David D. Maximus was standing amongst the battlefield where had been fighting off Frontier forces with other pilots much like him. David glanced amongst the town he and his faction had taken secure of and with this David smirked behind his mechanical helm. David wanted the total eradication of the Frontier Militia, but at the price of oblivion. David stepped forward, but before he could do or say anything he was suddenly lifted into the air. Rocks and other pieces of the area around him [prox. 5-10 feet] suddenly lift into the air as well. Other pilots who were rushing by stopped and watched David being lifted into a blue portal. David tried to reach for the ground that was slowly moving away from him. His back was to the blue sphere at this point and with this he back began to disintegrate into the sphere. This caused David large amounts of pain as his body began to disintegrate into the sphere. Before David knew it was being thrown through a portal that he was unknown to. With seconds between him and the next unknown destination he quickly contemplated whether he was alive or dead.

David looked towards the other end of the worm-hole and saw buildings. Destroyed buildings… David shielded his mechanical helm from the bright light and with this his body merged with the other-side of the worm-hole. David was suddenly thrown into a world that he wasn’t able to comprehend, and with this he fell to this world’s crust from a high altitude. Nothing David couldn’t handle… David activated his thrusters in which decreased David’s falling speed to a minimal and sustainable speed. But David had landed within a [no leaf] tree and with this suffered some minor bruises and scratches to his armor. David laid there for a moment or two before lifting himself to his own feet. Luckily he had his Sniper Rifle [Long-Bow DMR] in hand for this sort of situation but concerning that anything [but his known enemy] could be lurking within this world. David checked his ammo and noticed that he had only about 3-6 magazines on him at this moment for both his Long-Bow DMR and Hammond P2011. He hadn’t realized that he had his Archer Heavy Rocket strapped to his back so that would become an asset later on if he were to come into contact with enemy opposition.

David also checked for his Ordnance and saw that he had everything there and ready for combat and with this he returned his attention to his surroundings in which seemed to have been desolated by something. David walked around [cautiously] with his Long-Bow DMR in hand and began to wonder the reason for [whatever brought him here] him being here in the first place, but now wasn’t for questioning logic. David came to a stop before a dirt-filled lake or at least what he had assumed was a lake. He hadn’t seen a lake in a long time, so this was reassurance that he was on an inhabitable planet. He hoped he wouldn’t have to go up against beings that were stronger than him, but in any case kept his guard up for there could be any thing that might want to kill him on this planet.

Hollow footsteps echoed out through the white void, even though there were no walls for the sound to bounce off of. This was the realm between realms. The glue holding the different pages of the book of dimensions together. It was here that people like him, people like "The Fool", Marco Harnstern, resided. The long tail of his white coat drifted behind him as he marched on aimlessly. In his right hand, a grey green coin was rolling between his fingers, flipping around between them in a set pattern. It was how he killed time, and waited for some challenge of fate.
When his foot suddenly sank away into the invisible ground of this void, the coin froze in place between his middle and ring finger. This was not the first time he felt it. A rupture between worlds, and he just stepped straight into it. He knew what was coming next, but he didn't fight it. "Let's see what you can toss at me now, fate..." He whispered into the white void, before his body dispersed into a vibrant blue rupture, rending his very essence apart.

As his consciousness began to recollect, he began to gaze down upon a world full of ruin and destruction, rapidly closing in on him. Bringing his left hand up to hold his white hat in place, he narrowed his eyes as the brutal force of the air fighting his descent began to batter into him. "Good show..." He muttered to nobody in particular, extending his right hand down to the approaching sky, the green-gray coin resting secured on his bent index finger, with his thumb positioned underneath the edge of the metal disk. With a muffled click of his fingers, the coin was launched ahead of him, spinning around rapidly.
Taking off his hat, he tried to narrow his body as much as he could to gain speed, diving after the flipping coin. It was impossible for him to see which side of it was which, but he was confident it would be the one he needs. Extending his hat, he scoped the coin out of the sky and grasped it, before gazing at the result.

