General Information

Fighting Style
Weapons
M-type: A shortened katana type sword. It sits at two feet long with a bronze colored hilt. It's blade is composed of a charcoal colored metal and it's handle is wrapped in red cloth similar to that on Mu's coat. The alloy that the sword is compose of is incredibly strong and can maintain it's shape under extreme amounts of heat. Mu general uses Iaido type styles when wielding this sword. Essentially drawing the blade for a quick strike, cleaning it off in another motion, and re sheathing the blade. The sheathe is made of a specially treated wood that cannot burn, is fairly light, and is as strong as some alloys, allowing it to be implemented as a weapon.

Martial arts training: Mu is well trained in hand to hand combat and is capable of holding off most opponents with his bare hands. He sticks mostly to using his fists as they can be used in conjunction with his other abilities.

Abilities
Peak human strength: Can reach a top speed of 40 miles per hour and dead lift 1000 pounds. Though these abilities are cut in half when stage 1 is invoked.

Fire/heat Manipulation: Mu can control heat and flame in multiple ways. But must release said abilities first in three stages.

1. Stage one can only be used on Mu's third turn but he unlocks his basic flame control abilities allowing him to supplement his sword strokes and punches with small bursts of flame that can ignite clothing and burn flesh. He can essentially use these moves as short range projectiles allowing him to strike people up to 2 meters. The use of stage one weakens Mu's base strength as the energy is used to create the flame. Mu can maintain stage 1 abilities for the remainder of the fight.

2. Stage two requires charge up turns in which Mu cannot produce flame. Being able to charge up requires that stage 1 be released. Mu can only maintain stage two for as many turns as he charged up his ability with a maximum of four. In stage 2 the supplemental bursts of flames become much hotter and can reach up to five meters. Mu can also focus the energy into his limbs essentially doubling his speed and strength for those turns or into his sword, turning it white hot and allowing it to cut through most combatants like hot butter. Once stage 2 runs out, Mu returns to stage 1.

3.Stage three requires five turns of chargeup., can only be used twice a match and consists of two abilities. Also, once it is through Mu returns to normal and cannot activate stage 1 for another turn.

Bonfire: Everything within ten meters around Mu is engulfed in a quick burst of flame. Mu cannot move for ten seconds while he activates this.

Volcanic touch: Mu's touch can melt metal, boil water, burn skin. Essentially he becomes a walking conduit of heat. However this can cause him to melt himself through a floor. Best used as he strikes to ensure he does damage.Lasts for the turn, can be activated in a second.


Attributes
Naturally heat resistant and flame retardent. He is more durable than most humans and can ignore pain completely.

Biography:Mu travels the world in search of his origin. He discovered an ancient tablet predating human civilization, despite this it seemed to have the Greek alphabet on it. He was drawn to it and upon touching it, was marked with an M on his back. This sign spoke to him and told him his true name. It tells that Mu must gain strength and often pulls him to other worlds to battle powerful opponents. Despite having been slain, Mu always returns alive and more experienced.

Personality: Mu is a calm man who is friendly to a fault. He prefers to avoid conflict unless it cannot be avoided. When forced to fight he becomes cold and indifferent to his opponent and will do anything to end the conflict with a quick victory.

Background:Mu is the 12th of 24 ancient Cyphers created before human civilization began. He was discovered In the early Sengoku period (about 1482)in ancient Japan. He had no memory of where he came from and trained and lived with different samurai houses until 1889. It is unknown who created him, and for what purpose.

Weapons: Turm Klinge (Rook blade): A large Black bladed Zweihander with a red hilt. It can give the user a temporary burst of speed allowing for quick strikes with the unwieldy sword.

Armor: Turm Rüstung: As well as being very light, this armor can self repair at the users will. (requires use of action in turn)


High Strength:She can lift about a ton with relative ease. This allows her to use he zweihander easily too.
Massive pain tolerance:She will almost never show her pain unless it's extreme to the point that she could be killed.
Earth Manipulation:By taking a wide stance she can manipulate all stone and alloys in a 100 meter radius. This is limited to what she can lift in her own arms. And can be relatively slow. However she can shape, levitate and throw the earth in range. She cannot move from this position except by lifting herself with the earth beneath her.
Holy Arc: If in danger, she can activate a holy arc bow for two turns firing a volley of light arrows at high speeds. The arrows cause light explosions on impact.
Master swordplay:She is an expert with her blade and shows it often.



