It all started when Owl Hunter, the once most favored hero of Republic City was announced dead. Many people griefed and mourned on his death, but... Without him, things changed.. People started to lock themselves during night, barricade their houses leaving the streets empty for the unspeakable horror. Criminals were forced to hide in the shadows of the alleys or else, say goodbye to Earth..
The 'unspeakable horror' that roamed the streets at night are monsters or Hybrids, genetically mutated humans, either living or corpses. Not zombies, but brutal killers. They only ruled the night until Senator Riley's 33rd Press Conference which encourages the Hybrids to attack during day.. Now, the people are filled with even more fear.. When you wake up, blood on streets, small voices or screams, limbs or corpses or even heafs impaled on a sign post. It's an apocalypse.
There are some people who are the same as the great Owl Hunter, these men and women are Rogues. Not only them, even brave normal people and law enforces stood to reclaim the streets. One man quoted:

If the military can't help us, we gotta do it our own. If I got no guns, I still have my freakin' guts!

But, what lies beyond the Norridian Borders are described as a warzone. Enemies of the Empire lise beyond them, brutish, barbaric Brutes, savage and cruel Fulgrims and the Forces of Hades. Even the small empired Cerevaals defend their lands 'till their last breath. They only know flesh and steel..


Enforcers are the law enforcers mentioned above. Here are the ones you can be:

Normal Enforcers: Police officers, and other common law enforcers can be found here.

Imperial Enforcers: Imperial Enforcers are the ones who worked for the Norridian Empire and serve the Royal Family or the Royal Tree. (More details on the city later)

Judgement Enforcers: Judgement Enforcers are classified as Level 3 Enforcement Stage. Whenever a huge riot or a terrorist attack, these men are called in.

Elite Cerebrum Enforcers: The most elite and the most eligible unit to replace the army in the battlefield. Twice the effectiveness of the Judgement Enforcers and give an arsenal of death. You are dead for good

Rogues: Rogues are the ones that superhuman powers and they usually fight as a hero known to most people. Which means they must be known to the people.

Daybreakers: These are vigilantes, work alone and do not have powers but most of them have skills or gadgetry. And work on the day before the Hybrids attack during day.

Equalists: These men either have powers or not, but they work for a secret organization known as M.E.D.U.S.A (for chrissakes why??) And very very skilled at assassinating targets.

Riftwalkers: They are the ones who worked for no one and kill whenever they need too. They may have powers but they do not rely on it too much except for extra mobility and increasing their senses.

Raiders: These are people with powers but vigilantes at the same time. They can work on any time of the day..

P/S: You can choose to be one of these types as well


The Empire is vast, spanning from the UK to across Asia up until the shores of the Southern America. Its Royal City rests in London and most of its technology are powered by steam, so this is a steampunk-ish RP you may say.

The Empire of Norridia

The Empire of Norridia spanned from Europe to Asia until the shores of South America. The vast lands of the Empire allowed them to produce industrial and military products easily. The Empire was governed by a family of pure royal blood. The Norridian Librarian Guards believes that the family or known as the Royal Tree was directly descended from the greatest king of Old Norridia, Kharian.

Military
The huge Empire needs a huge army. It is called the Imperial Army or as the Sons of the Sun. The huge army were divided in several types, the massive Land Fighters, the huge Royal Fleet and the large Imperial Navy Fleet.

[Land Fighters] The army of the Land Fighters were divided into smaller divisions called Regiments lead by a leader of their own called as the Prime. The total soldiers of the land fighters are around 3-4 billion. Sending only 4 million into battles everyday.

[Royal Air Fleet/Royal Fleet] The Fleet is as large as half of Asia. Home to 3,500,000,000 airships and mother ships. This is the strongest unit of the Empire.

The Navy constantly patrols around the oceans of their Empire. The Navy is also divided into smaller divisions called Troopers and lead by a leader also called as Primes. They keep the oceans safe.