"Heads... I win..." He grinned, as the coin emitted a bright glow, surrounding Marco in it as his body became that of an adamantine statue. Pulling his limbs together to form into a ball, he smashed through the corner of ruined rooftop, sending the already broken concrete crashing down into the abandoned streets, before he crashed straight through one of the trees of the nearby park. With the impact digging him firmly into the dirt, Marco slowly pushed himself up, the blessing off the Titan's Coin saving him from harm, but keeping him slowed for now. He saw no need to check wether he got everything. That had happened before, and he was well aware that he never lost anything along the way, especially his coins. Now began the time to search for whomever fate had decreed would be his opponent here.

David, out of the corner of his [right] eye, witnessed a singular building destroyed by a sphere of some sort. He wasn’t sure what the sphere might have signified but he needed to realize that he was on a hostile planet with no means of contacting his platoon. He was basically behind enemy-lines without radio contact. David prepared for whatever had destroyed that building and rushed over to where the last known location of that sphere. David came to about four-hundred and seventy-two meters from that target destination and with this David leaped forward into a prone position. He had set up his Long-Bow DMR and with this he adjusted the seeing portion upon one of the visors of his mechanical helm so that it could co-exist with the scope that David was using. David laid there peering into the scope and with this he spotted something that he wouldn’t believe.

David saw a sharply dressed man walk out of a crater, which to David was created by him, and look around as if the man was looking for something [possibly David]. David silently slipped his finger upon the trigger knowing that this man could be the threat that David had longed assumed since his arrival here. David waited a moment or two to take a breather and concentrate on the target that was ahead of him. David then, when given the chance, pulled the trigger firing his weapon towards this unknown being that has appeared on this battlefield. He wasn't going to waste a moment with this being for something in the back of his mind was telling him to shoot or else that being would find him and kill him without hesitation. He did what his mind was telling him and with this he awaited a reaction out of the bullet that was zipping through the air towards its target [in which case was the sharply dressed male].

"Well... This is bothersome..." Marco spoke to himself as his adamantine coat remained in effect. It wouldn't last much longer, but given his limited mobility in it, he was unable to flip a coin. Instead, he just glanced around the desolate ruined park. There was no visible movement anywhere, and this was bothersome.
His attention suddenly perked however, at the sound of a heavy caliber rifle firing. A sniper rifle, no doubt. Or maybe a very heavy pistol. Whatever it was, not even a split second later, Marco felt a heavy pressure strike into the side of his head. The impact of the bullet sent him heaving to the side. However, his adamantium coat did its job very well, turning the bullet into a flattened piece of metal, as Marco remained unharmed through it. The sound of the shot, aswell as the impact of the bullet gave Marco a direction to work towards. "Ah... Excellent... Let us play..."

At this point, his adamantium coat vanished, once more revealing his gleaming white outfit and pale skin. With a quick sleight of hand, he stored the green-gray coin on his belt and replaced it with a solid stone one, quickly rushing off to the right of where theshot originated from, flipping the stone coin before him. Before catching it once again on...

"Tails." As he caught the coin, the stone disk began to glow, as he extended his hand towards where the shot was fired from, before a sudden barrage of shockwaves was unleashed. The trees closest to Marco where easily knocked over, smashing into the things beneath, blowing dirt and dust up into the air. However, as the shockwaves travelled over a longer distance, they began to lose potential, combined with every tree they hit also serving as a brake. About 25 meters from where the shockwaves were fired, they had lost their destructive potential, instead simply carrying a cloud of dust and dirt with them, throwing it through the ruined park.

David quickly gathered himself as he saw one if not several shockwaves come his way. Though seeing as how it had lost its destructive potential it was somewhat safe to assume that this opponent was not a ranged fighter. David quickly adjusted himself as dust and other materials were kicked up around him causing him to shield himself with his arm and falter a bit while being prone. David quickly returned to his scope knowing that this opponent seemed to have the ability of a God. This was not a perfect analysis of what the opponent could do, but in this case he needed to justify on what this opponent can and cannot do. David quickly retracted his prone stance into a kneeling stance and with this turned to the left in order to shift sniping positions. With his back hunched over he rushed to a more acquainted position that was still within the four-hundred and seventy-two meter range of the target. He came to a withered tree with a bush hugging against the left side of the bark. David needed to keep his distance from the opponent and with this slid into a prone position behind the bush.