Personality: Catherine does not tolerate fools or the weak, and will not show them sympathy if they cross her. She used to have a soft side before being betrayed by another cypher. Now she is a cold and ruthless tactician.

Bio:She was one of the first cyphers created. And was one of two awake during the fall of their home. She was betrayed by the other, as he led an army to destroy the city. She nearly died then, and now seeks out the one who did it. She blames herself for what happened, she felt weak,and seeks to strengthen herself and any troops she may lead, this is why she is angered by weakness.

Weapons:
Magically enhanced glocks capable of !0'000 Rpm. Can fire 200 rounds each before it's needs to be reloaded. (1 turn for both) Extremely inaccurate. Effective range of 5-7 feet. Fires in 50 round bursts. Rounds freeze impact area rather than behaving like real bullets.

High powered magic revolver capable of utilizing gambler spells. Six rounds before reloading. If fired normally shots burst area into flames.

Ace of Spades: Futuristic Katana with sharp edge. Very light. Carried in sheath at his side. Capable of using gambler spells.

Ten of Spades: Combat knive sharp and strong enough to cut diamond. Strapped to his left leg in sheath.

Armor: Armor is made of light material capable of stopping bullets from Mid-range. Very strong.
War coat is a bit heavier but can take a lot more. Such as grenades from up to 3 feet with minimal damage.

Attributes and Skills:
Very fast and accurate
Relatively Strong but not as much as other cyphers.
Gambler spells:Several Spells capable of various effects. Usually having a chance to fail.

Coin Shot: User Calls either heads or tails before flipping a coin and shooting it mid-air with gambler if it hits the side called then the bullet splits into 20 enchanted arrows that fly up scattering around the field exploding like mortar fire upon landing. (Judge will flip a coin between turns and call it) 3 turn recharge
Portal Shot: Tosses a deck of enchanted cards firing into one causing a portal effect. each card firing a duplicate shot in random directions potentially hitting either fighter. (2 turns)
Risk: Activated by cutting own hand with ace of spades. Any damage inflicted to user will reflect on the opponent. (once a match)


Tank man form: High armored form in which user may only wield gamble. But skin becomes hard as steel. (3 turn recharge.



Personality: Enjoys battle and even seeks it. But prefers to take risks in battle. despite this he will not fight an unarmed man.
Bio:Created in 1980 by soviet scientists who discovered the home of the cyphers. He opted to shoot his way out of russia taking several expierimental pistols. After a few hundred years he became bored of his time and (after stealing the two ace blades) Sought away to travel time, he ended up trapped in a loop appearing in random intervals of history causing trouble. Likes to take risks taking on a name literally meaning bet or gamble.

Appearance: Appears almost like a mannequin with a featureless face and segmented arms with pure white skin. has a single solid blue eye on the normal spot on the left. The right eye only appears in rage mode and is red.
Build: Muscular build. 6'0 tall.
Hair: None.
Eyes: one red one blue.( red only appear in rage mode)
Distinctive Features; Arms are segmented and can extend via chains hidden in the body.
Clothes / Armour: Blue jeans no unique features.

Fighting Style:Fights with his fists seems capable in multiple martial arts including Judo. also very capable in dual wielding. *though the blades are his actual arms.
Weapons: usually seen using martial arts. But can also shift lower arm(past the elbow) into a large blade.
Abilities:
Multi-form: At will He can release up to 50 duplicates of himself. These duplicates have no actual conciousness and cannot move. however they can be posed in any way useful to the original form. *including shifting their arms into blades.* Pawn only carries 50 of these forms and if they are destroyed they cannot be recovered. These forms can be recovered via touch. Pawn can also transfer his conciousness into these forms however they must be touching him. The one with the conciousness carries the forms and is the only one with a blue eye. If his conciousness is in a form and that form is subsequently destroyed he is effectively killed.

Enhanced abilities: He is unnaturally strong and capable of lifting 50 times his own weight. As an extension he is very fast as well. He is also fairly intelligent in battle tactics.

Echo-location: Can accurately locate enemies based on sound.

rage mode: If it comes down to the last form, all other forms being destroyed, then pawn will turn pitch black and his re eye will appear. He then begins to become stronger and gains the ability to manipulate his own stores of energy into various forms including weapons,orbs,and arrows.

