Just like every other section on RPA, there are rules for this section as well.

The only topics allowed here are request shops, also known as topics where the creator is allowing other members to request something from them. Any topics requesting someone to make something for them will be moved to the proper section, which is not here. If you want to request directly from a shop located in this section, then you may do so in the proper topic by the member you wish to request from.
All RPA rules apply here as well, be sure to follow them or the usual consequences will ensue.
Follow the guidelines of the creator. If they ask you to fill out a request form, then do so. The creator has every right to reject your request whether they don't feel like doing it, you didn't fulfill the requirements, etc. Since they are not getting paid, the customer is NOT always right here.
Now, with the mention of pay... No payment can be made in this section. The shops located here are entirely free, no one has to pay anyone to make anything. If you, as a creator, refuse to do work without pay then, quite simply, do not post a request shop here. RPA isn't Ebay, thank you.
To creators, please specify what you are providing in either your shop title or shop description to help the members looking around this section choose what they want instead of clicking an art thread thinking they can get a graphic, etc.
If you feel that your topic does not belong in this section, then please contact one of the staff members to move it. Generally we catch these things, but we are all human. Just tell us why your thread doesn't belong here, it's that simple.
Everything here is donated. Once you create the banner, it is a gift and it can not be taken back or fought over. If this sounds confusing to you, then please refer to the Rules & FAQ sections (http://role-player.net/forum/showthread.php?t=56716)
Once your shop has gone inactive for a certain period of time, it will be locked and eventually recycled to prevent new requests from building up in a dead topic.