[Argathian Cerebrum] The Argathian Cerebrum is the most feared warriors of the Norridian Empire. Their soldiers are recruited from how they are treated as a child. If they are bullied as a kid, the Cerebrum Recruitment Court will take him in. The recruited will be genetically enchanced, trained 18 hours a day, trained to overcome their greatest fears, asked to follow the Cerebrum Code of War and will be chosen to be one of the 5 Argathian Cerebrum Class, Assault, Shroud, Exterminator, Cerebrum Mecharium or Blade Waker.


Hybrid Types revealed!

Normal Hybrids are still look like human with rotting flesh and skin. It is not human I tell you. Well, not anymore since it is the only Hybrid type that transforms corpses into Normal Hybrids.

A faster and agile version of the Normal Ones. But, they are most likely weaker and is stronger in packs. They are usually found in abandoned dark factories and in dark alleyways.

These Hybrids are waayy more different than the more zombie-like ones. These types are far more dsngerous, able to spit out hot liquid with its tongue and teleports in 2-4 meters. But, after teleporting, these Hybrids need to regain energy. Meaning that they are vulnerable.. Also, sword wielding..

Now, things are getting even more nastier. The Geno-Hybrids or simply referred to as Genos are fast, agile, deadly and extremely brutal Hybrid. They look like aliens and its tail arr capable of acting as a whip and a tube for tranferring Geno-Eggs to their enemies' bodies by 'injecting' inside the victim's body. After a few minutes/hours the Eggs will hatch and burst out of the body...

The Hybrid Behemoth is the biggest Hybrid ever encountered. This huge Behemoth's size is thrice the length of the Titanic. It acts as a carrier ship and referred to as the Mother Creature by the Hybrids. Only one Behemoth that carries the Mother Creature, it is the Mother Behemoth ship. It can carry over 5,000,000 infected or non infected Hybrid..

The Cerevaals are a small empire compared to Norridia. Although small, they have the most advanced technology since the year 4500. Massive battle suits, high firepower, energy weapons, advanced armor and weapons. And its nations within its reign are organized very well.

The Holy Order are a part of Norridia's military and law enforcement ministries. And is have a very close relationship to the Mundatorem Daemonorium or also known as the Purifier of Demons. They fight the demons summoned by the Forces of Hades' Summoners and Sorcerers but they protect the Norridian civillians from it, instead of the Purifier's Sacred war against these supernatural but deadly creatures. Always wear white or silver armor.

Short Bio: Zhen was the youngest in a household of theives and murderers. His family was the infamous gang known as "The Wrath of Khan". These villainous thugs were one of the most feared gangs around and they wanted Zhen to be part of it. There weren't many in the family who had powers, none but his father, Tjeckle Khan before him, who wanted nothing to do with this crime to society. However, the people only feared his power as he controlled it a little too well. His father had the power of telekinesis and could lift ENTIRE city blocks with this power. It was at this time that the military had stepped in. Tjeckle had taken his son, Zhen, and trained him in the ways of a hero. Zhen had always looked up to his father, even if the people accused him of being a criminal. But, Tjeckle Khan was finally found and thought to be killed by a couple ECEs. Zhen had never forgotten his father's teachings as he grew amongst the gangs, to which he took acts against and overthrew. It was then that he had discovered his father's Razor-Rimmed Hat, hidden in his old room. He had never seen one before, but it was fabled that this was the ultimate weapon. Zhen trained himself in how to use it, even creating his own fighting style with it. Zhen had even managed to learn how to teleport it anywhere he wished. But when things seemed to just be looking up, the hybrids had began attacking during the day. He decided that he was going to aid the city if fighting against the creatures, however, the gang training gave him street smarts as well. It was to always work alone, it was the safe way as no one you loved would get hurt.

Backstory: Before the Hybrids attack, Cypher is just a man who can invent less complex stuffs such as pocket grenades and others. Cypher once travelled to the Royal Air Raider Academy to enroll in but was rejected by his family. Then, during one night his sister was shot and was crippled PROBABLY for life and Cypher got mad. He then finds the people who attacked her and ended their crime carrier. The next day, the Republic City Enforcers found the thugs stuck onto a wall with grey sticky substance on them with a letter on a thug's body saying, "I am Shadow".

