First of what I hope to be many fun characters to play with here.

Name: Hadrian Berran
Species: Human
Age: 24
Gender: Male
Occupation: Apprentice Wizard

Bio: Hadrian was born the second son to an innkeeper in the small town of Underspring. He is a quiet man, not partial to loud parties or large/boisterous crowds. For most of his young life he was expected to one day take over the bookkeeping side of the family's inn, the Wagon's Goad, while is older sister Edna ran it. This changed when a wandering bard did some small feats of illusion to earn his keep, and the magic captivated Hadrian and left him longing to learn the craft himself. Despite his father's opposition to the plan, his mother supported his desire and a month before his sixteenth birthday he set off to the nearby town of Dale's End. The town was large, prosperous, the seat of the province's lord and, most importantly, home to a wizard without an apprentice.

Appearance: Hadrian is 1m76 tall, with an average frame neither large nor thin. He has straw-coloured hair that he keeps short enough to not be a bother but doesn't pay any more attention to; pale skin from spending long hours indoors bent over books and scrolls, and dark brown eyes. He wears simple, middle-class clothes that, while not expensive, are well-maintained and only slightly worn. He tends to carry various magical odds and ends with him in pouches on his belt, along with a few potions in case of emergency.

Likes: Roasted Chicken, illusion and kinetic magics and dancing, though he's terrible at it.
Dislikes: Crowds, having his personal space invaded and unsolicited contact.

Hadrian is, in his own words, "Pants at weaponry, that's why I study magic." He practices a meditative form of movements that aids the flow of magical energy and helps build up reserves of said energy. It is also a rather effective martial art when done at full speed, but he is not aware of this.