Extreme temperature resistance.

Tactical Mind: Thinks with a computer-like brain. searching for logical strategy.

Weaker Body: his body is not as durable as that of other fighters and will break easier.

Biography: Created in russia after the disaster with Kakeru, and adjusted over the years till they became cheap to make. In 2123 they began mass production for a war against alien races.
Personality: Seems devoid of emotion however appears to have preferences. Liking to wear blue jeans. this appears to be a trait passed down from the original model. Will show slight signs of discomfort should his jeans be removed.
Background: has fought in tons of wars alongside similar models.

wears black gloves that are near-unbreakable and protect his hands.

Fighting Style: Hand to hand combat.
Weapons: He doesn't carry conventional weapons but is strong enough to thrust his hand through steel. Joel prefers quick palm thrusts that puncture major arteries.
Abilities:
Superhuman strength and speed.
Extremely quick reaction time.
Durable body capable of taking a beating.(becomes less so in direct sunlight)

Shadow blades: Blades of solid darkness that extend from his shadow or within his coat. He can use up to three at once. They appear at the end of shapeless black tentacles that can extend 6 feet and can be phycically cut. They take 2 turns to re-form if a blade is cut down.(Cannot be used in sunlight)

Become ethereal:Can take the form of a swarm of bats for a few seconds(one half of the turn whether it is the reaction or attack part) to avoid attacks or move positions. Cannot be harmed by physical attacks but can be harmed by magical or light-based attacks. Can re-form as long as 50% of the bats remain. If he remains in this form too long he risks losing part of his body upon re-forming. 2 turn re-charge. unaffected by sunlight.

Shadow Swarm: Creates a swarm of bats that can cause minor injuries. Unlike his become ethereal ability, these bats can be cut down by physical moves but are mainly meant as a distraction. 2 turn recharge. Bats combust in sunlight and vanish.

Blood rage: If he has consumed blood from an opponent, he can enter an enhanced state where his physical abilities become greatly enhanced. can only be used once a match. lasts 3 turns. cannot be used in sunlight.

Shadow sanctum: He can eclipse the sun for 2 turns allowing for the use of his skills. (once a turn.)

Drinking Blood: drinking any amount of blood will heal minor wounds.

Attributes:
Many of his abilities cannot be used in sunlight and he begins to be physically damaged if he remains in sunlight for more than 2 turns. After 6 he dies.
He never seems to truly die and reappears a few years after each "death". A method to kill him has yet to be found. If he takes severe damage he becomes incapacitated.
Personality: He seems to bear ill will towards humans and hunts stronger ones for sport. He has sociopathic tendencies and shows no mercy. Once in blood rage, his psycotic side really comes out.
Background: He lived in europe for a number of years even becoming pals with Vlad the impaler and jack the ripper. joel never really hated humans, but did enjoy hunting them quite a bit. He WWII hunting nazis for the allies before being betrayed. Joel went into a rage but was temporarily killed and locked up. Upon breaking out he decided to seek out powerful humans to kill.

Goggles: Have a built in interface allowing Freud to find and track targets.

Gloves (not shown):Large pair of light brown work gloves reaching his elbow: Extremely resistant to heat and competely invulnerable to electricity.

Weapon Style

Weapons
L-32 Laser scalpels capable of cutting diamond, though it's blade is extremely small and difficult to use. Freud carries up to eight and wields them in close quarters.

Cypher Manual: Large heavy book. useless alone. but enhances Cypher's abilities greatly. can be used as a bludgeon, though why would you try to?

Abilities

Electric Manipulation: Can draw out electricity from natural sources. (Thunderstorms, outlets, light fixtures, etc.) But can easily be harmed by this if he doesn't use his gloves. As an extension of this he can manipulate metal to an extent.

Enhanced Strength: Used his expertise to enhance his own strength.

Enhanced endurance: body capable of taking an unnatural amount of punishment.

Enhanced reaction: Capable of split second reaction due to enhanced senses.

Cypher expert: Capable of enhancing the abilities of any cypher race character around him via injections.

Strength boost: lasts 3 turns Single injector. (meaning one-time use)But can be replenished in three turns by re-combining ingredients carried on freud's person
speed boost: 2 turns, 2 injectors (3 turns to replenish)
rage induce: only effects mass produced models (like pawn) Single use per game.

