The Sun Rises

The land seemed desolate... Wasted and forgotten... Nothing seemed what it felt like to one person who dreamed of coming to such a place even though it had been forbidden by several tribes across the purified land. A male, who wasn't even in his mid twenties, stood before the entrance to the Forbidden Lands. A long bridge that separated him from a life of combat and destruction. This male's name, was Netsuo Asura, a strong-willed man always keeping his chin high and back straight. Netsuo sat on horse-back staring towards the tower that had towered amongst the sands of the Forbidden Lands. It had seemed, to him, that nothing felt right with the world. Netsuo spied, in the distances, birds circling over-head of the tower itself. Netsuo breathed out as he looked over his shoulder towards those that awaited his signal to cross the long and narrow bridge. Netsuo nodded his head before pulling the rope upward then slamming it downward towards the horses body causing it to jolt. The horse jerked forward and transitioned into a gallop that was slightly faster than a canter. Netsuo felt himself move upwards and then downwards as the horsed closed the distance between them and the tower. Netsuo, given the chance, occasionally glanced around wondering what sort of creatures he would face in this god forsaken land.

When Netsuo and his group reached the tower they had been welcomed with a spiral staircase that came down to a large circular pool. Netsuo ignored the large circular pool and made his way down the large hall that was lined with statues of creatures that he had once heard fables of. Netsuo wasn't the one to have been able to comprehend what he was witnessing, but now wasn't the time to be sulking in astonishment. Netsuo came before a stone table that was large enough and wide enough to fit their fallen leader. Netsuo had dismounted his horse, Valentenos, and retrieved his fallen leader from one of the groups transport horse. Netsuo sighed as he heaved the fallen leader off the horse and towards the stone table before setting her down. A mysterious voice rang amongst the hall causing most of the horses to become startled. Netsuo ordered the men to control the horses as Netsuo stared towards the opening in the ceiling above knowing the mysterious voice's origin came from that spot. The mysterious spoke without turn or fault. It seemed to be automatic in nature;

"The creature in which seek is not here, but is neigh on the eldest nature of the cliffs"

Netsuo wasn't sure what that meant, but before he could process what the voice said a light suddenly appeared showing Netsuo and the others the way to the first beast. Netsuo turn around to where the light was showing him before suddenly it disappeared [as it had reappeared]. Netsuo took a minute to take in all that has happened before him and with this power-walked to Valentenos and mounted him in somewhat of hurry. Netsuo, without taking a moment to breath spoke for the first time for all that has happend thus far;

"Let us move to the first creature for he has no bounds to what may lie ahead. We need to take out these creatures so that we may revive our fallen leader.."

One of the men that had joined him came up to him on horse back in a slight running walk. This man spoke to him with a sad tone, "I know how you feel Netsuo, but this is madness... We cannot allow meaningless emotions to cloud our judgement of this situation. You know this better than anyone here.." Netsuo, not one to think, silently grunted or at least gestured as a grunt, "So what? You must realize what may happen if we don't revive our fallen leader in time.. She personally put me at second in command for we were to be married.. I can not allow this woman to die on my watch.. Either you are with me or without me.. Your choice.."

Netsuo had done the rope movement hard enough to put the horse in a canter down the stairs and onto the sand heading in the direction provided by the light. The male watched as Netsuo made way towards the first creature knowing it was about time to realize reality. Was Netsuo a man or a pyschopath? No-one within the group was sure, but followed the secondary leader anyway knowing that this adventure was going to become a massacre.

Valus

Netsuo, the man who had questioned his own sanity on the way to the destination, stood before a large cliff. Netsuo had already dismounted Valentenos and was waiting for the others to arrive. Though they were quite a ways behind and so he wanted to ensure some sort of closure for him and his group. Netsuo wanted no part in the process of that closure hoping that the group would handle that process, but concerning the terms in which Netsuo would face it wouldn't be likely. Netsuo looked up the cliff-side as he wondered how to scale the side of this cliff-side. Netsuo looked off to his left seeing a wall worth scaling to get to the next level. Netsuo, without thinking it through, decided to scale the wall. It took three tries before scaling the wall. Netsuo didn't waste time clearing gaps, climbing walls and leaping up walls. He soon came to an opening in the cliff, and with this Netsuo came to a stop at the sight of something he would forget.

A enormous humanoid beast trudge along a flat area in which it seemed to call home. Netsuo stepped onto the flat area looking around knowing the creature would soon turn its attention towards Netsuo if felted provoked. Netsuo sighed as he unsheathed his Long Sword knowing it came time to battle this endangered mystical beast. Netsuo opened his mouth and screamed towards the beast knowing that his voice would echo amongst the cliff-lined flat area. His voice rang out amongst the flat area, and suddenly the beast stopped mid-stride with its right hoof slamming down on the ground causing it to be kicked up. Due to his weight he had left large craters where ever he had went. The beast had turned its head over its shoulder toward Netsuo who was standing in a readied position before roaring slightly. Netsuo could faintly hear the word "You" being said within the midst of the roar. Netsuo had to admit that it was it was a little unsettling to hear such a beast speak english term [perferably strange in this tense].

Will add on later.