David quickly aimed down his sights once more getting a more suited shot. David quickly adjusted his rifle before slipping his index finger upon the trigger. He took a deep breath to make his targeting a little less shaky and with this pulled the trigger. The rifle jerked back slightly as the force of the shot was rippled throughout David’s body, but David himself was use to this sort of thing. He waited for a reaction out of the opponent seeing is how he fired another bullet, but with this he stood to his feet switching to his Hammond P2011 and made a break for another position to snipe from. This battle had to be strictly long-range for he could not take on this opponent head-on in a close-range encounter. Even David was certainly able to do close-quarters combat he was really suited for that type of combat but had at least an adequate amount of skill in that area of combat.

As he ran, Marco tried to keep his eyes peeled for any movement within the ruined park. But so far, nothing allowed him to see his opponents. Knowing whoever this person was used a range weapon, he could not afford to stay still at any given moment. Flipping his stone coin up before again, he caught it a second later.

As he glanced at the result, he frowned. "Tails again..." Not what he was aiming for, but he had to make do with it for now. But before he could truly decide on that, a shot rang out through the sky once more, and immediatly Marco dove forward. However, no dive would be fast enough to dodge a bullet that he didn't know the point of origin from. Marco's only saving grace was that running made him a more difficult target, as the bullet bit down onto his hat, knocking it off of his head.

As the hat bounced to the side, Marco slammed his stone coin down into the ground underneath, once more unleashing the shockwaves, but this time using them to whip up a massive cloud of dirt and sand, hoping to obscure his opponent's long range view as he dropped himself flat to the ground afterwards, quickly grasping his hat from the side, scoffing at the bullet puncture. He had to pinpoint this person's location fast. With that in mind, he slipped the stone coin away once more and brought forth a beautiful crystal coin, simply crawling forward a bit under the cover of the dust cloud, covering his face with his arm slightly.

Pulled the handle back to pop out the bullet and load another into the holding station where the bullet was awaiting to be fired to its target. However, there was a slight complication to this sort of tactic that David has arranged. The opponent had become aware of David’s long-range capability and decided to shield himself from fire of David’s Long-Bow DMR. David cursed in frustration as he looked down his sights at the dust cloud that had formed around the male opponent. He needed to think of something to counter this evasion of being shot by David, and with this he went into thought mode as he eyed no movement from the dust cloud. Seeing is how the opponent seems to have a sort of interval between attacks this would relay or sort of time sequence before the next attack would commence. It also seems as though the opponent has a flip of a coin type ability system which would make sense since each of the moves the opponent has performed were either defensive or offensive. Knowing this David would need to anticipate the ability before reacting with urgency. Though there was the complication of not really knowing what the opponent could do and with this David played several scenarios in his head before coming up with the right scenario. This battle was something unheard of, but he needed to open his mind to possibility that this opponent was something of another level.

David stood to a kneeling position as he slipped out his Hammond P2011 keeping his Long-Bow DMR strapped to his back. Knowing the situation of the battle he needed to keep his distance and with this he turned his back to the opponent and made a break for the nearest patch of cover that would keep him concealed for the time being while he assesses the situation. David’s all-out sprint seemed to be enough to get him away from the opponent far enough so that he couldn’t see him. Though the dust cloud was still apparent in the sky, but David did not want to marvel at this astonishing power. David used his thrusters, which were strapped to the tail-bone, and was propelled into the air and into a tree. For a brief moment the enemy could have spotted David as he did this maneuver into the tree. David then leaped from the withered tree to the ground before running once more to gain some distance between him and the opponent. Once at a far enough distance [of 1,000 Meters = 1 Kilometer = 0.621371 Miles] away he slid behind a small dune and settled there trying to gather his breath knowing he could have been spotted several times [in which he might have concerning the maneuvers he had made] during that sprint. On a side-note David wondered where his Titan was at this moment. Could he call it to his aid? It was worth a try. But he needed his Titan for later encounters with this male opponent.