Cypher took the Shadow persona for months and self trained with a lot of skills. One day when Cypher was running around on rooftops searching for his assassination target he fell down from the 20th floor but before he touched the ground, a ghostly but strange man appeared to him by the name, The Watcher. He quoted that:

The night is young, and someone must took care of it. I watch the City, and so do you, and the others
Then, Cypher wake up right before dawn and received this, wraith-like powers.

Abilities:
[Wraith] Cypher's Wraith abilities enables him to teleport short ranges, see enemies through walls and where are they looking at, repel enemies away and giving a Third Vision.

[Second Vision/Wraith Vision] Cypher can see enemy through walls and knows where are they looking at.

[Third Vision/Hybrid Eye] Detect Hybrid tracks or locating any invisible Hybrids nearby.

Weapons: A sword, a gun, a rope dart, a pair of electrical gloves, LP3 (Lock Picker 3) an advance lockpicking device invented by himself, a mask that enchances his Vision Senses.

Personality: Paul is the most outgoing of the four imperial enforcers who work together for the royal family. Paul tends to be the most reckless and do things the other three wouldn’t really dare to do. He tends to laugh in the face of danger and death and will do anything if he feels that it will accomplish the mission at hand.

Short Bio: Paul was born into the servant family of one of top Imperial Enforcers in the empire. Paul had a restricted childhood growing up, but it wasn’t until he had expressed his abilities that he had become equally as skilled as his father. However as the days went on he found that his father was murdered by a Rogue who was desperate at making a name for itself. She’s calm and collective about her business which makes her even scarier than her behavior.

Short Bio: Charlotte, much like the other two, was born into one of the most skilled Imperial Enforcer family that the empire had to offer. However Charlotte, on the other hand, was keener towards the technology that the empire had to offer and would often times lock herself up in a specially made mechanic shop where she would tinker and build machines that the empire had provided her. She definitely much smarter than most individuals of the empire, and would flaunt her intelligence through the machines she made. Bringing her to meet the three other members of this rag-tag crew.

Elmer does like to goof off every now and again, but this sort of behavior can get in the way of most of the things he does.

Short Bio: Elmer, much like the other three, was born into the group of skilled Imperial Enforcers. Elmer, at a young age, had expressed his eye for long-range combat and was peculiarly able to see things from the distance with and without the help of a scope of some sort. That was when Elmer was made an Imperial Enforcer for he showed the skills to make it as one, but he would often times be found slacking off somewhere. With this habit he found three others like him who were odd balls and by this time he made himself known to the group forming the four members of the rag-tag group.

Name: Helios Helgrad or Hellknight

Personality: A vengeful man, only cares about his vengeance and his killer. He only kills when he wants to. And is Cypher's first rival.

Abilities: Hellfire, Helios can manipulate fire, teleport with fire and pretty much killing with fire. And he uses fire to torture his enemies by making them burn instead of using fear, darkness and weaknesses like Cypher.

Short Bio: Helios Helgrad is once Cypher's partner as a Riftwalker. But, when he is in a bank during morning he was taken as a hostage and was killed during a robbery. Before he died Helios recognised his killer as Black Jaws, a wanted criminal at that time. Then, a man in a skeletal armor wakes him up in a dream like state where everything around can change, the man calls himself the Guider. Helios was asked to make one wish, and he said, "Get me up back in the real world, I will kill that bastard," the Guider agreed and gave him Hellfire powers and returned as a Raider. Helios searched for months for Black Jaws and on 8th September, he confronted Black Jaws infront of his men. Black Jaws' men was outmatched and Black Jaws was killed. Cypher or Shadow arrived at the place to see that Helios has killed Black Jaws.

He and Shadow began to fight and both of them suffered heavy injuries for both of them have the same skill levels. Afted he left the scene, Helios said this to himself, "No more Helios Helgrad, there is only me... Just.. Helios..."

