Personality: Leo is enthusiastic and optimistic, easily making friends and keeping them company whenever they need him. He adapts to the world around him as to make others comfortable and doesn't mind going out of his way to do so. He's not exactly confident in everything he does (and can often be caught off guard or embarassed-- which he hates very much), but when he has his mind set on something, he doesn't hesitate to do it, regardless of the consequences. However, this often gets him in trouble down the road as he rarely thinks before he acts.

Hobbies/Other Information: Leo is a track coach as well as a History teacher, mixing the various ways he can teach students. He also enjoys going to several orphanages and homeless shelters to help teach those less fortunate then him. These lessons often consist of basic education and money management respectively.

Leo's parents and siblings didn't have much impact on his life as his mother and father traveled constantly and his siblings went of to collage two years after he was born. He grew up in day care until he was 14 by which time he could cook and clean the house by himself.

First of all, I just want to make sure what rating we'll be using for this role play so I can ask one of the mods to change it if we need to. And second of all, what character would you like to be? The student or the teacher? It's completely up to you as I have two characters (teach and student) already thought up, so I'm flexible. I suppose we should also have some kind of plot point to go toward... something like how they meet or how they get together.

I think the start of the school year would make for a good start, and maybe the student is a troublemaker? Thus how teacher and student would get to know each other so well.

Official Sexuality: Homosexual
Personality: Jayden is normally a troublemaker, getting a rise out of other students or teachers for fun. Never seen with friends, though he claims to have them. He tends to be obnoxious towards anyone that seems to get close to him. He does well on his work, though he colors many of his papers with doodles or foul language. When it comes to talking about friends, he becomes really pessimistic and defensive, not wanting to talk about it. Once Jayden has made up his mind, there will be no stopping him. He hates when people try to talk him out of something he has planned, but will do something someone pressures him into doing. His obnoxiousness has earned him quite the reputation, and while he likes to take advantage of new students and teachers, he has few teachers he actually liked and behaved for because they gave him the attention he craves.

Hobbies/Other Information: Jayden loves pulling pranks, from as lame as a whoopee cushion to things as harsh as loosening the bolts on a chair or desk. He usually gets away with these things because no hardly ever witnesses him do it.

He enjoys drawing and is very talented at it, thus why many of his papers he turns in will have doodles on them. His signature that has remained the same throughout his artist history is that he always places a picture of a pencil on his works, with his actual signature on it.

If you want it to be, yes! I like to give a little vagueness in my posts to let my partner have a bit of freedom, just in case the story isn't going the way they want it. Just like when I mentioned the two kids fighting. I didn't name them, just in case you didn't want your character to be in a fight~

I'd either go for middle school or high school as I just can't deal with kids younger than 10, haha!

Ah, now see, I'm the opposite. I adore little children, and I couldn't stand the middle or high schoolers when I was attending, so teaching them was out of the question. And what really sold me on elementary grade teaching was when I had to visit my sister's school for a class and the kids were all encouraging me to become a teacher and giving me hugs. :) I melted, needless to say.

I guess I'm just no good with little kids! They don't hate me and I don't hate them... but I don't think I could deal with them. I guess I just really like the intellectual interactions of middle and high schoolers, but that's not to say that little kid's don't have a good head on them. I've met a few younger kids that just blew my mind away!

Yeah, my sister is like that. She knows a lot more than I ever really expected. I also think that elementary school might be a good way to start, being able to, hopefully, set kids on the right track instead of letting things go with a simple "You passed, move on."

Hmm, I guess, yeah. In the same sense I want to be more connected with my students and be a fun teacher that let's students know they don't have to think of us as monsters. We want to help them, not hinder them...

I had one plan, a fight between Jayden and his parent(s) that would make him run away to Leo or something, but I couldn't really think of anything for them to fight about. Obviously they are ok with him being gay if he's open about it. There's the vacation thing, but he wouldn't tell them about that until it was near that time. There's his constant going out, but who'd be mad at their kids for wanting to hang with friends? Don't know.

If you don't wanna deal with me being indecisive, I don't mind going ahead and skipping forward. I don't wanna deal with my indecisiveness really. XD