Crawling forward under the cover of the floating dust and dirt, Marco managed to find his way out of the dust cloud. He was well aware his nice and white suit would be stained by the dirty ground he had been crawling over, and he couldn't say he liked that. Appearances were pretty important to him.
Whatever the case was, he held close to the ground to give himself a larger window of time before being spotted. THat's when he saw it, a glance of movement. It was brief, but it was enough. He knew the direction his opponent was and he could strike. Now the only worry, was how willing fate was to let him attack.
Glancing at his crystal coin, Marco nodded to himself, as he flicked the coin up in the sky, sending it spinning at a high speed. This caused the coin to gain a few electric currents to flow about it, and thus would give away his position. It was a gamble, but that's what everything he did was.
Pushing himself up promptly he caught the coin as it came back down, gazing down at the result.

"Tails." Curses! As the coin landed, a colorful barrier formed in front of Marco, but this easily gave away where he was. This was not the result he was hoping for, and so, Marco was once more forced on the retreat as he darted to the side, staying low and moving in irregular zigzag patterns to try and make it harder on his opponent to hit him. He missed his chance because fate did not favor him at that moment and it was frustrating. No matter, he had expected the chance of this happening and now sought to keep himself out of harm's way and use the trees to try and make shooting him a much more challenging endeavor.

As David gathered himself behind the small hill/dune he spotted a few sparks of electricity fly in the midst of the air, and would suddenly realize that where ever that was it had to be where the enemy was doing the luck combat system David was thinking about. David cocked his sniper rifle loading another bullet into the holding station of the weapon. However, David wasn’t really ready to set up another overwatch position upon the opponent. So David had a hard time getting himself into a position that wasn’t too revealing, but still had enough coverage to expel the opponent. David peered down the sights towards the opponent’s last known location and saw that the opponent had a strange force-field that had easily gave away where the opponent was. David smirked underneath his mechanical helm, but that smirk soon died as the opponent began to make maneuvers he couldn’t follow. David’s smirk became a serious frown of frustration as he zeroed in on the opponent.

David kept his thoughts silent, and his eyes and ears focused as he began to zero in on the opponent. Then David fired the first bullet in which might have been a miss at this point due to the opponent’s movements. David then loaded another bullet and fired the next shot this time somewhat closer to its target. He did this for about five more times before getting slightly cocky and decided to follow the opponent and stalk him for a while. He wanted to observe this opponent’s battle patterns and move-sets for he needed this information to out-maneuver his opponent.

Marco just kept on running, his eyes darting left and right to find any possibilities for him to get himself to safety.
The sound of a gunshot rang out, as a bullet whizzed past him. He had to protect himself and for that reason, reached down to swap his crystal coin for the metal one once again.
Another bullet followed soon after that, biting down into his whipping around cloak, ripping a hole in it and just barely missing him. Now he knew however where his opponent was and turned himself to face the direction he expected the shot to come from, coin at the ready.
And surely enough, another shot came, but this time, Marco flicked his coin towards it, managing to strike the speeding bullet and hitting out of mid-air, having launched the coin at such an angle that it was launched back into his hand, while the bullet bit down into the dust.
Then another bullet came, and another. But both of them met the same fate. Now that he knew where his opponent was, he could defend himself.

As he kept on running, he found no more bullets were chasing him and instead turned his gaze ahead of him again, still running on as he flipped the gray-green coin before him. "C'mon... Gimme some love..." As the coin landed, he scoffed slightly. "Tails... It'll do..." He said as he now turned in a light jump, the entire hand that held the coin glowing, before a massive grey-green metal fist formed in thin air and launched himself in the direction that the sniper shots had previously come from, plowing through trees like they were butter.
As that happened, Marco dove aside to take cover behind a tree, glancing around it to see if the sniper would jump out of cover to dodge the incoming fist... if he was still on a collission course with it.

David, unknowing to his own situation, suddenly saw trees and other forms terrain split in two by something large. David tried his best to keep himself moving, but the oncoming figure [that seemed to take the form of a fist] was on collision course for him. David knew this moment was going to be a short window and with this he pushed himself mentally and physically. David gained an extra foot or two in speed and with this leaped forward a damaged sidewalk that was off to the left of the oncoming metal fist. David’s foot was nearly caught in the oncoming metal fist and with this he rolled to stop sliding slightly. David stood to his feet and became frustrated that the male opponent would harbor such powerful abilities. David pulled out his Archer Heavy Rocket and aimed towards the male opponent’s last known position.