History

One of the original creators of the neo-cyphers. Freud is a tad eccentric. He constantly travels seeking out the originals so he can learn from them. Even if this means cutting them open. Cypher Rho seems to know him and seek him out. His past is a blank and he seemed to have appeared from nowhere with the key to creating cyphers. he is often seen with two pawns.

Fighting Style: Has mastered Various types of medieval weaponry including Swords,axes,spears, lances, bows, etc. As well as a weapon known as a Bowgun (http://monsterhunter.neoseeker.com/wiki/Bowgun).

Abilities.

Increased Strength and speed.

Steam booster: steam engine mounted on the back of his armor allows for a quick temporary boost in strength or speed lasting one movement or attack phase. (Total of three times a match. one turn recharge between use. can be refilled once in any water source large enough to stand in. limit of once a match) It can also act as a jet using the heat to propel him a few feet in a specified direction. The boost is marked by a jet of steam shooting from the joints in his armor.

Spirit Flame: can manipulate a dull blue flame that acts as a doppelganger by appearing in his image to anyone marked an enemy.. can use multiple flames. (Limit 5) Flames can be destroyed by any non-physical attack.

Armour : The armor is heavy and restricts movement quite a bit. However it is also extremely strong, standing up to most attacks. It's weak to icy climate, where it becomes prone to freezing up.

The armor can heal extremely minor wound easily.
the armor has a built in respirator and is waterproof. though steam boosts cannot be used underwater. Nor can spirit flame.

His fighting can vary based on which of his four main weapons he carries to battle. he can only carry one at once.

Chikyū batoruakusu: Featured in his appearance photo. Suijoki will attempt to overpower his enemies with this large battleaxe. It's heavy and sharp capable of splitting earth. He can send an apswing of slicing earth at people with a single swing.

Ability: The axe is unbreakable by any known means and can shift earth with the right swing.
Downside: It slows him down a lot from it's weight and is useless in close-quarters.

Featured in the picture. Fires three explosive shots capable of leveling houses before requires reload.(1 turn) Slow-fire.

Downside:Useless in close range. Unwieldy to use. Cannot be fired properly while moving.

Quick light and strong. The katana allows for easy quick use.

Ability:Self repairs if damaged (over 2 turns)

Downside: is fragile and cannot be used to block heavy attacks

A spiritual lance that can boost speed for quick charges and swinging attacks.

Ability: Can be thrown as far as the user wants and will return to their hand at will. Can also self repair in an instant.

Downside: Not as strong as the other weapons.

He can also use one side arm in tandem with the main weapon. though these have no special skills.

Armor abilities: Clothes are enchanted to guard against non-life threatening or debilitating attacks.

Shoes additionally have the ability to negate damage from great falls of up to 100 feet, temporarily levitate and increase user's jump height by five times as well as increasing running speed to 20 mph. Levitation only lasts one reaction or attack phase. Each of these abilities is powered by an internal power source in the shoes themselves. In order to jump higher Kazuo must crouch down low before jumping to exert the force required to perform these jumps.

Advanced Human abilities: can lift about 150 pounds and move at 5 meters a second.(about 11 miles per hour)

Skilled in Swordplay

There are four tiers of spells each depending on the number of turns he's charged magical energy. Charging happens naturally over time. (Tier one can be used without charging. Tier 2 require a single turn of charging and so on.)Once a spell is used the charged is spent. Spells are activated by various stimuli listed below.

Explode(tiers 1-3): Activated by a snap of the fingers. First tier is a single explosion that has the strength of a frag grenade. Second tier is a larger blast that can level a house. Third is a row of four explosions about the size of tier two. There is a noted delay between activating the spell and the explosion.(I turn for any tier higher than 1)any tier explosion spell can only be used twice before requiring 2 turns to charge.

