Personality:
Ria is an enthusiastic and friendly maiden, she is always energetic and ready to burst out like fireworks and unlike the rest of the Uchiha Clan, Ria is an entirely different person due to her expressive persona. She has a good sense of humor and innuendos, making subtle jokes and eventually like a clown to make people happy. She is dedicated into helping people and can seem to be a little stubborn, like doing things in her own without the need of help. Ria puts others before herself and that's what makes her loveable by people and hated by her clan. She is definitely honest when stating her opinions and sometimes sarcastic.
She is also shown to be respectful when interacting with people of all ages and still maintain her happy personality which sometimes can be disrespectful and worth it. She has a strong bond with her best friend, Okani. Most of the times the two of them would get into comic situations and sticky situations that maybe dangerous yet get by with a smile on their face. They've been friends since they were 9 years old, surprisingly their siblings were good friends, perhaps this is what encouraged them to be inseparable like chains. Ria shown to be good at negotiations and planning and much more intelligent than she appears. She inherited her Mother's way of thinking.
Biography:
Ria is born from the Land of Iron as her Father was a blacksmith, well known as Shadow Uchiha Rihan, Ria was raised and under teachings by his Father for 3 years(She was 5 when it all began and stopped at 9), the influence of her Father brought them close and eventually passing on his kenjutsu techniques to Ria herself, she was thought to be deceitful and cunning but her training was shortlived. Later on, Ria transferred to meet her mother Hanayuki Reina, she had long to meet her mother, sadly she was sick, during that time Ria temporarily stopped being a Samurai and started the learn the roots of her country and family as well as taking care of her mother, she treasured her a lot and everyday she would serve her and make her happy through singing, unfortunately her mother died and she can't fend of herself.
The Uchiha relatives of Rihan took custody of Ria thus teaching her the ways of a Ninja, it was extremely difficult since she failed countless times which is why she's sent in the Academy and graduated at the age of 14, that was the time when Ria's life was so heated due to being discriminated by her family but that all changed when she awakened the sharingan after saving her weakened Sensei during a thug attack. She was taken interest of by her family again, the first step was being a medical ninja to ensure safety for the clan and later she was thought ninjutsu during her 14 year old life, fire ninjutsu, the pride of the Uchiha Clan, this was the most crucial moment to be a full fledged Uchiha.
Ria spent the rest of her 2 years of developing her fighting style in ninjutsu, guided by taijutsu and kenjutsu, the latter was harder since she came up with an idea of creating stronger flames which later deemed to be an advance form of fire jutsu, the creation of this technique was so difficult that Ria have to master chakra control and chakra manipulation. It took her 4 years of creating the jutsu, Azure, the Azure is a blue flamed fire jutsu that is 2x hotter than normal flames. Eventually this invention succeeded the rest of the Uchiha and fire ninjutsu history discounting Amaterasu and later on, Ria is given the title, Dragon or Fire Mistress of the Leaf.

Azure- The blue flamed technique that is said to have succeeded the Uchiha re-known for fire techniques, this jutsu made Ria an Uchiha prodigy of fire. Azure is 5x hotter than any fire jutsu, it is deadly known for its incineration ability as it is able to burn through concrete walls, metal and even go up on par against Yuuki Clan's Ice Release. The concept of this technique is bodily chakra manipulation, the user must use chakra as an extension of the body thus generating flames from different parts of their body such as fists and kicks as well as fire walls.
Ria is able to enhance normal flames by turning it into an Azurite, depending on the rank it only gets a 0.5 difference such as great fireball but only hotter. This jutsu is comparable to the likes of Chidori and its variants as well as the Rasengan, perhaps Ria is inspired by the concepts and creation of these two jutsus hence inventing the Azure. The interesting part is that it compares to the Raikiri jutsu which is said to have cut lightning whereas the Azure is able cloak fire and control it. The invention of Azure lead the Kunoichi into creating refined arts and styles of her own techniques hence, the ability is purely based on manipulating fire which allowed Ria to even manipulate the flames of Amaterasu by studying its chakra properties, however she may only use the black flames, strictly as redirection thus opposing its caster.
Redirection became a refined technique in Ria's arsenal that is used to oppose Uchihas with the Amaterasu and the Blaze Release. The side effect of redirecting the flames is it consumpts more stamina than controlling fire as an extentsion of the body, it also affects the users muscular system due to the high chakras that the Amaterasu, Blaze Release and whatever fire release that is used as a direct hit, hence the redirection counterpart of Azure is marked as a forbidden jutsu by Ria.

As stated above, it is a counter technique created by Uchiha Ria as opposed to those who possess the Amaterasu and Blaze Release. It can also be use as 'Insulation and Conduction' by the user, directing flames and heat related properties through their body for safety measures.

Also called as Fire Release: Armor, it shrouds the user in bluish white flamish aura that resembles a shooting star as it is also bright, chakra aura is visible. It's main forte is speed, fire resistence and flight through fire of course.