David, knew that he wasn’t dealing with another Titan so he needed to make the best of what he had and with this he aimed it towards a known tree and pressed the trigger firing a rocket towards the location. However there were no Titans or Dropships it was rather hard trying to fire something that required a lock-on to either two. David knew this, and ignored the use for this weapon and decided to stretch the weapons further. David crouched down behind a down tree from the oncoming fist. David waited for the sound of explosion…

As Marco peered at the scenery collapsing around his projectiles collissions course from behind his cover, he saw his opponent appear, grinning widely. "There you are..." He moved his hand down to switch coins again, but was stopped when he saw a new weapon being aimed in his direction. This definatly didn't look like a gun, so instead of switching coins, he nodded to himself and ran out of cover, directly towards his moment, making him an easier target for the missile he was about to fire. "Don't let me down, baby..." He ushered as he flipped his coin as his opponent launched the attack.

Catching the coin, Marco smirked as fate seemed to favor him this time. "Heads..." He muttered to himself, before he just kept on running towards the oncoming missile, and right before he crashed against it, his entire body changed. The white of his clothing turned to a metallic gray-green, as did the rest of him. His steps became heavier and slower, but Marco's grin did not disappear as the rocket collided with him head-on.
Caught in the explosion, nearby trees were felled and sand and dust was once more whipped up into a big smoke cloud.

Marco however, remaining crouched in the cover of the smoke of the explosion, but just knocked back a few feet. The power of his Titan's Coin had protected him yet again as he had become a walking statue. Smirking, he reached down for his holstered Luger pistol and pulled it out. He knew where his opponent was now, and he'd have a surprise for him. His gun firmly locked in his metal hand, he marched through the dust and smoke cloud, until he could see his opponent. Sadly enough, he was still out of range, but he kept on walking forward nonetheless. Maybe his opponent would flee, but he thought it was a good scare to show him how he just shrugged off a rocket.

Seeing the Archer Heavy Rocket have no effect on the target David knew he had gave away his greatest strength to the enemy and with this saw the enemy slowly lurch towards him. The opponent, to David’s surprise, had shrugged a missile that was solely intended to take down a Titan in two or three hits. David attached the Archer Heavy Rocket to his back once more and with this stood to his feet knowing it was about time to call in his Titan. However, David wasn’t sure if it were to work since he had just traveled dimension not too long ago. David looked at his dashboard-like watch on his wrist and with this typed in a pass-code that would call in his Titan. David looked towards the oncoming opponent and frowned behind his mechanical helm, and with this turns tail and ran off towards the frontal direction of the opponent. Suddenly out of the blue a large blue spheres appears from the sky and with this it seemed to be summoning something perhaps his Titan. Whatever the blue orb was summoning it materialized slowly before becoming one whole mass, and it turned out to be David’s Titan. The Titan’s class was that of an Atlas, well balance and equal; neither strong nor fast. The Atlas fell to the Earth causing dust and dirt particles to kick up as it made contact with the ground. David smirked behind his helm as he leaped up to the Atlas with it grabbing him and throwing him inside.

David knew that he had set the stakes, and with this turned the titan towards the opponent. David ordered the Titan to cock its weapon and with this it aimed its XO-16 Chaingun towards the opponent. David pressed down on the trigger ordering the Titan to open fire upon the metal man. David knew he would have the upper-hand here, but just how long would it take to kill this man with this Titan. David wondered this slightly, but kept his attention on the metal man.

Marco kept on slowly approaching his opponent, pistol as he simply stared him down. What could this fool now try to do against him. The distance between them was beginning to close, and guns wouldn't help him much there.
As Marco was about to raise his luger pistol up to the man, his eyes set upon the sky.
Something was teleporting in, that was certain. But he couldn't recognise whatever was beginning to form. He stopped in his tracks, simply peering at the large armed contraption, casually putting his pistol away again as he slipped out his metal coin once more. As he did this, his metal coat began to dissipate. His opponent boarded the large machine as it came to life. He had little choice but to go for chance now.
The gray-green coin flipped up in the sky once more as his opponent's weapon turned to him. "C'mon, lady luck..." He whispered as the coin landed in his hand once more.