Slice(2-4):Activated by swiping one hand along the other. A displacement of the air capable of cutting on various levels. single blade comparable to a steel katana in size and power. Tier 3 is 5 different blades exactly as described above. tier 4 is a massive wave about 4 feet wide and 20 feet tall that inflict dozens of cuts of various depth and size causing severe bleeding. Blades must originate from within 3 feet of Kazuo. blades fly on a linear path at a high speed and cannot be re-directed. (tiers 3 and 4 need 2 turns to re-charge)

Darkness manipulation (3):Activated by placing one hand in the shadows. Creates a mass of darkness about the size of a car. Lasts 1 turn unless black hole is activated, can be manipulated in various ways including tendrils,blades, walls, spikes,etc. Darkness can also implode in on itself acting like a black hole sucking in everything around it including the caster and putting them under immense pressure before spitting them out. Easier to resist based on the distance, strength and weight of the person or thing effected. Black hole cannot be used in tandem with basic manipulation. (Single turn to use basic spell. 2 more to activate black hole)

Heaven strike (4): Activated by shouting the words heaven strike. Single beam of light fires from the sky hitting the ground causing an explosion with a 50 foot radius. Target area must be marked at least one turn in advance before firing. Marked by drawing an x on the ground with casters finger. Creates a red x on marked area.(takes at least two turns to mark the area and fire the beam. only can be used once a match)

Enhance (1-4):Activated by crossing both arms over your chest. Tier one causes a quick boost in strength or speed for either the reaction or attack phase of a turn. (effectively doubles abilities) Tier 2 creates same boost for one turn. Tier 3 boosts 2 turns. Tier 4 creates a magic hardlight armor and sword to appear around the user for 3 turns. Hardlight can capably defend against physical and magic attacks alike.(Single turn to use. varied duration listed above. 3 turn recharge.

Attributes
Kazuo is human, thus he maintains many human weaknesses including inability to heal quickly and will bleed out unless prevented. He also requires basic human needs.(water, oxygen, food etc.) also retains a weakness to heat and other elements.

Bio
Raised in the big city, Kazuo discovered his talents early and originally used them for fun. However during a game he accidentally killed a friend of his with the same gifts. This has filled him with regret and he shows it to this day. kazuo decided to leave his world behind, only finding solace in battle.

Weapon Abilities

Transformation: His weapon can take three forms, each form has different abilities. Transforming the weapon takes up the reaction or attack phase of a turn.

Light, fast, and unnaturally strong. Wound of any size will turn black and begin to decay at a quick rate even if healed. If left for more than three turns the decay will spread across the area. This can lead to death. The only way to stop this is burning the area with intense heat or flame.

A pitch black raven with razor sharp claws wound inflicted experience the same effect as the sword, the cure is the same as well. The difference is the raven can fly a great distance to fight for The Tenth. If struck with enough force as to "kill" the raven, it will revert to sword form. After which it can be changed back once the tenth retrieves it.
The lantern is difficult to see as it emits a black smoke around the area conceiling itself and the user. It emits a dull flame that can barely be seen in normal conditions. However it can be seen brightly through the smoke it emits. If someone remains in the smoke for more than a turn, their vision begins to dull and becomes progressively worse, the longer they remain in the smoke until turn 5 when the enemy will go blind. This effect will go away after one turn outside of smoke. The area the smoke covers is directly related to the brightness of the flame which can be adjusted via a dial on the lantern, but even when the lantern is off it will emit enough smoke to conceal the lantern. The largest area this can cover is a radius of 100 feet from the lantern however the light makes the lantern,s position obvious and the user vulnerable to ranged attacks. The final effect of the lantern allows anyone who holds it to see through the smoke without issue. The Lantern is unaffected by water and if it is placed in water it will turn it black and anyone in this water, whether completely submerged or not, will experience the decay effect on any area submerged. However this only lasts as long as long as they remain in the water.

In addition, he carries 15 stiletto daggers on his person, whether he uses them for close range encounters or throwing knives is up to him. they have no special abilities but are extremely sharp.

Armor
The armor protects the user from the effects of the black death regardless of condition. It's strength is comparable to kevlar. Meaning it will stop minor attacks that barely pierce the skin.

Abilities
Advanced speed and reflexes: The Tenth is very fast, being able to cover great distances in mere moments, though his legs never seem to move beneath his cloak and he appears to hover towards people. He is also quick to react to others attacks. However he appears to maintain human strength and may be unable to block certain attacks. (IE heavier or stronger attacks)

Stench of Decay: Only works on foes in the smoke. They will begin to hallucinate, seeing multiple lantern flames and versions of The Tenth
in the smoke. Said to be accompnied with an unpleasant stench. Lasts as long as one remains in the smoke.

Touch of Decay: The Tenths hands will emit black smoke for three turns. In that time he will inflict the decay effect on any one he touches with them. 4 turn cooldown.
