Blake was walking down a street that used to be Vancouver BC, Canada. They buildings surrounding him were either collapsed or highly destroyed. He noticed a short apartment building that had graffiti on it from all those years ago when Vancouver was a live city with easily a million people in it. He remembered his Grandpa telling him stories about the city that his Great Grandparents had told him. He tried to imagine the place full of people and cars, but it didn't come to his mind since the place was so empty and dull.

Blake saw movement in the corner of his eye. He spun, seeing that it was just an old cat. He crouched down and stuck his hand out. "Here, kitty kitty." He mumbled. The cat seemed to stare at him as if he were stupid, then ran off. Blake frowned and stood back up, waving it off. He continued through the city until he came to a beach. There, he sat down on the soft sand and stared out at the water. He sighed, wishing that he could go swimming, but he didn't know how to. So, he could only sit and watch at the water as it continued to go up and down the beach.

After a while of sitting around, Blake got up and started to walk back to a small village just out side of the destroyed city. The Inn keeper there had offered him a room and a large dinner for free after saving their son from falling out of a tree. Blake had argued at first, but the inn keeper had insisted that he stay. So he had.

Tano Noro felt a fluctuation in the air, that had drew him to the ruins of Vancouver. If you listen well enough, the wind will tell you all that you need to know, was Noro's personal motto. It would seem he had found one of the remaining Controllers, and this one was of the same affinity as him.

Tano followed the wind, and found the young man on the beach. The boy got up and walked away, and Tano followed him to the inn. It would be useful to know the locations of all the controllers, for his grand scheme.

“1000 years and this place is still a wreck…”

Tiberius, hidden by a thick brown-linen cloak, made his way through the ruined city of Vancouver. Observing his surroundings, he remembered seeing pictures of a once beautiful city by the sea. A wise-man once said that time heals all wounds, however Tiberius thinks the wise man a fool after observing the obvious effects of time on the city of Vancouver.

Hoping over long decayed cars and road-blocks, Tiberius soon looked upwards to a large building.

“City Hall… it should be in there…” he muttered to himself.

Tiberius had somewhat of a business plan running. There were many groups out there who paid good money for Old-World artifacts. They would hire men like Tiberius to fetch it for them, then be rewarded with a handsome sum of money. However, Tiberius would obtain the item, collect his money, then kill everyone and retrieve the artifact back to sell it in the black market for more cash.

Little do most people know, Tiberius was a controller of the rock element, as well as a skilled swordsman. This made his jobs much easier, and his skills with controlling the element of earth increase with each job.

“I suppose this job will go about without a hitch like my pervious one… pity, I wonder if there are any more controllers left.”

Blake stared out the window of the bedroom he was in. It wasn't the best view at the moment, but he guess that it would be amazing during sundown. He had eaten a great meal of smashed potatos mixed in with cooked carrots and peas along with a bun of bread and a large glass of milk. He had said 'thanks' to the owner about 500 times before heading to his room.

Nothing much had happened since. There really wasn't much to do in the area except for go and see the clearly abandoned city from so long ago. Blake decided to see if he could find a good perch in the city to watch the sunset. He quickly slipped downstairs.

"Well, would you like some more to eat son?" July, the owner's wife, asked. She was grinning at him and held up a plate she was cleaning. "We still have some leftovers."

"No. I'm quite alright." Black smiled back. "I'm just going to go for a walk." He said, opening the front door and leaving the Inn. He walked the short distance from the small country side area to the abandoned city, where he realized that someone had been following him. He had put his guard on high while entering the city, knowing that a building could collapse or so on.

So, instead of confronting the person, he waited until he was in an area full of dust. He stopped there, using his ability to control wind and lifting up all the dust. It would create a good screen, so that he would be able to get far enough away. He sprinted down the street and then climbed up a building he though looked sturdy.
