So here's an idea. Let's roleplay... with no plan whatsoever. No character sheets, and no set amount of players. If you feel like jumping in, jump in.

There will be no goal set here, no plan in OOC -- this thread will remain for information, and for the sake of people being able to say 'DUDES! I'M IN!'.

Everything else must come from the RP.

You may introduce any elements you want into the RP. There are no limits, aside from the customary not killing of other people's characters. There is no set world. One player may say Paris - the next may expand on that with post-apocalyptic Paris, the next may introduce an alien invasion, and goodness knows... we may end up with a plague of evil mice ruled by a mutant caterpillar.

Shall we completely derail a thread? Throw yourselves in as you find necessary... don't bother asking permission.

Thanks, so can you start almost anywhere, even in a different timeline, like the future or past. Just I'm considering using my main character Hider.

You can add anything into the thread you like, so long as it doesn't directly conflict with what someone else has already stated.

IE, we have airships - and a cliff so far. But that doesn't mean it can't be the year 3872, or pink sheep. Just take what we've got, and keep it moving in an interesting direction. :D

Erica with a squirrel called Alex, who are running from something. Goodness knows what!

I'm terrible at summaries of RPs, but I'll give it my best shot!
*Ahem*
So far, as you have read, Erica is stuck on a cliff, her last hope of escaping being this low-flying airship.
Unfortunately, not one, but TWO assailants, namely Oz and a second airship, are firing on said airship.
Johnny has jumped off his airship, flying for who knows where.
Horf, the Hider, and the rest of the assassin crew are closing in on Erica, but Myst finds them just in time to get in between them.
And... Wade, for whatever reason, bolted past the assassins, Myst, and Erica to jump of the cliff and latch onto a loose cable on the low-flying airship.

Hope that helps out a little.

No its fine. Just caught in the heat of the moment. I did it once in a roleplay a while ago. i had about seven people attacking my demons Nightmare, Dark Hand. The other two's name left my mind. So it was pretty confusing.

It is pretty confusing. This being half the point, and part of the problem XD.

Magnan, I think I've been referring to Hider? I know I've been trying to - but I'm never quite sure how far away from Erica he is, or whether she's supposed to be able to know he's there.

Demongirl, certainly not meaning to ignore you - but again, I wasn't quite sure where the hawk's position fit in with Erica's. And then I got lost trying to respond to everything else that was going on.

Crazzeh times.

Indeed, positioning people is difficult, especially since it has to be done with words rather than pictures.
I had mentioned that Myst had herself positioned in between Erica and Horf, but I wasn't sure how close Horf was to Erica.

But hey, this is why the OOC thread exists.
To clear confusion like this up.

Oversights and not wanting to read over all posts (quote is for example of context, but this is targetted generally) — I do hope this isn't the norm. I can't help but feel players aren't putting in much effort when I see things like that. I not saying that you guys aren't, and like I said, I'm enjoying things; Just saying, when I see stuff like that, I can't help but get that feeling somewhat. To be honest, I actually didn't notice any inconsistencies or anything wrong with the consistency of In Character posts until it was pointed out here, so it's not a big issue, but just thought I'd mention. And as someone that *always* makes the effort to read over and understand every single last In Character post in any given roleplay, there's been many times before in *other* roleplays (these didn't have anything to do with any of you — different crowd of players) where I've been left feeling like a utter moron for taking something seriously when no one else did. x.x

Anyhow, with that out, moving on.