Weapons/Equipment: Rope darts under his gauntlets, 2 Scourge Swords which can be summoned and Hellfire Stars. All of which can match with Cypher's weapons.

Skills: Rope darting, swordsmanship, parkour and killing...

Hybrid Types revealed!

Normal Hybrids are still look like human with rotting flesh and skin. It is not human I tell you. Well, not anymore since it is the only Hybrid type that transforms corpses into Normal Hybrids.

A faster and agile version of the Normal Ones. But, they are most likely weaker and is stronger in packs. They are usually found in abandoned dark factories and in dark alleyways.

These Hybrids are waayy more different than the more zombie-like ones. These types are far more dsngerous, able to spit out hot liquid with its tongue and teleports in 2-4 meters. But, after teleporting, these Hybrids need to regain energy. Meaning that they are vulnerable.. Also, sword wielding..

Now, things are getting even more nastier. The Geno-Hybrids or simply referred to as Genos are fast, agile, deadly and extremely brutal Hybrid. They look like aliens and its tail arr capable of acting as a whip and a tube for tranferring Geno-Eggs to their enemies' bodies by 'injecting' inside the victim's body. After a few minutes/hours the Eggs will hatch and burst out of the body...

The Hybrid Behemoth is the biggest Hybrid ever encountered. This huge Behemoth's size is thrice the length of the Titanic. It acts as a carrier ship and referred to as the Mother Creature by the Hybrids. Only one Behemoth that carries the Mother Creature, it is the Mother Behemoth ship. It can carry over 5,000,000 infected or non infected Hybrid..

Personality: Isalith, or Chaos Witch Isalith as she called by other Equalists of this era, is a very cold and harsh woman. She tends to be a realist and will do everything in the best benefit of herself or those she deems “worthy” of her protection [however once she is done with those selected few she will torture them to the point of death or straight up kill them if she finds no pleasure in torturing them].

Short Bio: Not much is known about how Isalith came to be. Stories point to the start of the organization known as M.E.D.U.S.A. She was rumored to be one of the first members on the scene and is perhaps the most wicked. Isalith, in recorded history, was most well-known for experimentation of human corpses and other strange obscenities that are occurred in her life time. Apparently this passion grew to the point that she obtained her ability to reanimate and control a corpse without much effort. That is about as much information that is presently available for Isalith due to her strange habit of hiding things.

Appearance:
Arceran stands at 195 centimeters tall (6'5"), and weighs 93 kilograms (about 205 lbs). He is very well muscled, but not overly so (not like a bodybuilder level or anything). All of his muscle is extremely hard packed, and as such, he weighs more than one would think for someone of his... Width. He has black hair that goes down just past his ears, which are pointed slightly. His eyes are a deep dark red color, and occasionally pulsate, throwing light around. His teeth are also all pointed, to varying degrees. He is also well toned, from much time being spent out in the sunlight. This makes him an extremely charismatic individual.

Skills:
A Master Swordsman, Acrobat. He is also a master in the use of improvised weaponry and crafting.

Abilities:
Physical Demonic Physiology - Arceran has two states, which are called his 'Normal Form' and his 'Demon Form'. Whilst in his Normal Form, Arceran has increased physical and mental attributes compared to a normal human. This means he can process information faster, run faster, jump higher and be generally better than your average human. When he is in his Demon Form however, he changes drastically. His body morphs into that of a Demon, like this. He is also resistant to most, if not all, forms of physical, biological and mental attack. He can only be in this form for so long before he loses all control, and berzerks, wildly lashing out and hurting everything nearby, friend or foe.

Demonic Magic - Arceran can use Demonic Magic, which is highly destructive. It can manifest in many ways, such as an inferno, an explosion of blood etc. This magic is very dangerous, both to the user and the target, because it is very taxing on anything other than a demon, and it will utterly destroy most anything caught in it's blast radius.