Parent Technique: Azure, Great Fireball Technique, and Phoenix Flower Jutsu.
Ria creates 7 fire balls that connect together like a zig-zag and each fire ball releases a phoenix fire flower jutsu. Since it's made out of Azure, it packs a punch that it is able to nearly melt a rock and destroy concrete.

Parent Technique: Azure.
Inspired by the S Ranked lightning jutsu, Kirin. Ria performs a boar and tiger hand seals and as she reaches the tiger handseals, she bows down and points her hands downwards, with all the fingers closed except the index and middle fingers. She then begins to slowly move her right hand until it points upwards, causing the clouds above them to begin circling around, forming a cyclone as the skies darken. Similar to the Gouryuuka no jutsu's heating ability that causes thunderclouds but this technique absorbs intense heat from the atmosphere, creating a humongous orb from the center of the sky and later manifest itself like a giant ball of fire and by landing in a fast velocity it is naturally enhanced by the wind and the result is massive destruction similar to Kirin, only it burns. This is Ria's strongest fire technique at date. She can only use it once.
The Azure indeed made Ria into an Uchiha prodigy of fire, majority of her fire techniques are cloaked by Azure, she has been able to master her chakra to an extent that it adapts to the usage of Azure, hence she's a Pyro-Master.

Sakura Ougi, Ria's mother's technique. She is able to manipulate sakura flowers as a teleportation jutsu and sakura leaves attack. Ria's signature wind jutsu.

Ria mainly uses wind to enhance her fire jutsus.

Sakura Ougi Genjutsu: It is used for escaping and dazing the opponents to sleep, the sound of the rustling Sakura that is.

-Sakura leaves that surrounds Ria and her sword, the bladed sakura leaves does the trick as deception with the swords precision.
Sakura Ougi: Benizakura
- A pink chakra of sakura is focused on Ria's sword, made for cutting anything on its path, it releases chakra crescent waves in mid range. It can also be used as Wind Release: Sakura Ougi, Benizakura.
Ria always resort to Kenjutsu or Tessenjutsu or Yarijutsu before Azure or ninjutsu in her battles.
Tessenjutsu
Ria's main weapon and specialty, she uses her fan in a similar way to Temari is just that her fan is smaller which is half a meter long. Made of iron and with this weapon, she's able to use the Uchihagaeshi, reflecting technique. She primarily fans fire and wind by using this.

Spear techniques, Ria basically uses wind to enhance its precision and piercing, by using spears, Ria strictly uses wind only for piercing.

Ria's first weapon mastery, she mainly shoots infused fire or wind arrows, she was known as the Archress back in her early teens prior to her weapon mastery.
Mangekyou Sharingan

-At the death of her dearest sibling, Rika, Ria awakened the MS in that moment. Her mangekyou sharingan appears to be a three winged butterfly which parallels to her likings for butterflies and butterfly means reincarnation.
Inari; Ria's unique and exclusive MS jutsu, it manifests as heavenly flames opposed to Amaterasu, it is colored white with gold and red patterns as a design on the inside, the flame itself manifest as a Kitsune with 9 tails, when launched it is a running fox. It is on par with Amaterasu in terms of destruction but less destructive and is able to tie, however it does not eternally burn like the black flames, it is known to purify hence it is a medical ninjutsu of fire. The right eye of Ria is used for commanding the flames in attack or defense while the left is used for extinguishing the flames. Both eyes are used for healing. Very suitable for a fire master like Ria. Ria only possess one MS jutsu similar to Uchiha Obito and Hatake Kakashi. Unfortunately, she barely uses her MS and Inari is her ultimate technique.

She loves sweet type of foods as well as spicy, her drinks are usually overloaded with high sugar which makes her energetic. Her hobbies are, making clothes, swimming, singing, dancing and watching movies.
Prior to her prodigy position, Ria lives in the Land of Iron with her Father and learn archery and kenjutsu.
She has a habit of stripping and wearing black bikini all the time.
She changes Kimono everytime.
Entered Academy age at 9 years old.
Graduated and Promoted to Genin at 14 years old.
Chuunin age at 15 years old.
Jounin age at 18.

The only character I have fully developed in a successful Naruto RP with my friends, she started out with nothing and worked hard for her current abilities. Ria's also the only sane Uchiha in that RP as well and the one who stick with the theme, work hard for your abilities not only that she only used her MS 6 times in the whole RP 2 times each in different arcs.
She learned Tessenjutsu at the age of 15 when she was a Chuunin.
She learned Yarijutsu at the age of 18 and obtained wind release.
Trivia: She was based on my other OC, Tsurara Ria(Original name I have given), the antagonist of Uno Mundus RP. She's my best character and I have recycled her countless times. I've recycled her 4 times in a Naruto RP now. It's ironic that when I first created her Ice was her element.