"Tails..." He cursed under his breath as the chaingun roared to life. Once more, a huge metallic fist materialized before him, as the adamantium shape was launched forward, towards the firing barrel of the chaingun.
Not willing to take any risks, Marco dashed off to the side, hoping to take cover in the destroyed park around them. Now he was outmatched and he knew it. He only had a short amount of time to last and find out the weakness of this machine, or else this was his loss.

David pulled the XO-16 Chaingun away to see again a large metallic fist come straight towards him. David was within direct path of this fist, so he had little time to react and with this David urged the Atlas to dash out of the way. As David saw the Atlas dash out of the way of the metal fist, he saw [for a brief second] his opponent leap into the foliage that is the ruined park. David settled the Titan as it slid to a stop and with this David turned the Titan towards the opponent’s last known position and open fire around that area slowly walking forward towards the area to flesh him out. David knew his opponent was at an extreme disadvantage with David’s Titan, and so he was going to exploit this foot-hold as best as he could.

David spoke out towards the opponent for the first time knowing it was about time to end this battle, “Let’s end this now!” David then slammed his hand down upon a black button that opened up missile silos upon the Atlas’s shoulders and back. Suddenly missiles came flying out of its back and towards the foliage hoping to destroy the opponent before he has a chance to counter.

Marco knew he had been seen as soon as he realized his metal projectile had missed. This was it, he was cornered like a rat. No normal human could get away from this alive.
His eyes moved down towards the coin in his hand, taking a deep breath as he heard the weapon's chaingun rev up once more. "All or nothing... Fate... Gimme some love..." He uttered out, before he flipped the metal coin up again.
He could hear the hailstorm of bullets digging into dirt and wood around him as the coin came down. This flip would decide life or death.

And as the coin landed... "... Tails..." Marco couldn't help but smirk. It would appear faith decided he did not need victory upon this day. Though he would be reborn again, he never truly appreciated loss.
"Well then... Let's go down good then..." As the Atlas approached, raining hell down around Marco, he quickly turned around the tree, running straight into the torrent of bullets, which easily bit down into his flesh, staining his white garments a crimson red as he rose his hand towards the titan, aiming at the point where he saw the man get in. "Let's go down good, boy!" He called out as yet another metal fist materialized and launched straight towards where he assumed the cockpit of the weapon was. Maybe if he could hit him, he could buy himself enough time to follow up and snatch a clutch victory. If he did not miss, then Marco would accept defeat as it came, for fate did not smile upon him today.

“Let's go down good, boy!”

Those rang out amongst the chaos that was this battle. However, something had caught David’s eye as he unleashed the Titan’s fury upon his opponent. His opponent had materialized, before his very eyes, a metal fist that came straight for the Atlas’s cockpit. David couldn’t move or react to such a close up encounter and with this David felt the Atlas jerk backwards as the fist came into contact with David’s Atlas. The Atlas was sent spiraling down the ruined park causing massive dirt explosions each time it came into contact with the ground. Sirens blare, within the cockpit, as damage dealt from the fist registered into the Atlas itself. David grunted here and there holding on the joy-sticks trying to center himself as the Atlas slowly came to a screeching halt in a cease-pool. Dirt water shot up into the air and with this David breathed out heavily as a piece of shrapnel punctured his lower left side and right chest. David then gripped the shrapnel pieces and pulled them out before long and with this ejected knowing the Titan was going to blow up any minute. David was thrown into the air and before he knew it he was high up in the air. He looked up towards the sky knowing he had reached his end. He was going face Death head-on however and with this he turned his back to the sky and activated his Parkour-Thrusters to soft the fall. Soon David came face-to-face with the ground and with this he stood there holding the spots where he had punctured.

David smirked as he knew he would live long enough to survive this battle, “Into the fire we ride… To see the one’s we dearly know…” David stood there before taking off his helm and throwing it aside. David un-holstered his Hammond P2011 and with this walked slowly towards the opponents last known position. He spoke loud and clear, “You have fought valiantly my opponent, but fate has not said any prayers to you… For your safety, and for now I shall end your life…"

As the massive weapon before him began to topple, Marco could only snicker at the irony of fate. "So you're not turning a completely blind eye to me? You have my thanks, lady luck."
But the situation was grim nonetheless, Marco felt a stinging pain appear in multiple places, as a red liquid darkened the white of his coat. At first glance, he could count atleast 5 different bullet wounds, two of them nearly fatal as one had bitten down above his collar bone, and another, puncturing through his gut. He also caught two shots in his right leg, completely disabling his mobility. Knowing this, he simply let himself drop on the ground, leaning back against the stump that remained of the tree he just hid behind.

