The Magnan

The last of the humans were rounded up, into the centre of the park. The Razerian General Tye waited for what his order would be. He knew they never took prisoners. Any survivors were killed. The order came through and he gave the signal. The Razerian troops raised they energy rifles. Tye noticed something the sky was filled with orange blotches.
He muttered something in Razerians which translated as, "What the....?"
One spore slammed down and something fell out. Then again it was somethings. Tye and some of his troops turned to face them. As they got closer he noticed they were made up of energy. One charged forward its claw raised ready to strike. The Razerians fired. Some disintegrated but more just kept coming. He knew when he was badly outnumbered, there was no choice but too run like hell. He shouted orders. His troops turned and fled. The humans did the same in a different direction. They watched as more spores slammed into the surface. Soon the districts were barely recognisable. The ghouls growed in numbers. Hundreds to Thousands. Some of the ships had been overrun. The Revenant suffered damage as it pulled back, but the cargo was on board and there was no stopping it.
Commander Kieth of the Space Grid worked tirelessy to get the system up and running. Chaos had erupted on the planet below, and he was in no way able to send help. Eventually he had a clear view of the planet and the Revenant. The planet had oranges blotches, however the sensors picked up a supply ship entering one of the hangars. One of the security teams was sent to find out who or what it was. The commander knew the risks if the enemy was now on board.
(sorry if this is bad)
