This is basically a recruitment drive for 'The Society.' Don't know what The Society is? Simple!
After the Nuclear Apocalypse in 2030 a group of three soldiers left over from the 15th California Grenadiers moved into an office building. These three men were Ruben, Hector, and Nomad. When they formed The Society it was run to help protect the apocaplypse survivors with a cheap alternative for goods, rather than going through the Guild of Travellers. The Guild of Travellers, being the only well-equip organization, were the only ones able to make caravan trips between cities.
The Society was meant to be like the Unions, to get the voiceless a voice. Though with the power and thousands of fanatics, power tripped Ruben, Hector left to persue art in the wasteland, and Nomad fell into a river (Irradiated water = mutation ): ). When the Caravan Wars hit in 2045, the Guild of Travellers lost and The Society resurfaced, 10 thousand people shorter. So now the big old office building with 'THE SOCIETY' written over some old advertisement sign stands nearly empty, with full military arsenal.
The Apocalypse:
It was very simple how it all ended. Oil ran dry in 2020, and the EU had gone to war with the UAN and most of South America for their oil reserves. The U.S. had walked out on a UN Energy Meet, after proclaiming 'All of the world's oil in the waters belong to US.' With this breakdowns in relations started.
The Soviet Union (The never collapsed in this universe, and the Cold War died in '01 after the Trade Centre Bombings) founded a large underground oil pocket in the Bering Sea. The Navy invades U.S. waters to build water derrecks. The U.S. then declares war on the Soviet Union, NATO goes to war hoping to get a share of the oil from the U.S. for helping. Canada, Mexico, and Cuba side with the Soviets, all others in the Western Hemisphere side with the U.S. The Resource War beings.
In 2024 Soviet Troops invade Alaska, Russian bulk attack Anchorage. THey are beaten back by National Guard. Laser weapons, powered flex armour, and atomic weapons are incorporated on the U.S.'s side. Soviet troops are kicked out of Alaska a week after they made landfall. Canada is invaded, millions of innocents killed by cruise missile strikes. U.N. calls for the U.S. to stop all fighting, the U.S. refuses. NATO overrides the U.N. three months later, the U.N. disbands. Africa turns to hell as genocide goes unchecked.
2028, U.S. Navy is attacked by Chinese, Soviet, Korean, and Vietnamese navies. Pearl Harbor glassed, no survivors. Economic blockades on the west coast of the U.S. East coast open to all of Europe, oil is exchanged for military favours. By that time the Soviet Support is dwindling to most Asian countries and Italy. That same year, the EU pumps the Middle East and South America dry of oil, and abandon them.
2030, fullscale invasion from the Soviets and Chinese, by that time all other countries are at rock bottom and suffering anarchy. The U.S. cannot repel millions of men, U.S. trenches overran. President Desmonde declares that no one will gain American soil without a fight, and launches nukes all over the world. 15000 warheads fired, 5000 into the mainland on the west coast, to kill the invaders.
Every Nuclear Power fired their arsenal.

- NO COMBAT (None, your character is automatically executed and dumped from the continuity.)
- This is Post-Apocalyptic, with a very close Fantasy-Realism. Fantasy races are allowed, as are fantasy powers (Magicka is Psi, Psionic Adpets are NOT open about their powers.)
- Guns are very limited, as is ammo, so must weapons are melee.