Marco's attention then shifted to the silhuette of a person, being launched out of the weapon. His attack hit, but it was not his victory. A light chuckle was all he could muster as he moved his hand to his holstered Luger pistol, before smirking and moving it away again. Instead, he slid his metal coin back into its space and picked out his crystal coin again. He could then hear his opponent speak up through the slowly settling dust and smoke, laying his coin ready in his hand.

"Has it not?" He called out audibly aswell. "Well then... Guess there's no harm... In a final flip... A single coin's outcome, deciding the victor and the loser. This is the true thrill..." And with that, he flipped the crystal coin up into the air.

"Let fate decree... The true winner..."

As the coin came down and landed upon Tails, Marco smirked. "Fate favors you today..." With that, a shimmering barrier appeared in front of Marco, as he simply smirked at his incoming opponent.

David gripped the hilt of his Hammond P2011, and with this walked over slowly to see the opponent hiding behind and shielded dome of some sort. David slammed his fist down upon the barrier and with this he slowly backed away. Then David thought for a moment, ‘That shield won’t last long so I might want to take advantage of this moment…’ So David pulled out his satchel charges [x4] and set them around the opponent knowing that if that shield were to go out he would be done for anyway. David smirked as he held onto the trigger and slowly walked away. David came to a safe distance and sat down and waited for the shield to disperse before setting off the charges. David knew that this battle had come to an end with him as the victory. David smiled softly and gave a thumb up, “You have fought hard my friend… But it’s time for you to return from once you came… This was a great battle nonetheless… I thank you for giving me such a great time…”

David leaned against a tree and laughed slightly, “I’ve never thought that I would have fought this hard and still have enough strength to sit here and talk to you… Absolutely amazing..”

Marco just sat there, snickering as he looked at the man placing the explosives. As he did that, he casually stuffed away the crystal coin and instead picked out his luger pistol with no sense of urgency whatsoever, holding it firmly in his right hand as he gazed at the shield before him.
"Ah... A good battle it was indeed... And indeed, I shall return to where I came from... And then I will challenge fate once more when my body allows it..."

As the man sat down at a safe distance from the explosion, Marco checked his pistol once, before letting it rest against his chest. As the man then continued to speak, Marco cracked a smile. "And to think... that if the last had landed differently, you'd be a smoldering pile of misery by now... I guess you are lucky... But well..." Marco spoke as he realized his shield began to waver slowly, about to disperse.

"Maybe your luck has run out too..."

As he said this, Marco aimed his pistol forward and pulled the trigger. Using his supreme accuracy that was his trademark talent, he launched a single bullet aimed towards his opponent. More specifically, aimed between his head and neck. The bullet would reach the shield just as it dispersed, allowing it safe passage.
He was expecting that his opponent would still be able to detonate the explosives, but he felt the need to test this man's luck one last time.

With that, he awaited fate's result... Be it an explosive death or no.

David smirked as he pressed a button suddenly sending a signal to detonate the satchel charges. Suddenly an explosion engulfed the opponent. David, however, only saw the bullet for the split second and with this tried to move slightly. The bullet had skid across his left cheek and into the tree behind him. David smiles softly as blue spheres appeared above him and his Titan. He had finished off the opponent, but at what cost? As David was transported, due to blood lost, had slowly slipped into a coma, and died mid transfer. David had fought valiantly against his opponent, but had paid the price for that wonderful battle. He had won this battle, but it had taken his life to do so. His body floated down amongst his own realm, and with this it settled against the cold hard ground that was the battlefield. A couple pilots came rushing to his aid, but realized that he was already dead. His Titan crashed into a building and laid there unmoving, and destroyed.

David’s body was picked up a hauled off via-dropship and with this his fellow pilots sat there and mourned his death. One of the pilots settled a hand on another, “He fought hard… His mother and father will be proud of him…”

Thus this battle, this fate, has decided its victor. In this day in history, he will forever be known by his friends and family as the greatest man who ever lived.
