she tastes their blood.

Back Story: I was born in the Ryukin clan, always by the side of the scorned daughter of the head of the group. I was never the beautifulest, she was. But, despite my short and child like appearance, as many who have experienced and not lived to tell, I did most of the dirty work. I was always the assassin, and since no one suspects me capable of killing cold blooded, I am never thought of as a threat. But now, I can tell that the young daughter is getting a bit closer to the young male heir. It is interesting. Since I was trained since she was, watching hidden and always practicing in my own, I have made and perfected my own style of fighting. And being able to shift into a dragon of Storms, who can shoot powerful but sparse lightning bolts, that is an advantage. I have many nicknames, that only my mistress knows that I am behind them. I will do whatever I want, as long as I follow orders from her. But, if it comes to it, who is the real killer? I know she can fight, but I have done most of the killings behind the scenes. And will I always be behind her? I do not know. The power is shifting. And I, will I be played, or will I be a player?

Can I just note before joining that the EU.is both an economic alliance and q military one through NATO. So you wouldn't be at war with Europe you'd be at war with NATO and by extension the US and Canada. . You don't have to change it but in all seriousness an empire like that would very quickly be at war with the entirety.of US forces again you don't have to change it but realistically you'd have been at war with NATO the moment you landed in Korea.

Instead, he turned to the rising influence of the renewed Empire of Japan. He had read much of the power of the Empire in the past and the wrongs other had done to it. In the revival, he saw the future. But that was not all he saw. He also saw a chance to right past wrongs with others. Truly, it might have been vengeance against others that drove him to serve more than loyalty to the vision of the Royal Family...

Well, a lot has happened and we're almost ready to start the 2nd phase. XD I guess they do move fast. I am trying to keep it going at a decent pace, the part two OOC will be up soon. It features a new challenge, a few changes and a shit load of crazy and mayhem, stay tuned folks.