Voyance is a sword of Demonic Origin. It is extremely powerful, quite capable of cutting through solid steel and rock with little to no effort. When it strikes a living being, it rips the soul from the pierced being, causing them intense pain, and allowing Arceran to easily turn the aforementioned being into a Demonic Hybrid. If used on a being with no soul, it will rip the target apart, piece by piece, in a spectacularly gruesome and painful way. It will make sure the target stays alive as it is ripped asunder. It was forged by Arceran over the course of many years, and cooled in the blood of 1,000 innocents.

It can also be set aflame by Arceran with a thought.


Personality:
Arcerian is a very charismatic and intelligent individual. He can use his otherworldy allure and features to manipulate members of either sex. He will often undermine and outsmart others in normal conversation, and laughing at them when they do not realize the fools he has made of them. He is also considered an eccentric individual by most, and he never acts in one set way most of the time. He will one second be utterly peaceful, watching and waiting serenely. And then the next moment, he bursts into a fit of murderous rage.

Short Bio:
Arcerian has been around for longer than even he can remember. As such, most of his past is unknown to all, including himself. The only ones who really would have remembered it are dead, either naturally or unnaturally. As such, he is most recently known for a string of seemingly unrelated murders throughout the slums of the Royal City. As such, he is, technically, wanted by the enforcers...

Abilities: Chi Manipulation, Heightened senses: Sees via sound(Blind)/No sound = can't see.

History: Aaron Khan was born and raised by a humble Chinese Monastery. He was adopted by the temple's Grandmaster as his own son, bringing him up in the ways of a monk. It was soon after he was adopted that the Grandmaster had noticed something a little off about his newfound son.

It was that whenever all was still and quiet, Aaron stopped moving with a fearful expression on his face until the sounds had returned. It was also noted that he couldn't read, although he had been taught by the best of anyone's ability. So, It was decided that DAaron was to go to a Doctor. After running a few tests, the Doctor had learned that the boy was indeed blind! But how?

The Grandmaster was confused by this because his son was the best student in the Monastery, and you need to see to fight. So the Master decided to try something, he had told everyone in the temple to keep quiet. Aaron stopped and whipped his head around fearfully, the boy didn't speak very often but it was then that he called out. The grand master was standing atop a statue and when he dropped a small medallion to the ground, Aaron instantly turned around and looked up at him.

"Master, what are you doing up there?" He'd ask lightly. The grandmaster saw this and couldn't believe it. There was only one other person who could do this, the Great Khan(Tjeckle), one of the greatest warriors in history. He was able to see only by sound, but that didn't stop him, and he knew that Aaron must had been related to him, Hence he was addressed as 'Khan' thereafter.

The boy would then grow into one of the greatest masters even becoming taking the Grand-Master position at only 20 years of age! However, Aaron wouldn't be the Grandmaster of this temple for very long as the Hybrid race that eventually emerged against them.

They managed to avoid all attacks until a Geno Hybrid managed to find the Monastery. Then, a swarm of them would come and attack the temple! The monks tried to fight back, but it was too late, the temple and everyone in it but Aaron were wiped out. It was then that Aaron was found by his true family, his uncle Tjeckle Khan. After explaining the situation, Tjeckle brought DAaron to Norridia and trained him alongside Zhen before he died.

Personality: Qualia, or Chaos Witch Qualia as she to be called by other Equalists of this era, is not too different from Isalith but in regards to how she kills she does not play with her prey. She will kill them no matter the circumstance and she does not hesitate to do so. She is rather cold and merciless towards those who are of acquaintance to her. She feels that no one, other than Isalith, is worthy of her patience and love.

Short Bio: Qualia is the blood sister to Isalith and is arguably the stronger sister out of the two. Much to that of Isalith her history is not really known other than what has been told through oral stories. Some say Qualia is the eldest daughter of creatures [of parental value] who were the bane of civilization and that their creation was the work of Satan or some eviler force that sleeps in the heart of the Earth. Others say that there was dangerous and powerful Rogue who sought redemption and bore children who now Qualia and Isalith. There are many stories sound both Qualia and Isalith, but each story varies from story-teller to story-teller.
